    Purchase made from FireMaple in December late to arrive. Checking carrier *********** shows purchases bouncing between states multiple times with them sitting in wrong state for a week with zero updates. Have tried contacting multiple times with no accurate information or resolution. Only response is the tracking status changed to Delivered status in wrong city, county, state address. Looking up *********** I now see why they have a One Star rating with dozens if not hundreds of other dissatisfied customers.

    11/28/24 I made a purchase at the ********, for $168 the items were supposed to be shipped thru Yunexpress. It has been over a month and I still havent received my item, there is no delivery updates, and **** havent received anything as well. I will provide all documents to show I havent received anything.

    December cost : $89.70 failed to deliver to my door as stated or send me a picture of delivery of the package ******* device a shipping company Yunexpress.was told they also use ***,*****,**** or local carriers.Tracking only gives little information. Said delivery Thursday December ****** 12:01 pm. We have cameras all around this building. Landlord didn't see the driver enter the building.

    I Purchase the sign from Lanata commerce it was shipped from this address. This name is on the label. It was supposed to say I can fix anything but stupid and it should have the name Mikey MIKEYs for the name and it came with the name ****** ****** so I need to contact them find out how to return it and get the proper one or if theyre not the company to contact who should I contact?

    I purchases a dress that was supposed to be black. I unfortunately forgot what company it was from. Obviously a 3rd party. I got a white dress, that was dirty and no receipt with a name on it or price. And, since I don't know the name I can't dispute it with my bank.

    I purchased three sets of magnetic lashes. They do not work at all. I tried reaching out to the company over twelve times with no response. I am trying to get a refund for these items. *****. I also reached out to ******* who helps sell for this company but they will. It help me either.

    I placed the order on 4/23. Website stated they do accept returns. I received a defective product. The Louis ******* logo on the strap was printed inside-out. Also, the phone case did not fit my phone, even though it was described as being specific for my phone model. I contacted the company for a return and they never responded. I am happy to return the product, but I want my money back.

    I ordered two pair of pants from this company, and the quality is horribleplus the return to ***** but it shows a return address in ********. It appears theyre also using a brand name VERY similar to what Amazon sells. Amazon is called Comfy Fit Pants. These knock offs are called ComfysFit.

    I received an item I purchased with a return shipping address for this address but it looks to be a shipping warehouse not affiliated with the supposed company I ordered from. *** asked for a refund and was told to ship the item back to an address in *****. Nowhere on this businesss website does it mention its a company shipping from *****. It in fact leads consumers to believe it is shipping and located within the U.S. This shipping warehouse should be investigated for fraudulent practices or affiliation with fraudulent companies.
