Absolutely horrible company! For months I have emailed and spoke to them and AGAIN moments ago regarding charging the wrong card including sending screenshots I've updated the card INCLUDING the site doesn't allow me to remove the one they kept charging for my shipment. They correctly charged the right card for my daughters but not mine. I have gone through this 6 months and have demanded a refund BACK to the incorrect card. They tell on the phone AGAIN they removed the incorrect card and updated the correct one then say "Unfortunately we are unable to refund BACK the money to the other card BUT we updated the correct one on both shipments" they played games each time I sent emails with screenshots and proof then don't respond for weeks. Then send an email weeks later with "We are not understanding the problem can you please call # and speak with us" how do you not understand after providing proof then tell me you are unable to return $106. Dollars and change for their screwups! I've had enough and will be cancelling all subscriptions including filing a report with my ************************ as well as the United States attorney general including the ************************. This is egregious on every level!!Blueair, Inc.

The old bait and switch. Time for filter replacement and sorry we don't have the normal affordable ones in stock. All we have are the $70 ones available. Don't buy this product.Blueair, Inc.

They mess up orders and horrible customer service. Canceled subscription 3 months before moving to find out they still sent it to a house across country and all I got was that *****. Buy Honeywell never had problems with anything or anyone.Blueair, Inc.

I purchased two Blueair air purifiers over two years ago and set up filter subscriptions to receive filters automatically. It worked fine until a few months ago when I was informed that my subscription orders were cancelled and that I needed to update my payment method. I logged onto the Blueair website and checked my credit card information and saw that all the information was correct. I informed Blueair that my credit card information was fine, and that it was the same card and information that worked for previous subscription orders. The subscriptions were rescheduled to ship and then I received another email stating my subscription orders were cancelled and that I needed to update my billing information. I was getting very frustrated so I called my credit card company and they told me that Blueair was flagged for possible fraudulent activity and that they had denied the charge to avoid a possible fraudulent charge. I explained to them my subscription with Blueair and was told they would lift the fraud status for a couple of days only. I then informed Blueair they needed to complete the billing ASAP, but they didn’t. So Blueair has cancelled future filter subscriptions, they don’t seem to be doing anything to get the problem resolved, they stopped communicating with me, and I am stuck with two air purifies that I can’t get new filters for. Their customer service is absolutely the worst! They don’t answer my questions, don’t make any attempt to resolve the issue and simply close the case, over and over. Absolutely the worst retailer I have ever dealt with.Blueair, Inc.

I've been dealing with the Wi-Fi connection problem since last September. I've called several times to the company and also chatted via email. They have twice now walked me through a reset of my air purifier, but it does not work. We will email back-and-forth and then they ghost me. I will call several times getting the runaround and never being able to speak to a supervisor or resolved my issue. There is no longer any support through this company.Blueair, Inc.

We have 6 different air purifier machines from Blueair that are very expensive. We cannot find replaceable filters to purchase. We have used their online chat and put in the correct serial numbers and keep getting a response that the serial numbers are not correct even though they definitely are. We have tried to resolve this for over 1 month online and via chat, but there is no way to contact them or get a resolution as to whether they are simply no longer making any filters. A very disappointing business after we invested a lot of money for their air purifiers.Blueair, Inc.

Fraudulent charge and several attempts to my debit card by this company. Don't know how they got the number. Clearly a pattern of criminal conduct here. Thankfully my credit union notified me before Blueair stole all my money. When I was speaking with my credit union they said they have seen several of these fraudulently charges. Called the contact number on the charge about it and the strongly accented (*********?) *** insisted on me providing far too much personal info in order to "track down the order". (I refused.) my 605E (w auto adjust, more expensive) air filter broke and was under warranty, but they sent me the wrong replacement (605 model w no auto adjust speed). Then their customer service is telling me that my warranty and purchase order was not 605E. But pics it was 605E. Then they told me they discontinued the 605E but on their site the 680i model replaced it and there's more than enough units on Amazon store yet they're refusing the send me the replacement still.Blueair, Inc.
