I bought Christmas presents. Everything was from ***** and abroad, not American made supporting ranchers and farmers. Asked for a refund and was offered only a store credit. Reported it to ************** and they took their website down. Now they are crawling. They need to bring their source to be American made to advertise American made.Review from Kimberly A

Quality of clothing was poor. See through and thin. When requesting refund was informed no refunds given, only store credit. Why would I want store credit for another clothing which will be poor? Buyer beware!Review from Kristine P

**** off paying customers. I placed two orders within a day of each other. I paid for shipping on both orders. I received both orders in one shipment. When I asked for a refund for the shipping fee I paid for on the second order since they both shipped in the same package, customer service let me know that I should have asked for it in advance of them packing the order and refused to offer a less than $10 refund. They claim to represent rural American values but have no trouble whatsoever biting the hand that feeds them. Will not be ordering again.Review from Alysia C

I have ordered a handful of items from this company. A pair of "Support Farmers" rain boots started tearing after 6 months of normal wear, and the print on our toddlers' "Grandpa's Farm Girl" t-shirts started coming off after one wash (yes, I followed the instructions). When I reached out about the shirts, I was told I had essentially passed the return window, even after politely explaining that I ordered the shirts before they would fit bc AFC tends to discontinue their items. Not to mention, no one responded to me when I asked where I could write a review, as I don't believe they have that option on their website. I won't be ordering from them again, which is a bummer, bc I grew up on a dairy farm and would love to support / advocate for them.Review from Katrina L

Our family has orders from American Farm Company several times over the past several years. **************** is always happy to answer questions on product fit and sizing, and the quality is top-notch! Always love getting our AFC bags at the door! I'd give it 10 stars if I could!Review from Cheryl L

I purchased a sweat shirt form American Farm Company. I ordered a size 2X and it was so huge, I can not wear it. The chart on this product says it should be 27 1/4" across when laid flat. The one I got measures over 30" across, that means it is almost 6" wider than listed. The design is also very crooked. I emailed and asked about a exchange and was told that since it was on sale, it could not be returned. I explained that it did not meet the size measurements and the design was crooked. I did not get a response. It was a total of $40 with tax and shipping and now I am out the entire amount. I have ordered other things from this company and have had no problem. This time will be my last. Very poor customer service and return policy.
