      I called in August of 2024 to set up Shredding and medical waste disposal for a new nursing home, I asked the *** for the smallest amount of pick up options available. We didn't open till October but needed to have a contract in place to open, Docusign was sent and I signed it. when I received my first bill in October I immediately called and asked for an explanation they said I signed up for online **** safety training per the upload the contract looks like medical waste pick up but it was not, apparently, it is for 13 months of online training. Which I do not need for my business, nor did I want it, I asked them to please fix this and just pick up my medical waste, they said they were not able to manage accounts and to call and email my account manager. I did. Oct 12th, no response. someone else emails me tells me he will try to get osha training removed and sends me new contract for 13 pickups, I asked for 2 pickups and now he won't email me back or return my calls either. Have not paid my bill yet because I have only been charged for services I didn't ask for or used.

      We entered into an agreement for shredding services. When I realized that we were eligible for Omnia pricing, which was significantly less expensive, I requested that we be moved to that pricing platform. After several months of negligence on the vendors part, we still were being charged for the higher price service. When it was finally moved to the correct pricing, I requested that they bill us accordingly back to the date of my first request for Omnia pricing. While some small adjustments were made, under the Omnia pricing agreement, we would have only been billed per pick up every 8 weeks. Instead we had 4 monthly invoices despite only having two pick **** I requested that they adjust the bills again and was told this would not happen. After having no response to my last email at all, including confirmation that our account had been removed from collections, which happened during the time I was trying to work with them to adjust the invoices and agreement.

      Cancellation of service as of 10/31 requested several times starting 10/6/24 due to firm closure. Company confirmed cancellation request via email, states they will call, have never followed through aside from emails stating the matter is completed. During the last phone conversation (initiated by me) they said the service would be cancelled and bin would be removed 11/8 and not replaced. Bin was replaced, company has not contacted us again as promised (within 2 working days, last call to them was 11/1/24). We have sent an email letting them know that we will pay no invoices beyond the 11/8/24 service date and would like the bin removed immediately.

      Shred-It contacts me every other year or so for shredding services. I was contacted by ***** ******* and agreed for a pick up of files to be shredded. While I was on vacation in August 2024, Shred-It dropped of 10 extra-large totes to the *********. Had I been in the office I would have refused them. When I returned I emailed ***** ******* and in his email he assured me that the Town would be charged only for the amount shredded. Nothing was ever picked up by Shred-It, other than 8 of the extra large totes I asked them to get - which were empty. No Shredding. Now, they have sent this to collections, I am getting phone calls and emails from them. I am extremely disappointed in Shred-it and will now have to find a different vendor to complete this service for the Town.

      I manage a medical office and we use Stericycle/Shred it for our secure document destruction, we have used them for two decades. We started receiving past due/collection notices in 07/2024 and have provided proof of payment of the outstanding invoice. I have received in writing that my account is not past due, and to disregard any collection attempts. I have now NOT had services since September, and my pleads for an explanation continue to go unanswered. In the most recent communication, they claim to have received my ACH for payment in December of 2023, but in Sept *************************************************************** to repay the invoice. I do NOT have a **** card associated to my account, why would they issue a refund when i was receiving collection notices. I have sent no less than 3 dozen emails and have called daily and continue to not receive reasonable explanation or resolution.

      On September 24, 2024 I sent a website inquiry to request a one-time purge of documents. I was made a clear and concise request to be scheduled 3wks because I needed additional time to look through papers as I was recovering from surgery. ****** Tocar assured me the date and time for service wouldn't be an issue. Operations/scheduling was going to call me to confirm the date and time that was best for me. On October 3rd I received a call from a local driver, who showed up at my home without my prior consent/knowledge. I explained wasn't aware he was coming and wasn't prepared for the collection of documents to be shredded. I immediately called ****** *****, requested to speak with a supervisor to resolve this lack of communication. After waiting more than a week and still no call, I sent ****** an email October 5th requesting cancelation of the contract effective immediately. Several days later another email is sent to me with a service date of October 7th. Again, I called customer service, requested to speak with a supervisor and cancelation of contract and service. I was told the contract was canceled and confirmation would be emailed to me. However, I received a bill for ****** for services not rendered. I was given docket #******** as proof my request for bill modification was entered. I do not trust this company and would like assistance to resolve this matter.

