Complete scamdo not buy from this company. They have a guarantee on their website that you may get a refund if youre not satisfied. How about if you paid them over $70 for parking at the event, show up and are told there is no parking available in the lot you bought passes in? What if you called Vivid in the moment and they argued with you about spaces being availabledespite employees at the site saying there was no parking? What if the employees in customer service told you they will not honor the refund/guarantee claiming they are not responsible as it is first come first serve. Ummm why on earth would we pay over $70 for guaranteed parking if it was just first come first serve ?! We would have just shown up and took a free spot if that were the case?? This company has an open complaint with my boyfriend who purchased these scam ticketssuch rude customer service.Vivid Seats LLC Response

DO NOT USE VIVID!! In October 2023, I spent $674 on two tickets for my daughter and a friend to see ******************* a the *********************** on May 22, 2024 (using my credit card and her email address). She received an email confirming the purchase, but no instructions on downloading tickets. After arriving at the venue and attempting to access the tickets, she discovered that they had been claimed by someone else at a different email address. She called Vivid and was unable to get assistance. The venue was unable to help. Vivid took my $674 and gave the tickets to someone else without my or my daughter's authorization. My daughter has emailed Vivid repeatedly on this issue, even providing a screenshot of the email address that claimed the tickets. They are not willing to help!!Vivid Seats LLC Response

Hi ********, the link to your tickets was sent to the email address on file. Once you receive this link, what you do with it is up to you. We do not operate the transfer service used for the tickets, and once you transfer tickets to another email address through this service, they cannot be recovered. We recommend taking steps to ensure that your email address is not compromised, including updating passwords and logging out sessions you don't recognize as your own devices. Since the link with your tickets was sent to you prior to the event and was a valid link at that time, we are unable to accommodate your request for a refund of your order. Terrible company sold me 2 seats that show row 1 only to find out they are general admission and there are no rows... They strung me along for months saying the seats would be assigned by the date it said then stopped talking to me when that date came up. Apparently if we want to go we will have to stand in a crowd for 3-5 hours. Tough to do at our age.Vivid Seats LLC Response

DISGUSTING COMPANY. I would give 0 if I could. They advertise "buyer guarantee" website but they care a lot more about protecting the seller who is making them money. They do not care at all and in any capacity about the buyer. To them, you are just a beggar. They will gaslight you at every turn. I ordered *************** Stallion tickets that never came, waited patiently, spoke to multiple incompetent agent parroting the same "policies" that are not stated on the website. They never offered me a refund nor any solutions. I spent over $400 on the tickets. They just kept telling me he sent it. Mind you, I never said he didn't. I just never received it. I WILL NEVER MAKE THE UNFORTUNATE MISTAKE OF REPURCHASING FROM THIS FOUL PLACE.Vivid Seats LLC Response

Absolutely dissatisfied and furious!! I purchased tickets for the Outlaw Music Festival in ******** back in February and found out THIS AFTERNOON that the third party was not releasing the tickets! We traveled for this event and now, 2 hours before the event, are told we have no tickets!!!! This is my first AND LAST experience with Vivid Seats and will make sure everyone I know hears about my experience. 0 stars. First time reviewer of anything here. Bought 1 mariners ticket before I left work the other day. An hour later went to accept it in front of the stadium a bit before the game even started and said it had been expired or cancelled. Vivid seats still charged my account for a ticket that was never successfully transferred.. The worst part was having customer service put me on hold 8 times 5 minutes each only to tell me that they will have to investigate it and will take 3-5 business days and to keep checking my email for the decision. A week goes by, so I call back and the reason she gives me is that there was a system error and they were unable to give me a refund because I didnt call them when I read the ticket has been cancelled and or expired. Pretty standard scammer business response. Then after trying to get transferred to someone that could help me get my measly $20 back she just muted the phone, walked away and stopped responding to me for **************************************** lol. Classic offshore customer service ********. Honestly, from my personal experience, the scalpers out front have been 100% more trust worthy, reliable , AND CHEAPER than this shady a** company. Stay Away! AS others have repeated. I bought tickets to the ******************************* Concert in ****** Saturday May 25th several weeks ahead of time. I also booked a hotel as I live in another state.Vivid notified me on the 20th that the Concert was moved UP to the Wednesday the 22nd during the week. 2 days notice!!They refused to give a refund and I guess expect people to be able to take off during the week on 2 days notice. Impossible to sell the tickets that quickly before the show. I filed a credit card dispute and was denied. I could understand if the concert was postponed and people had time to make arrangements or actually have time to Resell the tickets.Fool me Once! I purchased tickets 3 weeks before an event was to take place. I was promised tickets and 3 hours before the show I had no tickets and I was told there would be a resolution which there wasnt. I spent ******* on tickets and no one was able to help me and I was promised I would have tickets. No one helped and all I got was being passed around. I called 30 mins before told me my tickets I will receive them shortly they never came. I was at the door on the phone waiting for the tickets to be sent and still no resolution. I paid for parking hotel gas and other things under the false assumption I was receiving tickets. Never have I been more embarrassed in my life and the lack of accountability really makes me wonder if anyone truly tried to help.Vivid Seats LLC Response
