I have been violated as a consumer and human being causing defamation to mental and financial livelihood. My rights have been violated continuously with no compassion or honor by the credit bureau. They have violated the law and I under my rights 15 U.S.C ****. EQUIFAX is governed by 15 U.S.C **** and they have violated my rights numerous times and I demand the accounts below be removed and NOT UPDATED due to the law. I received a return receipt from TransUnion on July-22-2022 . TransUnion has once again did not perform a proper investigation of the negative items on my personal credit file. I have disputed the negative items 6 times in the past and they they are in violation of my consumer rights. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act - 15 U.S.C. ************************ I have the right to Privacy.- 15 U.S.C **** Section 602A States A Consumer **************** cannot furnish an account without my written instructions. I am rejecting this response because: I have uploaded the accounts that are not 100% accurate , payment history incomplete and do not meet the **** guidelines. The reinvestigation time was 30 days now it is well past and the accounts that are inaccurate and not 100% accurate must be removed. I am tired of playing games with TransUnion LLC and will continue with my with the BBB.
