I can't stand hibu at all. My husband was looking into getting some help with marketing for our shop. He put his number down and they called him the first time. My husband was really interested but at the time we didn't and still don't have the funds since we just opened up a few months ago. My husband then said that it would have to wait and maybe at the start of the new month we could do something, that HE would call them back. The gentleman then started talking and talking and my husband repeated himself again. Needless to say, my husband ended up hanging up on him. Then start of the month he called again. My husband then again repeated himself saying that he told him he would call him and hung up and blocked the number. My husband is the type of person if he says he will call he will be the one to call. Then somehow the company got my number our second line and he called myself asking for my husband. I said I'm his wife and repeated to him that my husband said he would call, and he called me a liar that my husband said to call at the start of the month. I ended up repeating that we would call him. Well, here we are 3 days later from that call he calls my phone again and gets into it with my husband and now has lost all chances of getting us as customers. Thank you for the opportunity to speak with this client regarding their concern. The clients concern was that they were being contacted repeatedly by a Sales Representative. We understand that the client will reach out to our Sales Representative when they are ready, so we have marked them in our system as a do not contact. I have only been working with Kyla and HiBu for almost 60 days now, and could not be happier. I had put this off because we were moving and the timing wasn't right. It's a good the Kyla was consistent and kept coming or, I would still be throwing my money out the door. We had instant success switching to HiBu. As the owner of a digital marketing agency representing a client in Boise, I am deeply concerned about the conduct of one of Hibu's employees, Eric *****, who is located in Southington, CT, and holds the title of Digital Marketing Strategist. You are my competitors so this is an ethical issue. Last night, Eric engaged with the AI chatbot on my client's site under false pretenses, claiming to be a potential customer. Our bot, designed to respond efficiently within 5 seconds and handle up to 25 prompts, provided clear answers about our services and location. Despite this, Eric used his marketing knowledge and skills carelessly, deliberately provoking the AI into an unnecessary argument. The bot would provide our location and services and Eric kept pushing back. Breaking the AI and getting it to argue is no easy feat and was clearly not by chance; this was the work of someone deliberately toying with the AI. Eric then had the audacity to leave defamatory reviews on multiple platforms, including Yelp, Google, and Facebook claiming to be victim of harassment. Eric must have forgotten all he had to do was close the window. This behavior is both unprofessional and unacceptable. It is evident that Eric's actions were a deliberate attempt to toy with the AI and then play victim, unfairly penalizing my client for the interaction with the chatbot. In speaking to Eric about the situation to see if we could resolve the problem he chose to post a comment about my wife. We are hardworking individuals striving to earn an honest living and did not deserve this unprovoked attack. Despite reaching out to Hibu via Facebook, Yelp, and email, we have received no response. This lack of accountability is troubling. I urge Hibu to take immediate action by coaching Eric on business ethics and professionalism. Until corrective measures are taken, this review will stand as a testament to our experience. Should Hibu address this misconduct appropriately, I am open to amending this review.Hibu Inc Response

Hibu has been a door opening experience for us Alexandria is a go getter! I am not the most computer savvy person, I can tell her what I need and she takes my visions and makes it happen. I’ve been looking for someone specifically to upgrade my website to a more modern look and ease of use. Only into day 5 with this company;and there wanting compleat access to my customers emails for marketing purposes. They changed my phone number to one of theirs and calling tela marketing calls lead . Calls that was already calling my number. Leads from them . I only wanted them to get ads on Google. Key words . But they started taking complete control of everything. They are not a trust worthy company. I told them they could have my 2000 dollars I paid just a week ago . But cancel the rest . Not to finish building any thing ..2000 dollars should have been good enough for the Little they had done . . I would not recommend them to anyone . It's all about scammers . Wish I hadn't trusted them . Just take the 2000 and cancel. It's way before the billing cycleHibu Inc Response

We appreciate the chance to respond to our client's issues.Our records show the client had requested to cancel; however, they are still within the terms of their 6-month contract and cannot cancel. We understand that our client is concerned about Hibu using another number in their ads. When we partnered with the client, they were provided with a Statement of Work that explained that Hibu would provision Remote Call Forwarding (RCF) numbers used to track phone calls and texts our client would receive due to their marketing campaign. We have removed the Tracking number per our clients request. We understand our client is also concerned over emails and texts that come from their Assistant program. The SOW states only the clients marketable contact list would receive messages from the Assistant program. Our client has been notified that a request to cancel can be made for the Smart Online Presence in January and the Search in February. The Display product has not been set live yet.
