I placed two separate orders and have not received either knife. The first was Oct 29, 2021 for and the second was March 16, 2022. I have made frequent contact via phone and email but have only been met with excuses and failure to deliver my purchases.Initial Complaint

I ordered two knives in May 2022 (one on the 10th and another on the 27th). I have still not received anything. I was aware that the company had some difficulties so waited longer than the promised delivery time. In 2023 I started contacting the company via their website requesting a delivery status. Each enquiry received no reply. Eventually in Feb 2024 I received a reply from the customer relations employee (now no longer with the company), stating that there were difficulties. Since then I have contacted the company via their website, personal email, social media and telephone, requesting delivery or a refund, all attempts getting no reply. One order cost me 311 dollars, the other 284 dollars.Initial Complaint

I ordered a magnacut GSO-5.01 Knife over two years ago on Dec 13 2021. I have messaged them repeated since to check on the status of my order. Finally, on Jan 19 2024 I asked for a refund. On January, 30 I received the following email:"Firstly let me apologize for the delayed response and in the completion of your knife. We are working tirelessly to get all this figured out. I just got back to the shop yesterday and back on my normal schedule so give me a little time to get something worked out that is fair for you. I appreciate the patience and understanding. Have a nice day !- ***** SURVIVE! LLC"That was the last I heard from them. I messaged them back on April 2, 2024 asking again for a refund. No response as of June 21 2024.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from this company in July 2022. They indicated that they are a manufacturer of quality products and that there could be a wait of a year or more for the product to arrive. It has now been one month short of two years and I have not received the product or an explanation for continued delay. After reaching out to the company via the form on their website, their support email address, and even via instagram direct messages, on which they have been active, I cannot get them to return a message to either explain themselves or refund the money I paid for the product up front.Initial Complaint

In September of 2023 I order a knife from a company called survive knives. I was told it would take a few months. I checked back in December and was told January or February for the finish. I have sent emails and asked questions on their ******** page and even on their ******* videos. They have failed to respond at all. I call the company and it goes directly to a full mailbox. If you look on their ******** page or ****** this is a very common problem. People have been waiting years without an info. I just want a refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered the *** 2.7 February of 2023. I have not received the product, the business will not refund and has stopped responding. Before they stopped responding, they kept saying they would send a different knife or refund, neither of which happened. I just want a REFUND!Initial Complaint

I ordered a product on 25JAN2022. I have not received the product yet and would like to cancel my order for a refund. Provided schedule updates are never accurate as timelines are never met. I have been patient, but waiting nearly two years for product delivery while constantly seeing the company develop and release other products is unacceptable. I dont want to punish the company; I simply want my money back. I requested this about a week ago and have received no response. This seems to be a pattern of behavior, so it seems appropriate to escalate at this point.
