      I recently noticed on my Transunion and Experian Credit Report several inaccurate reporting of late payments of June,July,August and September 2024 *********** account as being late which was paid early and on time. According to the **** my account isnt reported fairly and must be corrected as current or deleted.

      *** contacted each company listed, and the majority have no record of me in their system. How can they claim to have a valid business reason to pull my credit if they don't even know who I am? As a result, multiple fraudulent hard inquiries have appeared on my **** credit report. These inquiries are all the result of fraud and identity theft.Ive attached my Identity Theft Report from the ************************ (***) as evidence, confirming that these inquiries are indeed fraudulent. This complaint is submitted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) 605B (15 U.S.C. 1681c-2), requesting that you, as the credit reporting agency, block any fraudulent information on my consumer credit report within 4 business days of receiving this notice.The following items do not belong to me and are a direct result of unauthorized fraud and identity theft.

Failing to do so is not just a procedural errorits a violation of federal law.FCRA 623(b): If a furnisher cannot provide FULL verification, including contracts bearing my wet signature and full transactional history, they must inform the bureau to delete the item.CFPB Bulletin *******: Reinforces that data furnishers and CRAs must conduct meaningful investigations and not rely on automated templates or rubber-stamp procedures.
