    This is the short history of complaints. The National Carship LLC has never sent me the refund of reservation fee even after they failed to finding a driver at the contract price on time. All other evidence is available in my text message. . 6/15/2023 : Contacted broker (*****) at National Carship LLC and received quote ($850 for shipping a 2022 Blazer from Lake Orion, ** to ****, **. . 6/20/2023 : Signed a contract ($850) and Paid $100 reservation fee to ***** via. Paypal. . 6/23/2023 : ****** said they were searching for drivers, but they asked for higher price. . 6/23/2023-6/27/2023 : Searching for drivers. . 6/27/2023 : ****** came back and said a driver is asking $1,200-$1,300. I requested to cancel because of the expected higher price and big risks of delayed shipping (6/27 was so close to the expected pick-up date of 7/1), and then the broker accepted full refund of $100 reservation fee in text message. . 6/28/2023 : Manager of the broker called me and said they can't do refund (Not understandable). . 7/1/2023 : Expected pick-up date . 7/6/2023 : Estimated delivery date

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    This refund should have been done right after cancelation of shipping contract was requested. National Carship did not take this immediate action for customer (not even intended to refund), which was not trustworthy. Without my complaint via BBB, I would have not received any refund. I suggest National Carship should refund immediately and then might be able to request me to do anything, which I think will be appropriate if this company really considers customer satisfaction. Refund is not conditional and should not be any part of deal.

    Below is the official complaint explaining the situation. I sent this email to them and they did not respond.Good evening, I again am contacting this company. I requested a quote for car transportation services. I was contacted by *************************** from National Carship LLC through a text from the number ************. After negotiations, we began the process and signed a contract. The contract clearly stated 1st available pickup date and load date being set for 06/12/2023. About a week prior to the date I attempted to get in contact with *************************** because I had a change of plans and no longer needed his service. I sent him a text on the 8th of June so he can guide me through the process of cancellation but my text was ignored. I then texted again on the 11th and received a call back shortly after asking me how they can help. Im not sure if this was ******* or someone else but after telling them I needed help canceling the service they abruptly hung up on me without any guidance. I texted ******* the day the service was supposed to be rendered and ******* informed me that he sent a driver for my car on 05/08/2023 and paid the reservation fee for that day. The date on the contract was completely disregarded and I received no notice from anyone about a truck coming. I was told yesterday through text that the driver was canceled on 05/08/2023 and only now was told. I am dissatisfied with your service and I am requesting that my deposit be returned as the contract was not honored by your company.

    Contacted them about shipping a truck. Worked with **** we agreed on a price in writing and a pick up date. They didnt pick up my truck. **** came up with excuses and every time promised the next day. Finally he got it picked up Tuesday but I had to pay $160 in storage and $500 more for the transport. ****** also hung the truck up on the trailer ripping off both underbody tool boxes and bent my antenna trying to unlock the door after locking himself out of it. When ******************* this he claimed to not know who the driver was and asked me for a good review. I gave a honest review he got upset said he would be fired and begged me to remove it. His manager calls me. I explain I should at the very least get the storage back. He refuses and proceeded to call me from two ******* numbers, a blocked call Id and unknown caller if over 60 times over a down of two hours. I tell him to stop he tells me he wont until I remove the review. He refused to make this right and says hes not responsible for his employees actions

    Hi there, 

    You can check the attached files, they showed that the customer might hire another company also and it's double booking so, my agent told her that we did not have a driver yet, he said we can not pick it up. We informed her about it. You can check that our agent even asked the driver's contact information from customer because we don't know who is the driver where he came as we did not assigned any driver her. She gave us a negative review for no reason then we tried to figure out what's going on. We tried to explain that to the client and she did not relied on us. I tried to figure it out that's why we called her, she did not answer the calls, even she pick up the phone, she hang up asap, saying that she did not want to listen to us. Then we texted with the customer about this issue and we figured out that she gave a negative review because the driver damaged her truck during the transportation, and it costed her $660. We asked the driver's info to talk with the driver about the issue but she said she lost the driver's info. We did not serve for the customer, we did not hire any driver to the customer, she thought it's our company but it was not, so we are not responsible for this issue. We want the review to be removed because of the costumer did not got any service from our company. We asked the driver's info because we might help to the customer to get Certificate of Insurance from the carrier if she provides contact number of the driver. Please, check all the files attached. If you need we can provide feather communication. Your system has not allow us more than 4 files.

    I am rejecting this response because: I didnt double book!. ****** said this companys name and the agents name. The $660 it costed was in storage from not being picked up on time. and the extra $500 ********** charged over the contracted price. And I only didnt answer or hung up was because the manager called me over 60 times over a 2 hour span and said he was going to keep doing so until i removed the review. I already provided proof of the managers actions including call logs from my phone and his response to the 60 calls was he was having a bad day

We have all the proof of that, since we did not send any driver to this customer, we asked her driver's contact information because she said that someone picked up her vehicle before we go there. And once we follow up with her she thought we sent a driver to ship her car and she gave us a negative review for that even we never transport her truck. So, we consider that this negative review is not fair and not acceptable. We have the proof also that we told her that we informed her a few times that we did not have a driver to ship her car. Even though after her vehicle shipped by someone she gave us a negative review because of that carrier charged her for $500 more even that driver had never contacted or related to us. If it was our driver, why we should not know about the vehicle loaded at that time also why we should not have driver's contact information? They acknowledged they transported it proof was provided in a earlier message along with proof they offered money back along with the proof they harassed me by calling 60 times in less then two hours even though I asked them to stop. and asked for the review. The manager also said he fired the agent over the situation.

    I never spoke to anyone in regards to hauling besides this company whome I had a signed contract with for this ***************** from this company said he would have a driver there Tuesday. And the driver came when **** he said he would. Driver had ALL MY INFORMATION including the information of my truck being picked up that I gave no one else besides **** from this company. Driver clearly identified this company and **** by name when he dropped off the truck. I paid in cash and do not have the drivers information as I told the company they should look it up. Then **** ASKED  me for a review on this service with the company. Proof of that has already been submitted along with the contract.
