The Trax hoe that I ordered came very poorly packed in a box. The edges of the sharp hoe came right through the box and were sharp! I can't help but think how many of our *** drivers got cut. I sustained a small cut because I didn't see the edge protruding from the box.Have not used the hoe yet because it came without a handle which apparently I had to order separately. Ordered and received 2 security cameras. Found I could not use them. Returned them for a refund and it has been about 5 weeks since they received per the *** tracking info. Have heard nothing, nor have I received a credit on my credit card.Review from Angela B

You have got to be KIDDING ME! Paid ***** for a smile set should have known it was a scam. It looks like something you can purchase from Wish or Temu for ****. Thats actually probably where the product is from. Biggest SCAM EVER!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!Review from Sharon T T

After reading the poor reviews on this 'company', I've decided not to return my recent purchase from them, as the additional cost of shipping (back to them) will just add to the cost of what I've already spent (and won't get back). They ****.Crappy rug thingies are the same ones I bought a couple years ago, and they do not work.Instead of producing an invoice number (NEVER GOT ONE) to do a return they offered me 50% back....."to save the trouble and cost of mailing it back",Well it would NOT cost $10 to mail it back, but they count on customers agreeing to that.Review from Joel M

Company is a sham Do not order any products from them Posture corrector is difficult to set up and never worked for me e mail support sends you to another web site which wants money and is not connected to company thali I know of If you can get a refund, it is only about sixty percent of what you paid after you pay your own shipping and handling fee BewareReview from Brenda H.

Product did not work. A scam. Ridiculous. Do not buy this cheap product for ***** and even if you return it you pay shipping. I am returning this cheap spray bottle and 10 tablets that are supposed to magically clean pots and pans, glass top stoves, glass window in oven **********. I bought a High Powered Portable Vacuum Cleaner from Helpwithmyorder.com. It is so poorly made that it doesn't stay together while you vacuum! The plastic is flimsy and the hose falls out as you use it. The suction barely works. The fittings have plastic remnants from a poorly made mold... To return it, you have to pay shipping and then they say they'll refund you minus shipping and handling! Why would they deduct shipping when we have to pay the shipping in the first place. They also don't tell you how much they deduct for "shipping and handling." Don't buy anything from them!Review from Virginia E

I ordered what I was lead to believe were (3) Q-Grips Ear Wax Removers. When I received the order there wasn't the brand "Q-Grips" on the box or the ear wax remover which lead me to suspect these were counterfeit. I tried one out but it did not work (take out ear wax). The other two boxes I had planned to give as gifts were unopened. I spoke to someone at HelpWithMyOrder who instructed me to return the purchase. I did and was notified that it could not be delivered because the address did not exist. Result: refund not returned to me. What can be done to remediate this situation?