      Stericycle recently shut down our service because they said we had not paid our bill. I tried to communicate with the email on our billing statements they kept sending and they would never reply. When I called to tell them I have been sending them proof of our ACH wires, they finally saw that they had been misapplying payments on our accounts, but still took a few days to turn our service back on. Now we are having another issue where they are saying our accounts are not being paid. As you can see on the attachment I sent, we actually have $9K credit on our account because their billing department is so inept that they are constantly misapplying payments. Why are they holding all of this money and shutting off our accounts? I want a refund of this $9K overpayment.

      We hired Stericycle in the beginning of 2021,we asked to cancel the contract in July 2021 before our move tonew building. we were informed by them via phone that everything is fine, and contract was cancelled with no issues .now they are coming after 3 years ,requesting retro payment for the past 3 years. we have never received any services from them , neither requested one. Initially, they put fake visits and requested us to pay for those, we managed to prove its all fake visits that never happened. Now they are insisting that we pay 375 $ + cancellation/penalty fees for the contract. which is totally unfair ,as we have requested to cancel this contract back in 2021 and we were told on the phone ,things should be fine,and the contract is cancelled with no issues .now coming after 3 years ,requesting cancellation fees ?also faking visits tomake us pay them money,when they didn't do any services for us ,feels like rib off ************* fact, we have been using another supplier for our med-waste for the past 3 yrs. and they havebeen taking care of ourwaste.not only this,we have called them after moving toour new building requesting if we can resign again, so they can do our services,they refused and said no ,we are already cancelled .so we looked for another supplier to help with our med-waste! how come now they ask us topay forsomething has never been done, not only this we are paying another company,and theyare doing ourservices! anotherthing,I spoke with theStericycle manager,asked him to give me a prove they did services, where some one from our office should sign for them duringtheir visit, he didn't have any proof. Nowthey are harassing us for the payment,we told them we can pay ****** $,but its totally unfair to pay cancellation fees, they are still harassing us for the payment.seems it's their way in business to steal people and try to make money out of fake visits.I Need YOUR HELP IN THIS AND TO STOP THEIR BUSINESS AND STOP THEM FROM DOING THIS IMMEDIATELY.

      I am rejecting this response because: now our issue, yes shred it company tried to resolve the issue , but in fact they put earlier a complaint to a collection agency and they called us for that couple of times ,trying to collect the money the shredit were claiming from us ,and ofcourse this have affected our credit score,while they fake these invoices and services , and falsly shovel the numbers too high while we didn't receive any services from them - all were FAKE /FALSE Invoices and visits . now they refused to tell the collection agency that this COMPLAINT they PUT Was in accurate /or done by mistake - so it won't affect our score. they wanted only to close the complain with you,and keep the damages they did for our credit score the same.and its both unfair and unacceptable. please ask them to notify the collection agency of their mistake and withdraw the complaint against us there.once this is done we will consider the matter resolved .so for your kind care.Thank you

      I have had an account with ********************** for years. Out of the blue in May 2024, a new lid showed up at my office and a bill for $55.11 was magically charged to my autopay ***** I called. to ask that it be removed or provide me with proof of me ordering this product. It is now November and I have yet to see either. Magically in September, a HUGE console for shredding showed up at my office. I refused to accept it and asked them to leave. I called Stericycle who claimed they have no record of this. The same driver has been showing up twice a week since then. I log into my account and they have added a shred it account to my account. Again, I NEVER requested this. I have sent numerous emails and numerous messages and no call back.
