When I was not satisfied with the product I purchased and contacted the "company's" email requesting a return label/refund, I was sent this email. "our course, I'd be more that happy to offer you an address. However, please confirm with be before you've fully decided to return your item back to us so that I can create a return request in our system. Without doing so, we won't be able to process the refund. Here's the address:2nd ********************************************************************** ***** Please note that shipping costs may be high due to the weight of the ******************* and they're the responsibility of the customer. Remember not to ship the item before you confirm you're 100% sure you want to return it. If ou change your mind and prefer a 20% partial refund, we can process it instantly. Just let me know! (smiley face emogi)**************Customer Service Representative **************** This product was shipped from ***********************************************************This tactic is a way to seemingly offer an olive branch while holding onto the majority of the money. Of course it's a scam, and too good to be true. The people hawking these wares on ************ sites are my age, and honest looking, and I fell into the algorithm trap. ****** *******

They say they delivered a package to my post office in *******, ** but the post office has no record of it.   

In order to further confuse the consumer, they attempt to mislead and obfuscate the issue by showing their return address on the ****** that they sent me as a ********** address. I stupidly ordered a cup online from a ******** ad. The pictures were exceptional and of course, the product is not even a close knock-off of what they were selling. $28 down the drain for something I could have bought at the Dollar Store - at least at the Dollar Store you know what you're getting and don't have to be scammed. Their ad had thousands of 5 star reviews all showing a product that was really nice and how happy the customer was with the quality and uniqueness of the item, I will warn as many people as I can about this company. Seriously, I don't know why FB puts up with this sort of thing. So rip off cannot even come close to the way I feel about this. I'd love to return it and get a refund, but, as another consumer had mentioned, the email vanished and I'm left with no way to even contact them. I truly hope they are shut down soon. What a FRAUD.

Buyer beware! This company is a bait and switch scam! I ordered a pair of Skechers winter boots, size ** Women's 7.5, on 10/25/2023 from a sponsored ******** ad. The boots were delivered 19 days later. They are an off brand boot with the name Fashion written on them. I order Skechers as per their ******** ad. The size of the Fashion brand boots is marked 39, not Women's 7.5.I sent an e-mail immediately to the e-mail address on the order confirmation receipt telling them I wanted to return these for a refund. I feel I was scammed as the ad clearly said Skechers. Skechers size 7.5 fit me perfectly. These are not Skechers, and they are size 39. I literally wrote them an e-mail within 10 minutes after they were delivered. After I wrote to them asking for an address to return the shoes, they denied my request as they said, "they shipped what I ordered". Excuse me? Fashion brand is not Skechers. These are cheap ******* knock-off shoes at an inflated price for what I received. When I wrote to them a second time, they said they "don't recommend returning them", and they would not give me a return address.The ******** ad did not disclose that these were shipping from *****. The company name on the ad says U.S. ***************, giving every indication this was a **** based company. Upon further investigation after the boots were received, I see that **** *************** is based in *********. The return address on the shipping label is **********************************************************. When I inquired, they said that this address is a "transit location" only. My recourse is to return them to the return address printed on their shipping label, *************** I will ship them with Signature Required, and then file a chargeback with my credit card company if I don't receive a refund in short order.    

Can't seem to locate a live customer service person to pursue return of 2 of the pairs! Beware of ordering from this place!! Have a F grade from the BBB. Wish I had done my homework!

Doesn't even deserve one star it should be zero but I had to choose one star just to be able to submit a review. Product ordered through advertisement on line. Package arrived. Total scam. Cheap quality definitely not the brand I ordered. No company name or return address on package. No invoice inside package. No way to return for refund. Complete waste of money.    

Tracking says delivered at 5:35 PM. I was home. My neighbors were home. No one came through here. No photo of the porch they supposedly delivered it to. I had never heard of YunExpress. After looking them up, I saw all of the negative reviews. I am fortunate: the seller processed a refund. Other people are not so ************ clear.

Product ordered online through an ad. Delivered several after weeks after original order placed, no company name on package only ******************** *********************************************************************** address. No invoice inside package for return and product is does not fit. Total waste of money.

My baseball hat came in a bag, not a box and it was crushed.

Absolutely awful material for ***************** and baby blanket I ordered. I have tried several times to reach out to HerAlluress where I bought from on Instagram. NO ONE RESPONDS AND I KEEP GETTING ERROR MESSAGES SAYING WRONG EMAIL. TOTAL SCAM AND I'M OUT THE MONEY, I'M FURIOUS. I WANT TO CONTACT INSTAGRAM AND HAVE DISPUTED THE AMOUNT. IT'S DISGUSTING HOW THIS "BUSINESS" WORKS.
