I bought a car from these people May 19, 2022. The first car dealer said they would cover the car for the first few months-automatically for me. This was good news, so I was pretty confident with the company. The car was at another lot, so I was to deal with another dealer then. In the midst of signing papers I stopped and told them there were issues with the moon roof and there were rock chips in the windshield. The moon roof had gotten stuck on me. The young man told me we would look at all that after I signed the paperwork. So, trusting his word, I went ahead and signed the rest of the papers. My sister had encouraged me to get the extended warranty-so I did. After all signed, he barely looked at the moon roof, and said it was okay....BUT over that weekend the moon roof got stuck for real! The car was also still being hesitant-as I had told him also. I also got stranded, because the battery In the car was 2016--so I had to buy another battery. (I have not had good luck with this car yet obviously) When I complained about how this was treated, the manager told me the first dealer was wrong-they didn't have the free warranty that the first guy had promised me....and that all the paperwork was properly done. When I complained that I had told them something was wrong with the moon roof he said to call their department that works on them. And he also told me that he hoped the extended warranty would cover it. I called the department, but they said the part might be a while getting to them. So I brought the car in, and they put a plastic seal on it temporarily. A few days later they are not decided whether the moon roof repair will be covered in the warranty. I feel I have been ripped off-that they are out to get as much money out of me as they can, and I wish I hadn't bought this car from them-but I feel I am stuck. I will never buy another car from them, nor encourage anyone else to get one there either. Ripped Off,*****
