      ***** website to purchase tickets!! Nightmare. Actually you will nit know your seat numbers until the last minute. The customer service is horrible. The cant help you with anything. They are unable to give you any information. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE!

      I purchased 2 tickets for a Motown show for tomorrow the day before Mother's Day...and I found out the show was postponed. I never received any notification. I called Vivid Seats and they had no idea and then confirmed it. I paid $366 for these tickets and I cannot get my money back. They rescheduled the show for September 13th...which I will not be able to make. Their policy is full refund if canceled not postponed. I feel its unfair business practices. I should at least get half my money back...especially I was not given any notification.

      I ordered tickets in November for a concert in May. They were supposed to arrive the day before the concert and I had been assured that they would be by an online chat agent. That afternoon I received a call that they would NOT be there on time and that they were going to upgrade the ticket for the inconvenience. All we had to do was be willing to meet someone at the venue on the first day. I asked specifically if the ticket was going to be the same access of what was paid for and she assured me that it was an upgrade and would allow access to the field and a seat. When my husband showed up to get the ticket, it was a GA ticket only. When I called Vivid Seats to fix this mix up I got the runaround that they would have to investigate it. I told them exactly the time that I received a call from their agent so they would be able to find the recording. I finally had someone (over 3 hours later) say that they listened to the recording and that I had agreed to the change in the ticket so there was nothing that could be done about it. I told them that they can't just pick and choose the part of the recording they want, they needed to account for the whole conversation. In order for my husband to get the access that I had originally paid for, he had to pay an additional $250.00 I have since disputed all charges on my credit card and will never order from Vivid Seats again. Have had many people say they have had unpleasant experiences with Vivid Seats also and will never deal with them again. Good luck continuing business as crooks!

      My experience with customer service was good. Where there should be improvement is on the website. I tried 2 different cards and the website would not accept the security code on either one.

      Its absolutely unexecptable that the concert is less than 24 hours and I've not received them. The customer service is absolutely horrendous and not helpful. I agree with another reviewer, im looking into filing a fraud claim. DO NOT buy tickets from them for anything! This event is out of state and there's alot of money invested in it just to not get the tickets.

      Hi ******, we never want you to feel anxious about your tickets, and we always have your back. Your tickets were delivered later in the evening after you wrote your review, the night before the concert, and we reached out to make sure you had gotten them alright and had no other issues or concerns with your order. Delivery timing can vary depending on when the venue makes the tickets available to transfer or otherwise deliver, and in many cases that can be restricted to 24hrs before the event is scheduled to start. In most cases, tickets get delivered earlier than the estimated dates we provide. Regardless, you'll always get your tickets in time for the event or we'll make it right.

      How many of these terrible experiences are going to happen before consumers wake up? I purchased tickets for a show last year. 8 Hours before concert time I was informed that the tickets I purchased were no longer offered. They offered me General admission for my trouble after paying for front row Box Seats. This is a complete and total scam. Lost time from work, lost money, lost experiences with loved ones. I will never use this business again ever.

We do our best to provide commensurate replacement tickets whenever possible, and it sounds like that may not have been an option this time around.
