            Turnbull Law Group helped me get out from underneath the mountain of debt I had gotten into. It was done with no judgement, with payments I could manage. If I was a little short I could postpone a payment which made it easier for me. If you get into debt and can't find a way out Turnbull will be there to help you find the way out.

            I shifted over to turnbull from another debt reduction company. Let me just say that Turnbull and freedom finance have been 100% better than the other company I was using. Turnbull explained everything in full detail and made it easy to understand. They are very professional. The process to set up the program and the dashboard we're very easy. With Turnbull, i didn't have to worry about any of that. And We are very happy that the debt is getting resolved.

            The process has been explained clearly but when I talk to creditors who also understand the process and would like to begin having contact with Turnbull, Im met with a scripted response that does not seem to understand what I am asking. Specifically creditors ask for power of attorney or the best contact info to keep on file as a way to legitimize my standing and I am told that communication, specifically negations, wont begin until delinquency is stated and/or funds in the account are present. My issue is that they wont provide a true point of contact. Otherwise so far they are alright.

With the other company avers using, they lost emails, and I had to explain my issues to every single person I got on the phone with. With Turnbull, i didn't have to worry about any of that.
