          On September 10, 2024, Better Business Bureau investigated Horizon PWR SC, LLC’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by complaints alleging that the solar panels consumers are purchasing from Horizon PWR are not working correctly and it is difficult to get in contact with someone at the company to resolve the issues.
