    I am a repeat customer of **********************, and while the first two crates functioned well, my experience with the third crate was disappointing. I chose the stationary crate which my Belgian Mallinois was able to destroy, bending the back side significantly like a piece of paper. The sides are very flimsy. It seems there is a reason for the lack of warranty on these crates. I reached out to customer service regarding this issue, but I have not yet received a response. I cannot recommend this product or company and do not plan to be a returning customer, as this purchase turned out to be quite costly! I would post a picture here if that feature was available.

    I reached out to Impact Dog Crates because I needed 22 crates that would last forever. The sales person was very helpful and quickly put together several quotes with different options. I chose the ones I thought would work best for me and got my order quickly as they were all I stock. Crates were easy to put together. All holes lined up properly and directions were easy to understand. Im very happy with this product and the service I received. My German Shepherds each have their own crate to enjoy meal time in without being bothered by others. I can also feel confident when one or more are in heat they wont be destroying the crates to get with the boys.

    The Impact crate was well packaged, all parts were secure and undamaged in shipping.The assembly instructions and videos were great that made the assembly easy to follow.The overall quality of the product exceeded our expectations.The crate should last for many years.

    I first learned about Impact Dog Crates through the ********************. I was impressed seeing a government agency using their crates for wolf transport, too - not sponsored. The customer service is really quick in answering questions on sizing as well as following up in checking how everything was going. Its rare to have actual humans to connect with and I appreciate their dedication. Pup update: rescued pup loves it and my older rescue who destroyed two crates in her younger years actually uses it! Pretty impressed! Shes an anxiety prone doggo so the collapsible crate gets her approval.

    I found Impact Dog Crates through social media and since my 115 pound Rottweiler had basically destroyed the wire crate hes been using, I decided to invest in a high-quality kennel. I couldnt be happier with my decision. Their kennels are heavy duty, built with the highest quality and easy to breakdown and take with you. Their customer service is amazing and they have taken care of every need I have had. They are very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to messages. Their kennels are priced at a premium level, but I have no doubt this kennel will outlast any other kennel Ive had. If youd like to provide your pet with the highest quality products, Impact Dog Crates is the company for you.

    Finally made the decision to upgrade my Rottweilers kennel and ultimately decided to go with the Collapsible 48 crate and literally couldnt be happier. Ordering, delivery, set up, and most importantly customer service have been top notch! Doubt I ever shop anywhere else for a crate/kennel!

    ******** product. Paint comes off. It's supposed to have a lifetime warranty. They do not stand by that at all for the amount of money that this cage cost me and cnsidering that it's not even 2 years old, there's no reason why it should be coming off like this. It has ruined my hardwood floors.

    We are super impressed with Impact Dog Crates! We purchased the 40"+ High Anxiety Crate for our German Shepherd with separation anxiety, and he absolutely loves it! Very impressed with the overall quality as it is very secure and looks great in the house! Shipping was super fast and the packaging was in perfect condition when it arrived. I am a 120lb woman and I was able to assemble the crate myself with no issues. These crates are game changers and my experience with this company was definitely worth 5 stars! Highly recommend!!

    There is several quality control issues with their products and contacting customer service is extremely difficult. They resort to messaging or email and refuse to talk over the phone. I ordered a crate, which was over $2000, and the powder coating was incomplete and the front hinge was riveted incorrectly causing the front side of the crate to not unfold properly. When I contacted customer service they stated that they would send me a new door but that would not resolve the issue and because I could talk to someone over the phone it was near impossible to explain. They also expected me to drill out the old rivets and replace the door myself. That alone is surprising since they are assuming that the average person has the tools and knowledge to do so.Lastly, I made a comment on their social media expressing my issue with their product and they deleted my comment almost immediately.In summary, considering the expensive price tag the quality and customer service is extremely disappointing.
