My husband and I completely love our impact collapsible crate!

This has been the worst experience from customer service up to the quality of this crate. I purchased this last year for my dog who has anxiety, this was supposed to help with his anxiety but did the complete opposite. They claim to be a military grade crate yet my American shepherd completely destroyed the kennel. And its now unsafe to use. They refuse to help me with the product, after I spent close to $2000 on the crate and reached out to customer service to report the issue. To which they responded with I see no damages done. With metal pieces sticking out inside right where my dog has cut his ear. Now I have this giant crate completely in shambles and they refuse to help even though it was in the warranty. Absolutely a horrible horrible company. They only care about money and clearly not the safety of our pets.

This crate is SO expensive and they preach about how safe and well-suited it is for dogs with high anxiety. We have a rescue, who has documented anxiety that is managed and treated through a veterinarian. So we thought this would be a wonderful investment for our boy **** to create a comfortable and safe space for him when he is home by himself during the day. WRONG. This crate is not safe. I wish I could attach photos of the harm it has caused him. Almost daily weve come home to a blood bath because the metal tears his skin apart, his teeth are metal stained and the hardware comes out daily (we tightened with an impact wrench). *** reached out multiple times to the company, and they really dont care at all. Theyve seen photos and videos of evidence which I wish I could attach here. He was even held overnight at our vet to monitor for seizure activity from metal toxicity ingestion. Dont listen to the reviews on their site, and speaking to staff is a lost cause. We got rid of it and lost over a grand but I dont care, this crate is a disgrace for how its promoted and I WOULD NOT reccomend this for pets with high anxiety issues. I feel like the worst dog mother ever that my dog has experienced self harm and has worsened his condition.

Just writing to let people know I had an atrocious customer service experience with *********************************************. I bought a crate from them at 20% off and two days later they offered the exact same crate at 30% off. I reached out to customer service and requested a price adjustment but they refused. I asked if I could return it but they also charge a 10% restocking fee and they make you pay for return shipping. My advice, never buy from them directly. They stack their pricing and sales to scam as much money from you as possible. These crates are so expensive that a 20% and 30% discount difference is significant, nearly a $100 difference. Very disappointed in this experience. I won't be buying from them again. If you must have an impact crate, stick to buying used.

I own 2 of these crates. After a year of use the paint is starting to come off onto my dogs. It is not healthy nor is it safe for my dogs. I have called and been told its not covered under warranty. I am very upset that they are willing to treat a Disabled veteran this way. I will be telling all my k9 training businesses to not buy these crates. Ruffland will forever be my go to!

My crate was ordered less than a week ago and it is already installed in my home (it arrived 2 days ago, they had some of the fastest shipping I have experienced from ordering online. I am in ********** and believe Impact Crates is based in *****). The crate is just beautiful (I chose their green colored finish) and I am really pleased with the design of the collapsible crate. I was quite surprised to see negative reviews here so I wanted to give mine. They have provided some of the best customer service too. Their team is very responsive to emails and I was able to get a discounted quote when emailing with one of their representatives. If you have an issue they will make it right, just reach out to them. Highly recommended.

Absolutely horrible quality, the metal is so flimsy my dog was able to bend the door just by running into it when he turned around I tried to leave an honest review on the companies website and they blocked it and wont put it on their website. contacted them to complain, and they couldnt care less go with zinger crates 10 times better and way cheaper

Purchased a 34" crate in 2021 with side door for my amstaff. All went well when it was delivered and it was also built too. Took a bit to receive but nothing crazy. Just ordered another one of the same size but this time it has to be assembled and took one month to recive. Just got an email from them 12 days after taking delivery of it for the same crate stating it was $400 discounted and they dont want to credit me the difference so I'm "***". Well, if you are in the market to purchase one of there crates remember, no customer service exists with this company and it will take you more then 1.5hr to assemble the unit. STAY AWAY!
