      We purchased a 2022 Keystone Retreat on 5-17-22 paying *********. On 6-1-22 we did our walk through on the ** and at that time we noticed our refrigerator door was dented. The employee doing the walk through informed us we would get a new door under warranty. They told us once the ** was delivered to our property they would not do a service call. The new door would be 8 weeks. They informed us they do not come to our property to service the ** so we would need to install the door ourselves. We did not feel this was fair but we did not want to wait 8 weeks to use our **. The employee said it was easy to change out but we were concerned because the power to control the temperature is in the door so we asked them to show us. It took 2 employees an hour to show us how to change out the door.We were concerned but really had no choice but to accept us changing out the door when it came in or we would not be able to us our new ** all summer.Blue Dog delivered our Rv later that day as per our purchase agreement as we did not have a vehicle large enough to tow it.A week later we went to use our Rv and the refrigerator did not work. The control panel in the damage door no longer worked. I called Blue Dog and after 3 phone calls I received a voicemail back that there was nothing they could do if we didn't bring the Rv to them.I reminded them we have no way to do that.I then after 4 more calls reached a manager ********************* on June 26. He told me to send a picture which I did that day. Since then I have left 2 e-mails and 5 voicemails to have him tell me the solution. I also sent an e-mail to the owner which unanswered. When I did talk to **** he also told me the door was never ordered as we were told. As of today July 7 we have no door, no returned phone calls or e-mails and no resolution. We would like the door replaced to working condition and have offered to pay for a service call.

      The trailer that we received from ******************* dealership in early July has been an absolute nightmare. When going through the walk through with the dealership we together came up with a list of more than 26 items that were wrong. Items such as the water hoses not properly hooked up and leaking all over the place, door panels scratched, pantry doors warped, nails sticking up under the flooring, the closet door rails in the master bedroom completely bent and unusable, a giant scratch on the spare bathroom door from the ladder not being placed right during delivery and the list goes on and on. We were told that these items would be repaired by the dealer by putting a request to the manufacturer. Our first and only trip in our trailer was awful! We had not only all of the listed items wrong but during our vacation we had a major water leak and had no idea where or what was leaking. After wasting almost a full day we finally found someone to come and look at the trailer, come to find out the cold water hose in the outdoor kitchen was not tightened at all and caused a slow leak in the underbelly that finally gave out causing a flood. We also got a flat tire and had rim and body damage due to the wires in the tire. We have been through three service reps as they all no longer employed. Blue Dog took our trailer in multiple times in the last year but has had it now since December. We asked every month multiple times to get our tire fixed so we could use the trailer. Flat tire was in July, tire wasn't ordered until February, and then not installed until June. We haven't been able to use our trailer since last July. We've been given the run around, lied to, promised things would happen that haven't, and been paying on a trailer we can't use. We went to pick up our trailer last week only to notice Blue Dog had broke/torn our awning to the point of no use and never even called to inform us. We would like to recoup our pmts made and to get out of this trailer nightmare!

      Our new Service Manager spoke with the customer today regarding her concerns. 

      The customer will return for *********************** once we receive the awning arm from the manufacturer. At that time, we will also address the customer's concerns with the awning fabric we already replaced & a cabinet possibly being out of square. 

      The Service Manager will be dealing directly with the customer until her concerns have all been addressed.

      On 12/28/2021 my husband and I placed an order for a travel trailer at Blue Dog RV in ****, ****** and put down a deposit of $2300. We confirmed with the sales person that the deposit was refundable since we were not able to see the specific model in person before ordering. When the trailer arrived around May 11, 2022, we realized it wouldn't meet our needs as the air conditioner was mounted in a place where my husband would constantly hit his head. We canceled our order and requested a refund of the deposit. It has now been over 7 weeks and we have not received a refund despite follow up emails to the salesperson on May 24 and June 14, a visit to the office and discussion with the sales manager on about June 17 and a phone call this morning. The sales manager said he would follow up and call back and he has not done so. We would like our deposit refunded immediately.

      We purchased an RV from Blue Dog in ********** in June 2020. Each year we are required to do an annual inspection to maintain our coast to coast warranty. We have been trying since February to obtain an appointment for the annual inspection. We have left several voicemails, completed an online request for service with no response and sent several emails with no responses. Our warranty is going to expire 7/2/2022 all because we are not able to get an inspection scheduled and no one will return our phone calls/emails/inquiries for service.

      My wife and I purchased a trailer from Bluedog RV in Pasco, WA in March of 2020. The trailer was purchased from the Pasco, WA location and the trailer was located in Redmond, OR. We made arrangements to pickup the trailer in Redmond. The original loan documents were mailed to us and listed the trailer purchase price $750 higher than we were originally quoted. We were given two options, have Bluedog re submit the paperwork for the correct amount and wait another week or have the $750 go towards a store credit for parts. We opted for the store credit so the transaction would be completed by the time we were scheduling to pickup our trailer the following weekend. We had set a date to pickup the trailer 3 weeks in advance and notified our salesman several times. Redmond, OR is 3-1/2 hours from where we live so it needed to be planned. Everything was all set until the day before we were supposed to pickup the trailer from the Redmond dealership and they called and said the trailer wasn't ready and wouldn't be for a while. Bluedog agreed to deliver the trailer for the inconvenience. I spoke with Justin in Redmond and went over agreed upon repairs to be done on the trailer prior to delivery. Everything was guaranteed to be in full working condition and trailer ready to go camping. I tried calling for a week between the two dealerships and nobody could tell me a delivery date. I finally made contact via text with a sales rep in Redmond of the date. The trailer was delivered with 1/2 of the repairs done. I performed a post delivery inspection and found the refrigerator was faulty. Tried to contact Bluedog and they ghosted me when trying to get it fixed. The refrigerator was repaired by a private repair shop and Bluedog was notified. The trailer was also delivered without any jack handles, cords or couplers. No way to connect to power. The trailer also has a defective tire. We are looking for Bluedog to cover the refrigerator expenses and refund the store credit.

