I purchased a car from TBK wholesale and I havent had the car for a whole 2 months now and already the check engine light came on the second day I bought the car and when I had my friend look at my engine he said it was old and it needed to be replaced which caused my car to stop in the middle of the road and then I started again and it was driving again. I then took it to ***************** thinkin they would replace the whole engine since I got a warranty but they only fixed the Knock sensor. When I got my car back from *** the check engine light came right back on. On top of that my gas pedal does this jerkin thing when I step on the gas 2-3 times it jerks till it starts driving like normal, and my car dont go past 63 miles per hour which all new cars supposed to go over 60 miles per hour. I have a warranty on the car and just so happened that the engine itself was not covered on my warranty. It sounded a little suspicious to me because that is what makes the car run properly. I thruely believe that they intentionally didnt put that issue in the warranty so they can accumulate more money for the company and to pocket the fee. The credit acceptance bank that approved my loan for the car advised me to get an exchange vehicle from the dealership, as I spoke with the owner of the dealership and a few representative to get A trade-in they basically told me that credit acceptance was lying to me and wasnt telling me the full story and I would have to pay almost the same amount for a down payment for another trading vehicle. The owner and other coworkers are very unprofessional, they sell bad cars to customers promising a warranty but all Ive experienced so far is more cost and refusal of refund on top of that. I dont recommend Tbk to anyone and if youre looking for a vehicle please do not go to Tbk.
