    After going to this place for over 3 years I had enough. It was always terrible service and experience and I always had to take my car back several times to get them to fix it . Always keeping my car long and unreasonable times. The icing on the cake for me was when I brought my car in for a small leak , they kept it 4 days for a 1hr job. Kept trying to upscale me. Then I get my car back with a bigger leak then I originally had. I feel it in all my guts that this place intentionally broke my car to get more money out of me. This is a bad business.

    We are sorry to hear of your poor experience at our dealership. We are surprised to hear that if your experience has been that poor each time, that you have continued to come back. We have been operating in the ***** for over 100 years, and our employees take pride in coming in and doing a great job for our customers. We can assure you, no one within this organization is "intentionally" breaking your vehicle, or any variation of that. We want everyone we do business with to be happy, and if we have not been able to provide that for you, there are many other great facilities here in the *************** that would love to take care of you.

    Well i understand petersons has been around a long time but im not sure that means you don't make mistakes. As to your question as why I kept coming back, the simple answer is i had no choice. You billed ** to do warranty work on my tranmission, when you gave it back still broke , I took it back in and you guys found a way to bill my extended warranty to cover the bill . So that means I had to keep coming to you guys . I couldn't go anywhere else. So I showed up each time knowing I'm going to get jerked around and had no choice. As a matter of fact , when I took my car in for a small leak and got it back 5 days later supposedly fixed just to find out it had a much larger leak and I was told sorry your technician must had been in a hurry and missed that one. I knew I could no longer do this song and dance. So I went to ******* and when they reached out about my warranty they want me to take it back to the original people whom serviced this warranty. So yeah I have been trapped with you guys and you not only left me with a bigger problem then what I brought it in for , you also left me paying the bill for all of this out of pocket. I find it a little cheeky to state you've been around 100 years. Your store actually hasn't been around that long and that is such a large corporation that I'm sure there is some good stores out there that do good business. My problem was with this cadillac dealership.

The service department stands out as the best, and despite having the flexibility to choose any shop for my work vehicle, I trust Peterson exclusively. ****, the service manager, consistently impresses with his expertise and ensures that every interaction feels important, regardless of the service scale. Even though my work car is a **** (yes, I mentioned it), if you prioritize quality service done right the first time, don't hesitate to choose a reputable dealership like Peterson.

    ****************** is amazing! They really go out of their way to help customers! Had no appointment and I was passing through town. Truck went into limp mode and was about to shut down. Called them and they got me in right away. Problem was fixed and I made it home in time for my meeting the following day. Fantastic!
