      Order No.********. Amount Paid £32.40. This was paid to "***** ** ******* ** *** *****." It is a soccer tips service not due to start until the start of the football season on 13 August. I have not received any. Seven Email messages from me asking where they are have been ignored. So has requests for a refund. Before clickbank hide behind their 30 day rule as the time limit for a refund and write me off, I couldn't know until sometime after the start of the football season (j.e.13 August) that I wasn't getting what I'd paid for! The phone number given to contact clickbank doesn't work on my phone network, and their "chat" page shuts me down before I have time to outline the problem. I am thoroughly fed up with clickbank.

      I am unsure why your carrier can not support calls to our phone number, but I am having our chat platform investigated to figure out why it closed out on you.  I believe it was on our off-hours, but I am asking our provider to figure out a better solution to show that our chat is not available rather than appearing to shut down while you are trying to enter your information.

      Firstly I am not 100% sure whether the guilty party is Clickbank or the vendor using them, "Paid Online Writing Jobs". I don't know where the latter is located. They offered a $1 trial to try out their website of the same name for three days. Upon purchasing the trial I received an email from Clickbank notifying me that my trial would expire on September 1st at ****pm EDT. However, what happened was that they charged my card 16 hours before then, at 4am September 1st, thereby having provided me with blatantly false information regarding the trial period and taking away my opportunity to cancel. It's very clear what happened, I have all the documentation, and it's quite surprising that any company would do anything so clearly wrong (and I hope illegal). I contacted Clickbank via email to inform them of their deception and to demand they return my ill-gotten money. Their response is the refund takes 5 days (or something) and that is completely unacceptable.

      Thank you for reaching out so that I could investigate this for you!  I do show that you made a purchase for a 3-day trial for Paid Online Writing jobs on August 29th.  ClickBank does send out an email receipt with the recurring billing terms, which for your order stated the following:

      * This price is an introductory trial price for Paid Online Writing Jobs - Fast Track Job Program. The trial or introductory period for this product is 3 days. Beginning on October 1, 2021, your payment account ending in **** will be billed $47.00 plus tax**. If you wish to cancel this product trial, please visit our customer service website to cancel your order.

      We do not state a certain time for the rebill since we batch all rebills for that day and send them through at the same time, but I am sorry that you felt it should have been at the same time as your original purchase was made.

      We did authorize the rebill at 4:00 am on September 1st.  If you had contacted us that same business day, we could have refunded the order before it ever went through final settlement, so you would not have seen a charge or a refund reflected on your statement for that rebill. 

      I show that you called our **************** Team the following day, so the charge had fully been processed.  When that happens, the refund is issued within 24 hours, but it does take 3-5 business days for the refund to typically post back to your credit card.

      I ordered a 90 day supply of a product called CarboFix, order number ********, on 4/23/21 . This product is advertised as a weight loss breakthrough that increases fat burning, decreases hunger, supports healthy blood sugar, increases weight loss, and increases longevity. The website also states that you can eat carbs guilt free because CarboFix blocks carbs from being stored as fat. I tried the product for approximately 5 weeks and did not experience any of these claims or lose a single pound. They offer a 60 day money back guarantee. If CarboFix doesn't work you pay nothing. I opened a claim with ClickBank on 6/11/21 and followed their return instructions. ClickBank is their customer support. All bottles were shipped to Jetpack Shipping and received by their warehouse on 6/22/21. Which is within the 60 day money back guarantee. Since then, I have opened 9 requests with ClickBank requesting a refund and they refuse to refund my money. Attached is supporting documentation.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. It's a shame that it took so long to get a just resolution to this situation. I have never had this happen with other products ordered through ClickBank before. They have always refunded money according to the warranty specifications of each product ordered. A customer should never have to go through the amount of frustration that I was forced to endure in order to receive a refund based on guarantee promised by the vendor. There is breakdown in communication that has to be addressed so this doesn't happen again.

      I ordered ******* **** ***** ***** on June 7, 2021 - 6 containers for $317.23. I did not receive the product within 10 days or so, so I contacted ******** Card to stop the transaction. I then received the product - 6 containers. I called ******** Card and said I had received it. I contacted the seller and received an address for returns. I returned 5 of the 6 containers on July 1, 2021. UPS receipt says the package was received July 7, 2021. On July 19, the company said a refund has been taken care of by Clickbank. It might take 5-7 business days for a refund to appear on my account. Clickbank said they could not return money because ********card issued a chargeback on June 17th. I have been back and forth with Clickbank and ********card. both say there is nothing they can do to refund the money. ********card sent it. and Clickbank says they cannot return it. I tried again today and am getting no relief from anyone! Can you help? **** ********

      Thank you for reaching out so that I can help assist you with this issue!  It does appear that a chargeback was issued against this transaction.  Chargebacks happen when you contact your credit card company directly to get the money returned, and are harmful and expensive to retailers.  Therefore, a chargeback can be disputed, which is what happened in this case. 

      Since ClickBank won the dispute, please contact me directly at ******************************, and I can have our Accounting Team refund you by check or through PayPal since our system will not allow a chargeback to also be refunded.

      Thank you for reaching out so that I could research this for you!  I was able to find both of your orders, and as you stated in your complaint - you had issued chargebacks for both orders through ********.  Chargebacks are harmful to retailers, so if a chargeback occurs, we will represent them to the credit card company.  If the credit card company determines it was not the retailer's responsibility, the chargebacks can be reversed, which is what happened in your case.

       

      However, I also researched the ticket you submitted for support.  The vendor of the product did instruct you to refuse the package, which you did... so I understand that you now don't have the product or your money.  ClickBank will be more than happy to refund you directly.  I can send you a check for the full amount to the address you used to make the purchase, or if you prefer to send your ****** email address, I can have our Accounting Team send it through ******, which is the fastest way to get your money back.

      Purchased 12 Bottles of Gluconite to use to help Lower my Diabetes 2. Tried the product and just couldn't drink it, it was nasty. If they had it in a pill I would have kept it. Contacted CLKBANK GLUCONITE as directed on my order Confirmation and Receipt. Spoke to Paola in their customer service area. Returned the items as directed. Contacted USPS to verify product had been returned. Proof of Delivery 7-2-2021. Waited until July 22, 2021, then contacted ********************* requesting a update for my refund. Still have not heard back from them. Todays date is July 27, 2021.
