      NOT recommend!!!! Set up a day for them to come out and give me a bid, was told it would be Thursday or Friday of that week just some time ******* business hours, so I set it up to were I could be home those days. Well needless to say they never showed, never called they didnt nothing!So the following week I had to call them back again left messages and again nothing!So finally called from another phone and wow they picked up and had no reason why they never showed up or called me back. They made it seems like it was my problem. Needless to say I would highly NOT recommend them for anything!!

      We have not performed services for this person, and do not see this as a fair representation of our services. I have reached out to the client to see wherein we may have had a disconnect. We are always striving to continue to improve our offices processes, and due to sicknesses, as well as other hardships with our staffing we at times we may fall short. At present when the timeline of the so-called incident we were undergoing major dispatching software changes and internet interruptions. (Not making excuses, but just sharing reality.)  However, I will dig further into this matter.

      They are not an honest company and way overcharge. I called to have a heating and cooling system evaluated after a power surge damage. Teck arrived in ok time installed a transformer in air conditioning system then informed me that the system's needed replaced at a cost of over $19,000.00 and left with neither cooling or heating system's working. The cost was over $****** for looking at systems and a $15.00 part. I called a second heating company for a second opinion. I found out that the transformer that Big foot heating had installed had been install wrong, The second company reinstalled transformer, ran new thermostat wire, installed thermostat in heater and only charged a little over $200.00 and fixed everything, with a bid for ******* to replace if we decided. So I feel ripped off for paying ****** for almost nothing just to have another company fix it right. **** D

      ****************, in response to your review. We are sorry that you are not pleased with the services you were provided in behalf of your tenant that called us out. In our defense, our response was prompt and after hours at the request of your tenant. We were aware of the power disruption that affected the systems that controlled her business environment and yet we were unaware at the time that the landlord (you) was on the sidelines either, and we were dealing merely with the tenant. We do have certain policies about old equipment and repairing said equipment. As with all appliances, there is a life expectancy of 16 to 18 years. Your equipment exceeded this. So in regards to this, that is why your tenant was provided an estimate for this. Our technicians are aware on older systems if it is looking like it is not worth repairing to halt, report to customer, and give option repair vs replacement. The estimate that was provided was for the very best of equipment we have to offer, sure there are cheaper options, and cheaper companies. We do not pride ourselves in being the cheapest nor the most expensive with our services, however, we do feel that we offer a fair price for the services that we provide and we charge accordingly to cover our company's overhead and operation costs. We were very fair in pricing and did not even charge you after hour rates. In fact, your service call fell within average of our typical service call and charges. After speaking with your tenant following up, she shared information with us that does not conform with the information that you shared with our office, or on your reviews. Also the owner of our company tried to reach out to you multiple times to settle whatever confusion there may have been and every time received a voicemail recording. We would invite you to come to our office in person if you would like to discuss this further, one business owner to another.
