I called on 7/19/24 to give a tracking number for ******** and ********** that I returned for a refund and the agent was able to help right away and issued a refund to Pay Pal. She was very courteous and very efficient. I really appreciated her help and was very thankful.Review from J Margo G

Well, I made this mistake of seeing a weightloss product online. You drink it once a day, **** pounds fall off. Well, when I went to submit my order, my card was denied. I should have stopped then. So I entered it AGAIN, I plead temp crazy. That's we I had that sinking feeing. I automatically tried to cancel the order, on the web site. NOPE, no can do. It would not let me. Next, I went to my back online. This company charged my card twice, even though the first time it was denied. I tried to contact them to no avail. Submitted a stop payment on both charges. Thanks for my bank, they were right on it, they suspected fraud. Within 2 days of my mistake, both charges were canceled. My complaint is, they went ahead and charged me after my bank denied it. Second, I wrote them to cancel and told them to refund me both charges several times. Again, to no avail. During this time, they mailed out my canceled order. I don't know if I will receive it or not. If I do not have to pay for shipping and handling, I will send it back. If I do have to pay, S&H, I will keep it. BUYER BEWARE. MINE COMPLAINT WAS CAUGHT BUY MY BANK. I WAS VERY LUCKY.Review from Mary U

I had a computer issue while placing my order. While I was still completing it, I received a call from the customer service rep to assist me since it initially looked like the order did not go through. He looked at my order and then, confirmed to me my order was processed. Later, I received an email about my order not being complete, but again the customer service rep was right on top of it and remedied the computer error, sending me the receipt of my purchase. I give a five star to the rep and the company for responding quickly and having a real person instead of AI handle the issue.BuyGoods, Inc. Response

The individual I first visited with; however, when I called back I spoke with an ********. He was great, able to help me quickly, polite, and willing to take all the time I needed to sure my order was correct. I would give the first person one star; however, ******** did a wonderful job and I give him five stars! It was nice to talk to a real person and not AI.BuyGoods, Inc. Response
