      I subscribed to Factor 75 meal service. I was awaiting to received my last meal delivery to decide whether i wanted to continue with the service or not. Typically meals are delivered, then the customer will have a day or two to pick meals for next delivery, pause or canceled the service. I didn't received my last meal delivery until Thursday July 6th, I decided to cancel the service right after. However, on that same day I saw Factor 75 already had a pending a charge of $169.25 on my account. I tried calling Factor 75 but the customers service was already closed. I called the next day asking to cancel the pending charge/order. The customer service representative told me that it was late to make any changes since the delivery cut-off already passed (Wed, July 5th) and he told me that the prior order/delivery was late or passed the cut-off due to the holiday (July 4th). I explained to the service rep that delivery could've been made on Wed, July on 5th then, or at least extend the cut-off to July 6th since this is Factor 75 reasoning why i received my delivery after the next week cut-off date. The rep blatantly told me that he couldn't do anything and this was final. And when I asked to speak with a supervisor or someone higher, he insisted that I had reached higher and there was no one else above him in regard to my concern. Hence the reason why I wrote the BBB.

      for the last two weeks I have tried to cancel my subscription. but each week I get a delivery and charged $91+. today ii got the third delivery and the same charge. when I call in to your customer service, I'm told its too late to refund my money and I can't ship the food back. they also tell me that there is no indication that I have cancelled my subscription. well I can send the food to your corporate headquarters. when I called cust service today a woman told me it was just too bad, there was no way they could refund the charges. she kept telling me it was company policy. I hung up and called back to a rep named ****** he told me he would credit my account. he said for some reason I had two accounts. have no idea how that happened. if your policy is to make it as difficult as possible on your customers, you are highly successful. I told both reps today that if I didn't get a refund for my charges, I was going to file a fraud complaint with my credit union. they will credit me and go after you.

      Hello! so on 7.6.23 my credit card was charged $110.91 from Factor75 Meals. I never received a email on this order taking place, nor when box came today 7.6.23 was their receipt inside that I did order it. I called and explained this to Factor75 CS ***** I explained I went on the website weeks ago to look at meal options. The only way I could look at the meal options was to put my credit card in to get pricing and meal selections. I opted out of the website since they didn't have meal choices I was looking for. I never thought I would be charged for just looking. I never submitted a order ? I never received an email I placed order. I shared this with CS ***** There response was " when go in the website you automatically become member, sometimes it save your CC as draft ." I never received email that I became member? The ******* said," They could cancel my membership. " "They had no way of refunding me . " This seems very shady on how this company is being run?? If I would received a email showing the I did place the an order I would cancelled it immediately. My request is full refund.

      I have had multiple issues with Factor. I have been receiving their food for 10 m0nths and today is the 5th time that I have received the wrong order. I have called numerous times but can only get through to a 3rd party outsourced call center. I have asked for a supervisor from Factor and never receive a return call. They refund me for the wrong items but still charge me for shipping on items I did not order. This is the only meal I eat per day so I rely heavily on my orders being correct. I am beyond frustrated with this company and their continuous errors. When I call to complain and get my money back they say that they see that I ordered my items every week but they don't know why I keep getting pre-selected items. I made notes on my account that I cannot eat spicy food or Pork. Since this keeps happening I wanted to at least be able to eat the wrong food they send instead of throwing it in the trash. So of course the order I received today was completely incorrect and I received all spicy foods and Pork. What is wrong with this company????????

      We are far from being resolved. I do not need instructions as to how to select my meals. I have been ordering my meals for almost a year now. It is just like Factor to insinuate that I don't know the steps that are required to select my weekly meals or when the cut off time for changes is. None of the multiple errors that Factor has made was due to something I did or didn't do.

      I have three separate charges for this particular order delivered on 7/6/23. You only refunded one of the 3 charges. There was a $6.99 and a$12.49 charge that I did not get refunded. I also want refunds for the shipping in the previous orders that were also incorrect items. There have been 4 separate occasions where I did not receive the meals I ordered. In the 3 other incidents I tried to work with a few of the meals that were sent to me but they were not what I ordered. Even though the entire order was incorrect I only received a partial refund. I never received a refund for the shipping on these other 3 orders. The 3 orders I am referring to were

      Order number: 269968758

      Order number: 219518349

      All of these orders were incorrect and I was charged for shipping and the few meals that I didn't order but I was willing to eat.

      The fourth incorrect order was 

      Order number: 247231567

      This order was completely incorrect and I was only refunded $108.99. There were 2 more charges of $6.99 and $19.99. I need those charges also refunded!

      This is exactly what I am talking about how Factor never quite takes 100% responsibility. They just choose and pick parts of refunds not all. The fact that this problem continues to reoccur is my issue. It has to stop!

