            They are horrible and don't care about the customer. I have an overdraft loan with them. I was dealing with someone in the ME branch. Then all of a sudden, I started to deal with the ***** ** branch. Told them that I was working on getting caught up on the loan. Had already paid some money towards the loan. Then out of the clear blue, they decide to just withdraw ***** dollars for the loan payment without my permission and then decided to turn my card off without telling me claiming it was lost or stolen. I was quite embarrassed while trying to get gas at a gas station. So I have no way of getting gas. Then called them again. Said oh we transferred the money into the savings for you to go to an ATM to withdrawal money for a fee. Then put me at negative 500 dollars. Told them that I wasn't going to know freaking ATM when I have a freaking card. So fix there butts. I decide to just pay off the amount that I owed them and then went and cancelled my direct deposit. Now going to find another credit union that is local to go to. This is a horrible credit union wouldn't recommend to anyone. Now understand why my few work associates refuses to use this credit union.

            I love TruGrocer CU! I joined their Credit Union about 22 years ago after leaving a Credit Union that I was unhappy with. TruGrocer has great customer service and the best banking app I have ever used! The associates at their Fullerton Branch are knowledgeable, helpful and always friendly when I call them! ******** is especially knowledgeable and informative!
