  They were fast, Friendly and very attentive. The company always picked up the phone in a timely manner and answered all my questions. The driver was awesome! Eyib was the man very up front with communication and very customer focused. Thank you.

  Exceeded expectations. The carrier picked up the vehicle the evening before the scheduled pick up a d delivered by noon the next day. Quick and reliable. I will use them in the future if I need to transport another car.

  *. ******* Nexus Auto Transport is excellent, cheap and fast. The staff are friendly, professional and good communicator. Their process is simple and easy to follow. I shipped my ************* from *******, ******** to *********, ********** and was told it will take approximately 5 to 10 days. I got the car on the 4th day, nothing lost and without any damage. EXCELLENT !!! I will use them again to ship my second car in October 2025.

  Nexus was fantastic. Their phone customer service was so friendly and patient. They made the entire process so simple. Our driver was especially helpful, going above and beyond to deliver our car to an address Wed never been.

  Nexus Transportation is a professionally run auto transport company. My car was picked up when they said they would be there and dropped off when they said they would be there. The prices were highly competitive, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I will use them again.

  Nexus is the way to go when needing your vehicle transported! We called them on Thursday May 15th about transporting our vehicle from ******* to ********. They picked it up on Sat May 17th and delivered the vehicle around noon on May 19th! I highly recommend Nexus! We will definitely use them again. Thanks Nexus for the great service!!!!!

  A complete disaster from start to finish.I booked enclosed vehicle transport with Nexus Auto Transport on April 19, confirmed multiple times by phone, and was assured everything was in place for a May 21 pickup. What did I get? Nothing close. On the day of pickup, Nexus failed to deliver the enclosed carrier I explicitly contracted for and instead tried to pass off an open carrier as a last-minute substituteas if thats even remotely acceptable for a high-value vehicle.This wasnt a minor mix-upit was a total failure in execution, professionalism, and basic customer service. They had over a month to get it right and still blew it. No accountability. No meaningful solution. Just empty apologies and an offer I never agreed to.If youre looking for a company that honors its commitments, communicates clearly, and takes its customers seriously, look elsewhere. ******************** wasted my time, put me in a terrible position, and showed me exactly how not to run a business. Never again.

  Slick but disreputable. I was shipping a car from ****** to **. **************** is excellent and efficient, but watch out: If this broker cannot make money on your contract, they will let the order go unfilled and leave you hanging. They cannot be trusted, no matter how slick the website or how polite the **************** reps. **** be fooledfind an honest broker!