      The customer service is horrendous. Management refuses to return phone calls. Every one of these orders I requested to speak to a manager and not once did anyone from Factor call me.

      I would like an explanation as to why these mistakes keep happening to my orders and I would like the delivery fees and charges that have yet to be refunded to me.

      Hello,Though I skipped meals until the whole month of July, Factor charged me for 6 meals 67.65$ that I received today July 5th, and though when I received the message early morning, I sent through their chat and messages telling them about it, they replied telling me that they can't see any skipping but I should be rest assured that I will not be charged again. And for sure they will not be able to charge me again anyway as I cancelled my subscription and payment agreement through PayPal for any further transactions. And the bigger problem they are sending me meals that I can't eat at all, though I mentioned in my first box I ordered from them that I don't eat these types of meals. So it ended being charged for something that I didn't order and also I can't eat, and they replied with no responsibility by: rest assured that I will not be charged after that!!! Please come take your meals back, no one will eat them and refund me my money.

      Placed trial order and gave credit card info. Food was ok. Three days later doctor put me on a restricted diet. Called factor and told them I couldnt eat their food and not to send any more until I called back and authorized it. No further communication. No shipments for *** or June and then end of June they charge my credit card for ***** for a shipment I had not authorized or requested nor had I chosen a menu. Called Factor, they claim the account was on pause and there was nothing that could be done. According to them you either cancel the account or they keep sending yet their agent never said this nor have i signed any contracts or agreed to this. These are deceptive practices to make you pay for something you have not authorized. Thank you for your attention to this matter I dont want this happening to anyone else.

      I originally set up my account and received deliveries but then cancelled. I decided to give Factor another try. I received the first box on a Tuesday with no problem. That same night I went online to see about what was being offered the following Tuesday (today, July 4) but then saw it was blacked out and said would not be getting a delivery. I assumed this was due to the holiday. There was no way to click on anything to edit/skip or do anything because it said you will not be getting a delivery. I was perfectly fine with that as I didnt really want a delivery this week since I still have food from last week remaining & bought food for the holiday. I figured it would give me a chance to finish what I had then decide the following week if I wanted to get meals again. After a few days I realized I wasnt going to eat all the food and I wasnt thrilled with how few options I had (the meals I CAN eat just repeat themselves and get old quick having the same thing each box) so on Thursday, 6/29, I chose to cancel the service for good. I knew that was plenty of time before the 7/11 ship date so I figured I was done with this service. All the sudden this morning I received a box from Factor! I check my credit card account and sure enough they charged me. I am livid. They said I was NOT GETTING A DELIVERY on 7/4 when I tried to edit it on Tuesday 6/27!!! Now Im dealing with their customer service and being told that I should have contacted them when it said I was not getting a delivery-I said WHY WOULD I DO THAT? It was a HOLIDAY and I was fine with skipping the week. Now they say there is nothing we can do. This is absolutely not acceptable. I even said they need to talk with their IT people because the website said I was NOT getting a delivery! They said no. This is literal theft. Giving me no choice in what I am being charged for? Not ok. The only reasonable outcome is a full refund. Im happy to leave the box sitting on the front porch and they can pick it up!

They emailed me basically apologizing and did give me the full refund. I never do get a call back from any CSR person as I was promised when I spoke with the woman-she assured me someone would call me back within 24 hours. It is ridiculous to have to come to the BBB to make a complaint in order to get any resolve from a company.

      Last week I was charged for meal services that were supposed to be delivered on June 25. These meals never arrived, and to my knowledge were never shipped since no tracking or order updates were provided. The business has been non responsive to my inquiry emails to their customer service email address.

      ************ trick you in signing up for these horrible meals.... you are not allowed to even view their meals until you enter payment information. I never submitted a order, in fact, there is not a option to submit. After I was on the website, I didn't even think about an order until I seen ( days later) they took money out of my account. I called the company immediately and the representative was so rude and told me "oh well, there is nothing he could do and its paid for now... I should give it to my neighbors if i dont want it!!!!" ************ should be banned and this type of website should be made public and I am definitely taking this to social media!

      I signed up for this service and received 14 meals that werent good. I threw most of them away. I had been skip the weekly orders until I could cancel because I was dealing with a family emergency and was out of state. It completely slipped my mind and now they have charged me for a delivery that will occur on Monday. Ive made it clear I dont want the delivery and wont accept it. I want a refund. I attempted to escalate to a surprise and was told I had to wait for a callback within 24 hours. This is completely unacceptable. There has to be a process in place for situations like this that require more understanding and someone in a position of power to honor my request.
