************. Appears to be based out of **** with a warehouse in IL. I purchased an item and they gave me an address overseas to return the item but claimed to be in **. They attempted to make it impossible to get a refund buy listing an address in another country. The company I ordered from was MultiCosmetics.

Evidently I ordered a Tractive brand GPS tracker from an outside company called Trustpilot which was shipped by a company called Yunexpress. The package came from *****************************************. The order confirmation email was from BestDealsMax. I tried to contact them for a full refund and this is was their correspondence back to me:"To assist you with the return process and receiving your refund, we would like to provide the following detailed instructions:Important ****************** does not provide a return shipping label, so please arrange the return shipment yourself. If you can, please do us a favorchange the declared value to $5 so we can spend the spare to cover your return postage later (this is optional, so it is fine if you don't feel like it).Return Address:Contact Name: YouYou Address: ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* City: ****** Zip Code: ****** Country: ***** Tel: ************* Steps to Follow:Step 1: Please choose a shipping carrier and send the return package to the address provided above.Step 2: Once you have shipped the package, kindly provide us with the receipt and tracking number so we can monitor the return.Step 3: Upon receiving the package at our warehouse, we will inspect the product and issue a full refund to you as soon as possible."

I received a package from this company containing 2 drinking glasses. I have no idea why I received this, as I did not order any such item from any dealer. Very, very suspicious. Reading other reviews on BBB and seeing it's rating makes me wonder what is going on. How did they get my name and address and who sent the items? I guess I will never know.

This company is some kind of ***** for other companies claiming to be small US businesses, but the products actually come from I think *****. I ordered supposedly hand-made sweaters from a supposedly elderly woman named **** at Marys Sweaters, supposedly in **, at a ridiculously low price, which should have been my first clue that this is not a legit *** Then could not track the order with the YumExpress tracking number they provided. The shipping email said to download the app Shop to track it but still wouldnt work. Tried to cancel the order but a reply from a CS email, not from Marys Sweaters but someplace called Amaze, said sorry it already shipped. So after a few weeks without receiving anything I had **** dispute the order. Not surprisingly, a few days later I did finally receive my order, from YumExpress in IL, not Marys Sweaters in **. No order slip or any info was included, no tags on the products saying who made them. And the **** address label to me had been placed over another shipping label from some place outside ******. So I did get the sweaters, but one was not actually a sweater but a synthetic piece of material with the image of the sweater pattern printed in it. But my main concern is I gave my name, address, cc number and prob phone number to a scam ***

When I was not satisfied with the product I purchased and contacted the "company's" email requesting a return label/refund, I was sent this email. "our course, I'd be more that happy to offer you an address. However, please confirm with be before you've fully decided to return your item back to us so that I can create a return request in our system. Without doing so, we won't be able to process the refund. Here's the address:2nd ********************************************************************** ***** Please note that shipping costs may be high due to the weight of the ******************* and they're the responsibility of the customer. Remember not to ship the item before you confirm you're 100% sure you want to return it. If ou change your mind and prefer a 20% partial refund, we can process it instantly. Just let me know! (smiley face emogi)**************Customer Service Representative **************** This product was shipped from ***********************************************************This tactic is a way to seemingly offer an olive branch while holding onto the majority of the money. Of course it's a scam, and too good to be true. The people hawking these wares on ************ sites are my age, and honest looking, and I fell into the algorithm trap. ****** *******

In order to further confuse the consumer, they attempt to mislead and obfuscate the issue by showing their return address on the ****** that they sent me as a ********** address. I stupidly ordered a cup online from a ******** ad. The pictures were exceptional and of course, the product is not even a close knock-off of what they were selling. $28 down the drain for something I could have bought at the Dollar Store - at least at the Dollar Store you know what you're getting and don't have to be scammed. Their ad had thousands of 5 star reviews all showing a product that was really nice and how happy the customer was with the quality and uniqueness of the item, I will warn as many people as I can about this company. Seriously, I don't know why FB puts up with this sort of thing. So rip off cannot even come close to the way I feel about this. I'd love to return it and get a refund, but, as another consumer had mentioned, the email vanished and I'm left with no way to even contact them. I truly hope they are shut down soon. What a FRAUD.
