Thank you for your message to The Idaho Statesman. We do apologize for the customer experience you had with your subscription. We are sorry to hear you did not receive a notification of the rate increase. There was an email sent out prior to the renewal payment. Prices are subject to change. At this time, our records show your account was updated to a promotional rate and a request for a partial refund was honored. Your card information has also been removed as requested on 4/12/24. Please look for an email to confirm the refund.
