I want to warn people about this company. I had them install a kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal that I provided. The work took about 45 minutes. They charged me $645 which works out to over $600 dollars per hour! To be fair the work was performed satisfactorily. The price is outrageous though. I called first and attempted to get an estimate. They wouldn't give me one. That should have been my first clue. Then the technician arrived and then gave me a price before he started the work. They could have given me that price over the phone. I foolishly signed off on it because I would have have been charged a $68 service fee for nothing. I called the company later to try and get a price adjustment but they wouldn't budge. They have seen the last of my business. I strongly advise anyone to seek out a plumber that will give you some sort of estimate in advance or at least an hourly rate.

Steven - We are disappointed to hear that you are unhappy with pricing for work that you approved to be done. We have an estimate that you signed to authorize the technician to complete the work for the price given. If the pricing was unsatisfactory to you at that time, the opportunity to decline moving forward was there. It is not a common practice for any company to offer a refund simply because a customer is not happy with the pricing the estimate was accepted. It is also an industry standard to charge a service call as the technician's time is valuable as well as the cost just to get the technician to your door is high.
It feels as though you accepted the estimate with the intention of requesting a refund after the work was completed. When you called in to the office after the work was done and spoke to our representative, you were again informed how our pricing is structured and denied a refund. After threatening to leave bad reviews if we didn't refund you, the representative placed you on a brief hold to speak with the GM. Unfortunately, you hung up before the GM could be properly informed of the situation to speak with you and immediately went to Google and left this same bad review there yesterday.
We appreciate that you were happy with the quality of work that the technician provided as they spend hours each year in continuing education to hone their skills. As a small, locally owned business that had a technician to your door in less than 24 hours, we price everything as fairly as possible in order to remain in business as we have for the last 35+ years.
