    Poor communication, no shows, wrong product installed. Ghosting, excuses lies. Can not get an honest commitment to finish project. I don't want to leave my door open for a no show. I wouldlike a promised date of work and completion set and honored.

    im sorry i didnt get back to ***** ,the cupboards did come in wrong color ,second set came in damaged ,every sent covid the materials are been horrible to get and even quality materials ,which is not ****** fault ,im sorry this has happened i would like the chance to finish job and show her we are a good company  Thanks ****

    I am rejecting this response because: I was never told that the 2nd cabinet was damaged.  Combination is a big issue. I was told the project would be completed that week then ghosted again .You can not trust anything as truth it is just buying time with lies.
