    I wish there was an option for no stars.This business is horrible! first of all it took me 10 calls, 2 whatsup text messages, HOURS to get a hold of someone !I bought a family vacation a year ago and when the time was arriving they contacted me that the flight was changed to a later date! At that point we were not able to go anymore since we had already asked for the original days off from work. So instead they gave us an electronic credit voucher! They sent us an email APRIL 6TH 2022 giving us our voucher saying we had 6 months to use it. On Oct 6th 2022 I remembered that we need to use them so I went in to book our flight. They said NO! they said it expired on the 3rd!I told them man so its not 6 months and he said "THATS CORRECT" I told him so you guys just take my money from a issues your business had , I didn't ask for the original flight to change and he said "THATS CORRECT" I escalated to a higher person and said NO. They have the worse service I have ever experienced ! TO VOLARIS: Thank you for taking our money and not allowing our family to have the vacation that was much needed.

    Really what more does it need to happen get this airline out of the US , how many more complains.costumer service is the worse, they discriminate you in every aspect. SCAMERS big time, they system on line has so many issues , making your card decline to prevent you from check in and over charging more money at the airport 2x more. no one is willing to help resolve the issues, you call on the phone and they tell you wrong information. This airline need to be banned from US.

    They tried to charge us for something that wasn't listed after we had paid. The charge was disputed on a credit card so they took us off the manifest and we didn't fly out to start. On the way back they didn't do a good job on the pre flight inspection and the plane didn't take off because it didn't have enough speed. They canceled the flight on the runway and as we got off we saw that a tire had delaminated and there had been a brake failure. The terms and conditions state that if they cancel a flight the passengers are entitled to a hotel, transportation to and from and a minimum 25% refund. They tried to s**** us out of the first flight back and the entire service is over priced for what they offer on top of all the corners they cut. If I'd known this was a frontier subsidiary I never would have flown with them. Don't risk your life.

    Have been sitting at an airport for over 4 hours. Our flight time has been moved three times and, each time, no notice is given about more delays until at least 20 minutes after the rescheduled take off time had passed. There is a waiting area full of people angry over the complete lack of information, openness, and care by Volaris. We gave one star, but would actually prefer to give a zero. They have just announced another hour (minimum) delay. Please pray for us all that Volaris is finally telling us all the truth.

    Extremely bad airline not holding to their commitment canceling and modifying flights on the run and not holding into what a customer purchase as flight schedule the worst is that the airline doesnt refund money for events they caused in my case the airline cancelled a flight I Had from PVR to QRO they offered schedule change for 2 days later which obviously doesnt fit anymore my schedule they then offer e credit which is also not useful because i never fly volaris when asking for a refund the airline drags its feet and never gives you back the money for an event they cause it is definitely the case where this airline needs to make flight ****************** due to operational costs definitely not an airline who should even be coming to ******* with such poor customer commitment basically I lost 350 USD because of this event ******
