- "Personally Banker" asked me if ****** *** was my "aunt or something". - Mailed incorrect information to the **** flagging it as unable to be registered - Sent my car title in an unsealed envelope Unprofessional credit union, uneducated employees. Get your money aways from these fools.

I recently interacted with an ICCU employee, and i feel i must pass this on. My daughter is attached to my account and had issues with her remote deposit of her paycheck. Meaning I had to cover the check until issue was corrected. In steps ***** Habbbaba. She works at the blue lakes branch in **********, and I fully support her for her run for CEO of customer service. No kidding. She was extremely patient with me, spent several hours clearing up my issue(I wouldn't doubt if some were on her own time) Her empathy, knowledge of her business, and a "No, I got you" attitude is why I not only give ***** 7 stars out of 5, but ICCU as well for hiring such a remarkable banker, but a person that would be an 7 star asset to any business. Kudos to ICCU for *************************!!

I really wish ********** had more ATMs. Every time i try to do a transaction on the weekend their ATM at both locations is out of order or will not accept cash. Other than that i love ICCU.

Idaho Central Credit Union might be OK for most people, but if you like to be debt free and pay off your loans early, then look elsewhere.Idaho Central Credit Union places strict limits on the amount one can transfer into their account. Had I know their policy, this Idaho native would never done business with ICCU. The atuo dealership promised I could pay off the entire loan early without any penatly. Well--interest becomes a penalty when the credit union restricts on how much they will accept for a day, a week and even a month. So instead of being free and clear of any debt letting me pay off my entire loan in under 30 days, I am dealing with ICCU's slow walk loan payoff restrictions. I attempted to pay off my new car loan off, almost $50K due to the high interest rate ****%. My $47.5K online transfer from a well established bank was refused. It was rejected due to ICCU ridiculous policie that one can only transfer in $10K per day, $20K per week, and only $35K per month. If you are searching for a new car loan, and you are OK with paying interest, then feel free (no pun intended) to borrow funds from ICCU. If you like to pay off you debts early and avoid as much interest as possible, then avoid ICCU.

This credit union dragged out my loan approval for over three months while rates kept going up each week. Now, I cannot refinance my loan elsewhere. Idaho Central Credit Union is a terrible credit union and I will never use them again.

ICCU does their best to help people. They have certain regulations and risk factors they have to work in, but they try to do the most they can for people. I've visited a few branches and have always been treated kindly and with good, fast service. The employees always seem to have fun together and to be positive, upbeat, and knowledgeable to the members!

On May 31, 2023 we went into ICCU to open a CD for 5% annual APY interest. We saw it advertised on their website and it was listed as the rate on their reader board in the credit union. When we opened the CD account we commented to the banker that 5% is a great rate. She said nothing about the interest rate being different, at ****%. This rate was not posted or discussed with us. When we noticed this percent discrepancy , while thinking about adding to that CD, on June 29, we went back to the credit union and asked about why we did not get the 5% rate. We were told that the rate was **** on May 31 and did not change until June 1. Basically, **** implied that it was not possible that we saw the 5% rate in the credit union or on line, because it was not yet in effect. We both saw the 5% rate on line and in the credit union and nothing on the screen said that it was in effect starting June 1. **** also indicated that the promo cd rates only apply if a person is renewing a cd, even though the website invites a person to open a cd at the promo rates. We see this as bait and switch, and when ICCU was called on it, they refuted it and refused to correct their mistake.

As someone who use to work there, they are a terrible credit union. Not only have I personally see them bounce from one idea to another confusing their workers, they give their workers gifts and lie to them to keep them happy. They tell their workers what they want to hear but if you aren't Mormon and/or drink their Kool-Aid, your as good as gone as soon as they can get rid of you. Just see why they are always hiring but yet are also the "Best" place in Idaho to work at... if they were that good, they wouldn't be hiring all the time.

They have a tendency to change their deposit policy nearly weekly. When asked about it, they become extremely noncompliant, argumentative and unprofessional. They are entirely condescending to customers and give you the attitude that they dont want your business just your money.
