      This company sells a lot of different kinds of coupons that can be gifted (which all have expiration dates). I have a massage gifted to me which is set to expire this month and I have all the details to redeem my giftcard but it says "invalid code." Okay, I have my 8 digit pin, I have my user ID and a Pass ID (password), can I use those in any way? ****. Can I call customer service? No, they dont have a phone number. Can I chat with them? No? Maybe if you have a verified *******/X account you can DM them. Oh I can fill out a query on their online support form? Yes, their response time is 7 days. This is very disappointing for a major company like this that operates in so many different markets to not have a proper channel for consumers to reach you when we need help. Very disappointing. This was my first experience with Groupon and safe to say the last.

      Groupon functions as disguised robbers. When purchases are made and not redeemed a day after. They literally steal your money as it is not remitted to the merchant. Neither is it refunded to you by any means.

      I bought a Groupon from Pure Relaxation Day Spa in **********, ********. Calling several times to attempt scheduling there was no answer. Tried to go there and found a building with every other business but Pure Relaxation. Contacted Groupon to rectify. Got a creepy message from "Pure Relaxation" after 10pm the next night asking for details. Didn't feel comfortable with that, so I contacted Groupon again. Someone emailed me assuring they cared to address the issue. I sent my order number as requested and nothing still has been done. Will be reporting this to the ************************ (***) soon. Will never trust the low life scammers on Groupon ever again.

      I bought a voucher to have my front windows tinted at ******* in ****************. I mare an appointment through LivingSocial like the instructions said to do. CarToys was not tracking the appointment and said the internet system doesn't ***** with the appointment system that they have. They told me not to buy the Groupons because they come with the worst tint that will faid and doesnt have uv protection. This seems like a gimmick to sell a cheap groupon to get you in. I tired to get a refund with LivingSocial and ****** twice. LivingSocial used to have a button to refund the coupon under my account but they have since taken that away without letting me know. They updated their policy without notification and refuse to issue me a refund to my original payment. I don't want credit, I'm deleting my account because of their continues information leaks of my personal data to the dark web. They have failed to protect my information.

      I have bought a number of things on Groupon and for the first time, I wanted to return a belt I purchased which was extremely large.The ad said it fit a 36" to 40" waist and it turned out to be 49" long. I could not reach anyone by phone so i sent an email and received a reply that someone would respond within 48 hours. Its been over a week and I have received no replies. My advice is not to buy anything that may need to be returned.

      I bought tickets from them but couldnt use them because of how they set it up. They put in fine print non refundable and if there are any additional steps you have to know to look for it otherwise you miss it. Good luck getting a refund. They are a scam. Never again for me.

      We purchased three two-entry tickets for a total of six people. When I presented the Groupon ticket and our 3:00 PM reservation, the attendant told me that he only saw an entry for five people instead of six. He then asked if I wanted to purchase an additional ticket to make it six. I explained that we had bought the tickets through Groupon and made an online reservation for 3:00 PM.He confirmed our tickets and entry but did not provide a wristband for one of our friends. He insisted that we needed to buy one more ticket. Since we had already purchased three two-entry tickets, we didnt want to pay full price for an additional ticket.When we requested a refund, he said he was unable to issue one because the tickets had already been redeemed.

      Buyer beware! Groupon is advertising services that cannot be fulfilled. They are creating Bait and Switch where you purchase a service and the service is no longer offered once you try to use it. Once Groupon has your money and you ask for a refund, they will only issue a credit to Groupon.

      Groupon isn't letting me use my Groupon Bucks to buy deals, essentially holding my money hostage. The chat associate claimed they'd escalate the issue, advised me to use another payment method, and I never heard back. My account still won't let me use my Bucks. This feels like a total scamtaking people's money without allowing access. Anyone else experience this?

      I purchased a voucher for a1 night stay at **************** the total came to $661. The next morning my mom passed and I tried to cancel it and get refunded as I was in a financial situation and needed every ***** to book a flight out of town and go bring my mom home for final resting place. They have consistently denied me saying that I was passed the cancellation point, I asked for a supervisor and explained my situation. I am still waiting for the email and I cant get a human on the phone. This experience has been so traumatic that I will never use them again and advise anyone who wants good customer support, to look past ********************** because you will not receive it! I feel almost as traumatized by dealing with them as much as losing my mom. Thats a pretty horrible feeling. Literally crying as I am posting this review!