      They have had my trailer over two weeks to fix a problem that came from the factory. And no one from the whole ******* place will call me and tell me whats going on theyre all a bunch of liars and nobody takes city personal responsibility. If I wouldve known what I know now I wouldve never done business with these people.

      We purchased a travel trailer from Blue Dog. We purchased the lifetime warranty. Every year we have to call and make an appointment to have it inspected and then file that inspection report with another company. We usually schedule this and pay to get it summer-ized for our families use for the year. I have been calling for days, no answer to voicemails. I have tried other extensions. A man in the sales department said he would email ****** or ******. Still have not received any sort of response. We also emailed ourselves after hunting around online. We cannot have our warranty voided because we cant even have the courtesy or a return call to get us on the books. It seems to be an ongoing issues as many reviews elsewhere complain of the same issue. Absolutely poor service.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      We did indeed submit our warranty inspection and their system had an issue. We have proof of documents being uploaded. We are dealing with that with them. We will not miss this years inspection and then actually void the warranty due to your in professsional **********, ***** team.

      The issue is the lack of communication. We have spent weeks going trying to get any service. In fact the trailer is parked there for over a week now because your service team is a disaster and didnt do it on the Monday as promised by the local Manager. It was supposed to be a drop off and same day pickup because of the nightmare of this lack of response. My husband had to leave work early to make the hour drive to demand any answers because we spent 5 days not getting any calls back or anyone answering the phone. I have spoke with ***** ****** and now a **** and the trailer has been sitting there unserviced. We have now had it unavailable to us for over a week just to get a call today saying what trailer is ours and whats supposed to be done. If I dont have my trailer back by this weekend for my wedding reception its going to be a big issue. So at this point the issue is still unresolved, your local department is absolutely awful and unorganized, our trailer still isnt serviced and we have had a monetary loss because of this issue. 

      Do not dismiss the big issue here over my contracts validity when that isnt the issue here.

      The Lifetime Warranty inspection was performed on this customer's RV. According to our records, the customer has since picked up their RV.

      As a "one time only" courtesy, RVR dba Blue Dog RV has not charged the customer for the one hour of labor, equivalent to $189, to perform this inspection.

      I consigned a ** with Blue Dog in November of 2021.After numerous emails, texts, voicemails, and calls to management about my trailer, I was able to find out a week and half after that the ** sold and the new customers took delivery on April 15th of 2022.I had to again make serval contacts to find out why my trailer was not paid off in a timely manner. It took Blue Dog over 2 weeks to pay off the trailer with lien holder.It has now been 45 days after the new owners took delivery and I have yet to be paid the difference of $2900+ that Blue Dog owes **** have again made several calls, text, and left messages and as of May 20th have gotten a respectable answer to where my check is. I have spoke with managers who say they will check into it and never return any of my calls.I find this to be completely unexcepted business practice and have never experience such disregard to a customer from a professional business.Had they been respectful and communicated, then I would not be here filing a complaint.

      Our ***** ***************** would not release payment until we were in receipt of either a Lien Release or the Title. 


      We received the required documentation from US Bank on 05/25/2022.

      I contracted Blue Dog to make repairs on my **. One repair was to remove and replaced the awning fabric with a new on as the old one was torn and rotting. The canvas they installed had holes in it. I brought it to their attention and told them that was unexceptional. Instead of replacing it they sent it back with rubber sealer on it and wires hanging all over the place. I had to take it back to be repaired again. They still have not corrected the issue and it been nearly a year of back and forth. I am beyond frustrated. The receipt says no work was performed and yet I paid for it to be done. They keep telling me parts are on order.I have not been able to take it camping since I purchased the ** as they have had it off and on almost a year, or it was unusable because I cant open the awning because of poor workmanship. Im at this point ready to go to court as I have been more than patient but that is coming to an end.

      We apologized for the customer's frustrations. The customer picked up his RV after the awning was replaced. He then notified us that there was a pin hole in the fabric & that at some point the wire cover on the awning arm had fallen off. At that time, the Service Manager ordered a new awning arm cover & awning fabric. While waiting on the new fabric, we did seal the pin hole on the currently installed awning fabric. 


      Unfortunately, due to several circumstances beyond our control, the awning fabric we ordered was cancelled by the vendor, then reordered though another vendor. It eventually arrived, but in the wrong color, therefore, it had to be reordered yet again & we received it yesterday.  


      The customer's RV was brought in the shop today for the replacement/repairs & the Service Manager stated the work should be done tomorrow.
