I have been going back and forth with this company for months now. First they gave me issues with allowing me to return, I had to fight with them for weeks before they finally provided me with a return label, then when I returned it was radio silence. I had to reach out to them yet again, only for them to tell me weight and dimensions of the return do not match. This is just a blatant lie, I have a attached a photo of the shipment details, as well as the tracking number itself, which both show the weight and dimensions matching exactly with the information I gave them before they created the return label. Once I showed them that it matches they quit responding entirely, I even opened up multiple new threads and still never received a single response. We are unable to verify the return as we did not receive it.
Our latest request for information was to provide evidence of the package drop-off - please confirm the location and a photo/screenshot of the receipt.
We are in direct contact with the **************************** who delivered the package and they stated (as well as provided documented evidence) that the package's return address, origin address, weight and dimensions did not match the information on the label we originally created and provided.
Due to the error in shipping logistics, we can't move forward until we are able to contact the location where the customer claims they dropped their package off and complete our investigation.Initial Complaint

On January 1, 2025, I ordered a product from bodybuilding.com. On Jan 13, the product had not shipped yet and I emailed customer service. On Jan 24, I received an email response. I submitted my original order (USD-6109083) with Bodybuilding.com on 1/9/25 for 3 separate canisters of EVLution ENGN Shred PreWorkout ($26.24 each, $78.72 order total). Delivery was received on 1/22/25; however, only 2 canisters were in the package, the shipment was missing the 3rd. I promptly notified Bodybuilding.com on 1/22/25 via email (Bodybuilding.com does not appear to have telephone support, they must be contacted via email). On 1/23/25 I did receive an acknowledgment from Bodybuilding.com regarding the shipment error and that my credit card account would be credited within 72 business hours. On 1/29/25 I not yet received a credit and again reached out to Bodybuilding.com. By 1/31/25 I had not received a response to my 1/29/25 email and again sent a follow-up email. On 2/2/25 I received a reply from Bodybuilding.com indicating the email they sent on 1/23/25 was in error and that the return credit would take 5-15 business days as opposed to 3. 15 business days from 1/23/25 would lead to an expected date of 2/13/25. On 2/13/25 having received no credit, I again reached out to Bodybuilding.com indicating that I had yet to receive the $26.24 credit for the item they did not deliver. Once again I received a reply email apologizing and that they would expedite the credit and I would receive it in 3-5 business days. 5 business days would lead to 2/20/25 and as of 2/21/25 I have yet to receive the $26.24 credit they have been claiming to process since 1/23/25. At this point I feel that no matter how many times I email Bodybuilding.com, I will receive the same blanket response of expediting the credit and expect to receive it in 3-5 days. I am contacting you in regards to complaint ID ********. I could not see a way in your system to mark the complaint as resolved, but Bodybuilding.com did finally issue a credit to me. I contacted them yet again on 3/9 at which point they did submit a credit back to my credit card. That pending credit has since cleared and I am considering the complaint as having been resolved.

Purchased 2 containers of Elite Ultimate Pre pre-workout on 11/29/2024. Each was purchased at the discounted price of $9.99 each, totalling $19.98 before taxes. The product arrived clumpy and hard, so I contacted customer service and they offered my money back which I accepted. They said it would take up to 3-5 days for the refund to happen. That was on Jan 16, 2025 with no refund. I then contacted them again about a week after letting them know i hadnt received the refund and they replied they'd have their billing department look into it. I am filling this report in relation to order #USD-6110543 for ******. The order was marked as delivered without any proof. I contact customer service for what I should do and they completely blow me off without providing any help at all. I just wanted any assistance I could get with finding my order. I have submitted 2 separate requests to request my data and account be deleted at Bodybuilding; one on 8/7/2024 and again on 11/7/2024. I have also sent seven (7) separate emails to Bodybuilding's privacy and customer support team, dated as early as 8/29/2024 to most recently 12/13/2024. However, their team and company refuses to follow through and process my requests to delete my data and account. They keep apologizing to me and ensure me that my data and account will be deleted. However, it has been over 4 months and there's been no movement on my requests or confirmation that my account has been deleted. This company is absolutely unprofessional and is avoiding my requests to delete my data.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because I have reached reached out to team Bodybuilding almost a dozen times and submitted not only one, but two requests since 08/07/2024 to have my account and data deleted.Regardless if there is NOT any of my payment or credit card information in their system, my deletion request should still be processed.
This business is acting extremely unprofessional, unethical, and their responses are unacceptable.
They are refusing to delete my account and information ever since I first reached out to them on 08/07/2024 (and I have every single back-and-forth email to prove this).
The team at Bodybuilding keeps "apologizing" and using the excuse "deletion requests are processed in the order they are received" - but I have NEVER had to wait over 4 months to have my data and information deleted from a company after I requested it to be.
Please, just delete my data and information so I can move on with my life. This is extremely frustrating and I will consider legal action against Bodybuilding if this issue is not resolved soon.

I have requested my account to be deleted from the bodybuilding.com platform multiple times over the last month. The site has a process to request deletion, however the company will not delete it. I received an email notifying me that my yearly subscription would automatically be renewed in a week. I searched through the website and found no way to cancel my account. Every link leads to a 404 unknown page. I emailed requesting a cancellation. Had no response. I could not find where any credit card information was stored. A week later, I am being charged and suddenly the company can respond to emails. My subscription is cancelled for 2025 but cannot be cancelled for 2024. Even though, I tried cancelling prior to renewal and the company has no clear method of cancelling your account.Business Response

Order USD-******* I ordered this product. The product arrived. I emailed to ask for a refund a day after arrival BodyBuilding replied that they would issue a store credit. The product was unused.
