I received a copy of my credit report and I have found the following items listed below to be in error. Pursuant to 15 USC 1666b A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose, unless the creditor has adopted reasonable procedures designed to ensure that each periodic statement including the information required by section 1637 ( b ) of this title is mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before the payment due date. I NEVER gave You or Aidvantage written instructions to furnish any information on my consumer report which is a violation of 15 USC 1681b. Transunion has caused severe stress and anxiety due to the abusive and unfair ************* and Aidvantage should be ashamed of yourself for ASSUMING this role and position to constantly commit fraud and cause harm to consumers. This account is listed with late payments and that is incorrect. The following account was NEVER late and should be listed as PAYS or PAID AS AGREED. Account Name: Aidvantage - February 2019, September 2019, October 2019, November 2019,December 2019 is when this information was published. Account Number: ********** - 1 I was never late for the account please update the account as Paid/Current as I will also submit a claim to the ombudsman office. By the provisions of the fair Credit reporting Act, I demand these items be investigated and removed from my report and I demand that you provide me with concrete evidence and all documentation proving that I am or have been late. It is my understanding that you will recheck these items with the creditor who has posted them. Please remove any information that the creditor cannot verify. I understand that under 15 U.S.C. Sec. 1681i(a), you must complete this reinvestigation within 30 days of receipt of this letter. Please send an updated copy of my credit report reflecting the requested changes.

According to FCRA 15 U.S. Code 1681n(b)(B), anyone who obtains a consumer report under false claims or without a legalized purpose is liable for the actual damages suffered by the consumer or $1,000, whichever is greater. Punitive damages may also be awarded at the courts discretion. I did not authorize any of these accounts. If you believe otherwise, please provide copies of my written consent.I also did not authorize the sharing of my non-public information. The reporting of this information is neither fair nor equitable to me as a consumer. According to 15 U.S.C. 1681, Section 602(a), I have the right to privacy. Section 604(a)(2) states that a consumer reporting agency cannot provide an account without my written instructions.15 U.S.C. 1681c(a)(5) specifies that no consumer reporting agency may include adverse information in a report, except for criminal convictions, if it is older than seven years.15 U.S.C. 1681s-2(a)(1), it is prohibited for anyone to provide information about a consumer to a reporting agency if they know or have reasonable cause to believe the information is ************* addition, the reporting does not comply with Metro 2 credit reporting standards. I have evidence to support my case!

Due to the latest large data breach, where a huge number of SSAN number were exposed, I have been trying to place a freeze on my social security number. While Equifax and Experian made the process of placing a credit freeze simple, easy and quick the same can't be said of TransUnion. In fact, due to their negligence I have filed 2 complaints with ****, the latest one was today (10/1/24). Unfortunately, they haven't yielded the success I was hoping ****** is critical that I have the ability to place a freeze on my credit to protect myself from fraud. As I have previously mentioned Equifax and Experian made the process seamless, but TransUnion is making the process near impossible.Examples of TransUnion negligence are as follows. I called their 800 number and waited on hold for over 45 minutes. A reading kept advising that I could hold my place in line and I would receive a call back by providing a call back number, which I did. I never received a call back. Another 2 times I tried using their online chat and that did not yield any positive results. The two individuals I "chatted" with were beyond useless.Thank you for your time and attention. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!
