      I was charged $179.14 by Factor. I put a delivery hold but noticed that they charged my credit card so I called right away. I called to cancel delivery but they said they cannot process it anymore. Wasted my money and I didn't even chose the menu, they preselected but those I can't consume. Extremely disappointed as I was recommending them to my friends but they will know that I cancelled mine because of the poor service.

      My box was supposed to be delivered 27Jun2023. It did not arrive. Ive attempted 2 times now to contact the customer service team. The first wait time was 29 minutes. I waited the entire time and no agent came through. I tried again today and again, no agent came through. I do not want a food delivery package that I pay money for to show up late. I do not feel comfortable consuming a product that has the potential for a temperature excursion. 90 degree weather mixed with humidity and the poor insulation package is prone to spoiling. Regardless of what Factor promotes as packages can sit for 48 hours, is false. The first box I received was on the correct date and the food was already getting warm. This company needs a full revamp of insulating their packages and REFUND the customers when the company fails to honor their own order. Also, the customer service must be fake because it clearly doesnt work.

      I ordered and was billed for 12 meals. They only sent me five meals. **************** never answered the phone when I called. I just want all of my meals or a refund for the 7 meals they did not send to me

      I am writing to you to share my experience with factor.com. Its a meal service that offers prepared meals to be delivered to your home. I purchased the service for our daughter, ***************************************** as a gift from her Dad and I to make her last 5 weeks of studying for her Masters program less stressful. They had a promo code that advertised your first order at 50% off, with the following 4 boxes at 20% off.I placed the first order on Wednesday, April 19th and my daughter received it on April 25 without issue. The second order came on May 2, but it did not appear to have the 20% discount applied. I called Factor about it, and they subtracted $24.98 from my bill. I assumed my call was a reminder about applying the discount to the remaining three boxes, but it apparently was not. After she received her last box, she called me to tell me that she had put the account on hold for now as she was going to be traveling out of town, and moving out of state at the end of the summer.********* called me to be sure and check that we had received the last three boxes at a discount. I checked the credit card bills as well as the receipts ********* sent me that she downloaded from the website, and it was obvious the discount had not been applied. I then called Factor on June 20th to discuss the matter, and was told there was nothing they would, or could do because the account was closed. I feel like whether the account is closed or not they should have fulfilled their part of the contract, which is what I agreed upon when I created the account. After talking with ****, the Factor sales rep, for an extended period of time, I asked to speak to a manager, and was told someone would call me back the next day to discuss my account further. I have received no such call. Even today, Factor is advertising the exact same promotion.Thank you for your time and consideration of this matter.Sincerely,***************************************** ****************************************************************************** #************

      Factor75 extremely unwilling to help when there was an issue with it's delivery. Over $100 worth of food was delivered without email or text notification and went rancid on our doorstep. Attempted to call CS and received comments that my email was Apple-based which is "problematic" and the notification likely went into my junk-folder. NO EMAIL was ever sent to me regarding the shipment going out OR being delivered, not in my regular folder or my junk folder. No text is sent because the company doesn't utilize CURRENT TECH to send text notifications (???!!!). Representative was polite, but continued to deliver scripted talk about how the issue was "my fault" and Factor was not responsible. No attempt to resolve and no ownership of issue when the company cannot even verify they sent notifications and cannot employ text-technology. I hope they are prepared for a LOT of charge-backs, for a subscription service the whole point is to KEEP subscribers, not chase them away after the first order which is a loss-leader with discount codes!

      I signed up for services on their website and after immediately reviewing their available items, decided not to move forward with ordering and immediately canceled. I was charged for their services and set up for a delivery. When calling to express my concern, I was advised that I did successfully cancel but missed the cut off for canceling the delivery although canceling after immediately signing up for service. I was told there was an additional button I needed to select after canceling to prevent the delivery. As a new customer how would I know this requirement. When contacting the company I was basically told they picked meals based on my preferences and I was out of luck. Im very disappointed and dissatisfied with their customer service.

      Factor makes you put in credit card information just to view the menus. 10 June 23 I "cancelled" my subscription ******************************************************* since the menu choices don't work with my dietary restrictions. I used my work email: ******************** I got several confirmation emails that my subscription had indeed been cancelled. The day of my delivery for the service that I cancelled on I got a text that my delivery was on its way to me. On 20 June 23 I called customer service who said that the first delivery is different, you have to call customer service to cancel the first delivery even though the subscription is cancelled. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told there were no supervisors available, that my request doesn't warrant escalation since I had been given all of the information, it is impossible to cancel the delivery. I asked to have a supervisor call me back. The representative refused to request that a supervisor call me back. When I asked for their regional office, he said that this is the only number. He said for me to dispute the charges with my credit card company since there was nothing they could do. I asked for written confirmation that the subscription was actually cancelled. He said that he could not provide confirmation since the subscription had already been cancelled.
