    I have been unable to login to this Reagan.com email service for four days. I paid $99 dollars for three years. Chat box does not work with no response. I changed the password several times to see weather I am able to reset the password, but does not work and does no allow me to login. I am not sure if they are still in business. There is no to contact information anywhere listed . Please help.

    Email not accessible for 5 days getting email in spam folder no answer from live help, several phone calls and left messages. Company will not answer my attempts to get emails. Paid until 2026

    I paid my membership fee in August 2024. Since 9/14/24 I have been unable to access my emails.I've tried various new email addresses but nothing happens. The help desk is closed. I have had this account for about ***** years with out any problems. I just want to know what the problem is and if this is the of end of restoring my account/membership with Reagan.com.

    I have paid my email renewal fee of $40 to reagan.com. Then tried to log in and it would not work. I changed my password, and it said you are now able to log in but I never could. I have tried and tried. The chat never works. ever. It has been about 3 weeks since I was able to log in. I have years of info. there that I can't afford to lose. I see the same issues in the reviews. Why do they do this? My email there is *********************

    ****** Support determined that the account was renewed on 9/17/24 and is indeed active. Support sent the user a message to their alternate email address to confirm the renewal and that they can log in. If they are still experiencing a log in issue thereafter, they can reset their password. We await confirmation of a successful log in.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I still cannot log in. Just telling me I can log in doesn't make it so.

    I have tried and tried to contact chat to help but there is never any one there to help. No one ever shows up. 

    I have tried and tried to log in even changing my password. Nothing has changed. I will expect someone to contact and explain. I have had technicians try to no avail.

    I appear to be locked out of my email account with ****** for the last three days. I tried all the trouble shooting I can think of including changing my password. No response whatsoever. I've been a satisfied member for over 10 years. Extremely frustrating. I do not have an alternate email account. Solely relied on the ****** account. Thank you.

    I've been a customer of ********************** for the past 17 years. ******,com has been my internet Server and I've had little or no problems during this time. However, over the past two months, I've not been able to get online, even though I've tried dozens of times (literally, dozens) to either email them, call them, or Live Chat...with no response. I had to revert to another server in order to try to communicate with them, due to the fact Reagan.com failed to recognize my Secret Question or Passwords...They refused to contact me through my new email address which is ******************* All I want is for them to contact me, and allow me to get online again. I have pre-paid for my service with them. I hope you can help me. Thank you.

    Have been using this email for years, but have been unable to do so recently In the past several months, I've been unable to log in, even after numerous attempts to resolve the problem (change password, customer support {doesn't exist anymore]. This has become a total ripoff, as I have to:1. find another email provider, which will take some time 2. notify all my contacts of my new email address This also means that all my saved emails are gone.

    As everyone else that seems to be filing a complaint - I can not access support. I keep getting emails that warn me my account is about to be discontinued because I have not paid for renewal and I have tried, and tried to send a message through "chat" (tells me someone live will be with me shortly and hours later - no one. I have forwarded pictures that show my account information both at my credit union where my yearly subscription of $40 was deducted on Aug. 14th and also show it registering in my ****** account where it was authorized on Aug. 11th. I have tried responding to emails sent with no success. I have no alternate email at this time for the account that was used to set up ************************ is my ONLY account now. I reason I went with REAGAN.com was to transistion out of the previous fl-********************** I don't want to lose my ************************ account as it is the ONLY one I have now. Number given is from ****** "transaction id"
