    i was evicted & had to move from my apt of 14 years by June 30th in 30 days, with a note taped to my door & no real reason. i turned Ex-Cell into the BBB because of the unprofessional way i was treated. ****** would not answer any of my many calls to the business, i left messages, i called the emerg number with no call backs, called & texted her personal cell with no responds, all of which i have records. there was no way for me to pack up an apt, garage, shed, back yard, clean apt & be moved out within 30 days. NOW today, 11 mo later, i receive a letter from a collection agency stating i owe ******* of which is the principa plus interest??? this is not right? what is it for? i know for a fact they totally gutted & remodeled it. i lived with rotten carpet for ************ wouldnt do anything.they even made me pay for new door locks. i was a great renter & come with several wonderful references. i have pictures of how i kept it. i find this letter grossly unjust.thank you,-*****

    DISGUSTED I am appalled of this HOA company (formally ************************** that I have dealt with for 29 years!!! They don't answer their phones. They screen every call. You can not get ahold of *************************; the office manager. Absolutely money hungry awful people. Yearly dues are $175 and they ADDED $150 for our camper not being behind a fence over a year ago: THE CAMPER WAS MOVED BEHIND OUR FENCE MAY 2023! ************ told my husband to hold off on the $150 payment until they talk with the "Association". Meanwhile, they send a $222 LIEN on our house!!!!!!!! We paid $372 that I totally disagree with but I don't want them to tack on more outrageous charges!!!!

    I have managed Pioneer ************************ for over 15 years which is currently Pioneer ************************ so not sure what the formally comment is about.  I have an email address that is on every document that is sent out to all homeowners which they can contact me at.  They were told by my employee to email their concerns to me (*************************) and they provided him with my email address a month prior to getting a lien placed on the property and I never received an email.  I have spoken with them personally on multiple occasions, over the years I am available. 

    They did have a camper trailer that was in the side yard not enclosed behind a fence as per the CCR's for several year since 2018 they have had multiple warnings and violations on this camper trailer and have made promise of moving etc. to avoid violations that they never held up to.  The violations are sent out as per Idaho Law Certified mail and they have 30 days to dispute with the ***** of ********* which they never did.  We place liens on properties with outstanding balances.  We sent out monthly notices from January 15th to May 15th of this year to pay their outstanding balance prior to the lien being placed. 

    They are speaking completely out of place Ex-cell Property Mangement gets paid a monthly management fee and our job is to enforce the CCR's as instructed by the ***** of *********, and we do not receive any payment from fines issued on violations.  This money goes into the ***************** account.  

    They were violated for not abiding by the rules of their Association which they are well aware of when purchasing a home in the neighborhood.  I am not the one that blatantly disobeyed the rules of the Association.  I feel like this review should be removed for defamation of character due to the facts not being presented correctly by them.
