    Its a scam. Youll lose your money. I returned the unopened product because the person I ordered it for DIED I paid $200+ on my American excited card. I called and got exact directions in returning to ************ in ******* . Its been 6 weeks . No answers. No email. No text. I sent detailed email. Unopened product- THE PERSKN IT WAS FOR DIED. So sick of scans

    Just placed an order, along with two add-ons with them yesterday. This morning I saw that the payments for the two add-ons was deducted from my checking - and not the same credit card used for the first order. That was half of my Social Security which was deposited just yesterday! I immdeiately called customer service early this morning who said she could not help me cancel this order and gave me another number to call. I became even more upset because she said the order was shipped - WRONG! - ***** only got a tracking number at 4:59AM. Why can't they just not send the order! Now, I have to wait for it to arrive, and if I'm lucky, I might be able to refuse it. But otherwise, I'm pretty sure I will have to pay return shipping. Customer Serive should change their name to Customer Disservice!!!

    Just placed an order with them last night and decided to cancel this order early this morning because my wife has another product . Called customer service who could not help me cancel this order and gave me another number to call . Called them and they could not cancel the order ! So, yes , I will get a full refund hopefully when I return this product! Why cannot they just not send the order ! Look elsewhere! Unless youre looking for Customer Disservice!!! ******* *.
