    We booked a flight from *********** to ***********, ****** on Volaries Flight 1711 on September 26, 2024. Departure at 10:05AM with an Arrival at 2:17PM.Volaries changed our flight from a 10:05am departure to 12:32pm departure. No advance notice or warning and based on the app the seats were all sold out the day prior. We tried to check in on the app 24 hours to reserve our seats, check-in our baggage, but the system would not allow us to do so. The seats on the plan were all filled. When we arrived at the Airport the next morning a Rude Representative informed us that all the seats on the plane were sold out and we would be departing only 1 hour later. The plane was actually departing 2.5 hours later, and our arrival time changed from 2:17pm to 4:44pm. We booked the earlier flight because we had to drive 3 hours from the airport in ****** to our final destination and did not want to drive at night due to safety concerns. We usually fly Aero-******, *****, and ****** and wanted to give Volaries a chance. Our experience with Volaries was disappointing and customer service was below average. Volaries Low-Cost Airline = *********** and they try to nickel and dime you for everything. We paid $401.00 for 2 suitcases roundtrip, and they were only 37lbs and 34lbs, and the limit is 55lbs. The luggage was lighter on our return flight. I could not check-in the 24 hours prior as explained above, and the representative would not give the same price as if we checked in on-line due to the inconvenience. I will never fly Volaries again.

    Completely lack of customer service care. No manager available. Hard to impossible to get anyone help on line or through phone calls. No response. Multiple attempts to ask for help in *** and the manager seems to be busy in the back with no signs or effort to acknowledge my time waiting.

    I have been flying with Volaris for almost 2 years because, even though they charge for breathing, they are always on time and the flights are as described. However, this last experience with them is the most horrible thing you can experience. I made a reservation and added checked luggage. When paying for the reservation, for some reason the luggage was not added and my reservation was created without luggage even though I had selected it for round trip. When adding luggage after completing the reservation, Volaris charges a different rate (in this case twice as high) than what it normally costs when adding it to the reservation.I immediately called customer service and explained to them what had happened, that I put the baggage but that they did not add it or charge it, but that now they charged me at a different rate. At no time did the Volaris agents want to help, nor did they understand my problem, nor were they interested in helping, or in making any type of exception. Every time I asked for their help the only thing they knew how to say was "it can't be done", I spoke to a supervisor and to my surprise his response was "it can't be done", I made a claim to the next level of support and to your surprise now What do you think his response was? "it can't be done". If I can help you with anything, please do not fly with this airline that is not interested in the well-being of its passengers. They don't care that someone has constantly flown with them, nor did they stop to think about what they were being told.

    I call to confirm August 27 if my flight was to check-in Thursday night August 29th to leave Fri 12:30am and arrive in ****** ****** 1:30 pm and the customer service said yes. When I arrived in *** they said that I had wrong date that I was supposed to check-in Wednesday night 28th to leave Thursday 12:30am..we missed my plane they didn't give me credit or money back and I was told by Volaris supervisor that there were 25 people without seats so everything was full so when I tried to get Friday morning flight which 2 seats were available supervisor didn't understand why Volaris were selling tickets. I have put 2 complaints and they are not responding they said they called me but that's a lie. My cellphone history didn't have any incoming calls. I live in a fixed income and I need my money back. Please help me.

    People dont fly with volaris weve been stuck at **************** for more than 5hours and no one has taken the time to come and say whats going on and the flight this morning from *********** to ******* the airplane was making all these weird sounds it sounded like quacking geeses they said we were dropped off here because of bad weather in ******* but our family is telling us its clear My recommendation is dont fly with them.

    The worst customer service in the entire world. The agents do no listen nor answer questions. They will close the conversation before answering anything. This has happened over a dozen times within 24 hrs. They do not respond to emails in the ***** timeframe window they claim. They refuse to allow anyone to speak with a supervisor. They don't even have a phone number to talk to someone over a billing dispute. Everyone stay away from this business as I promise there are better airlines out there. If you ever encounter an error, it will not be resolved.

    I had purchased a flight ticket for my whole family (My wife, grandma, my daughter and myself) on May 4th, 2024 and this flight was to departure from *** to GUA 05:57PM. I arrived at the airport at 03:15PM and I was with the attendant to check my luggage at 03:27PM and this lady stated that my baby wasn't listed in the reservation. I had showed the lady the reservation for all 4 of us. No supervisor available to resolve issue until late this night that was too late because I have missed my flight. It cost $371 for all 4. However I had the urgency to arrive to ********* and he try to schedule for the next day and I couldn't wait and I asked if he could he could schedule myself to *********** and he agreed. I had to pay for someone to come and pick me up there and take to *********. This horrible situation is that he didn't accommodate myself. He charged my credit card on file. I file a claim through my credit card and it was a charge back because the bank received that it wasn't charged by them and I have been doing business with them and it cannot be consider a fraud transaction.flight missed XY446F (LAX to *********)charge for another reservation EHUSWK (LAX to ***********)

    I checked in my luggage this morning and it weighed 28 kilos. I had paid for the luggage through the app. They charged me 1585 pesos for the overweight bag. It was overweight by 3 kilos. Online it says that I was charged for two check ins for a total of 3251 pesos but I only checked in one bag. I looked up the prizes online on the volaris website and it states that overweight luggage weighing 26 to 35 kilos can be charged up to 1000 pesos and luggage weighing between 36 to 45 kilos up to 2000 pesos. I was charged 1585 for 3 kilos. My luggage weighed 28 kilos. The volaris check in counter agent was very rude and demanded I showed him my **** when I had given him both my Mexican and American passport which were both open in his hands. I am a dual citizen I do not need a ****. Again this is not an immigration agent this is the ticket counter volaris agent. After I told him I was a dual citizen and he had both passports in his hands he proceeded to still ask me for a **** in which I informed him that I didnt need one. Thats when he became increasingly rude and annoyed and Overcharged me for my bag.

    Hello, I have future flight November/2024 and need it to cancel. Normally Airline will work with you with voucher for future flights or help schedule other flight. **************** was nice but I had to buy new flight full price/or more with not taking any consideration of the money I already invested.

    Can I leave a negative star? First of all, this was the worst experience that I have ever had while traveling. They overbooked the flight by 20% and didnt allow 6 of us on. They stated we didnt have a seat assigned and we did not check in. We all let them know that the system only allowed us to add bags, I also called twice try to be checked in where I was instructed both times to check in at the airport. Then at the airport they let us know that we shouldve checked in online. Not once were we apologized to and actually they made it seem as if they were doing us a favor by booking our flight the next day. I lost a day of work, others lost a day of work and others lost a day of school. I was also told that they only saw my bags added and nothing else. A couple minutes later they were trying to charge me to check my bags. When I had proof and reminded the attendant that you just told me I paid she responded back with I cannot see that on my end. Made me pay for my bag again and then tried to gaslight me so I can think she didnt tell me she saw that I paid for my checked bags. This was only in the first 5 minutes, I have 3 hours worth of issues from this airline in *********** ******. When I spoke to a supervisor they did not want to give me a refund. Instead they gave me 300 pesos for dinner, this wouldnt even purchase a 6inch sandwich for me and my companion who was also inconvenience by this overbooking. I have never been so disrespected by an overbooking on an airline.
