1 starAbsolutely terrible. One day late on making a payment they will call you 20 times. They will call you late at night. They will drive you absolutely insane. It's called harassment and it's not okay.Review fromCleveland w

1 starSo I really feel like Harley Davidson are nothing but a bunch of crooks. So this is how it all is going down. So my husbands uncle was diagnosed with stage four cancer. So due to this he fell behind in his payments. So me and my husband are trying to help him get caught up. So starting 2/6/2025 the whole amount due was $2016.00 . So me and my husband made a $600.00 dollar payment on 1/20/2025 then we made another payment of $600.00 dollars on 2/6/2025. Then another payment of $520.00 on 2/27/2025. So then after paying all that in a 36 day period they are saying the amount due now $2136.80. So my question is how are people supposed to get caught up. They took the $1200.00 and said it went to interest. The monthly payment is $587.80. So how is the interest payment more than the payment? Plus they put a $350.00 late charge and a $517.80 charge for other fees and expenses. Thats what it says on the billing statement. Not to mention the past due amount is $1151.80. So they lock the online account so you cant see what they are doing and charging people for. Not to mention my husbands uncle has been talking to them and letting them know what has been going on. I just dont see how it is legal to keep talking peoples money and not put any of it towards the past due amount is. Im pretty sure they are breaking the urser law. Which state they can not make the loan unattainable and I die believe by definition this is exactly what they are doing. They are making it unattainable to get him caught up. We have paid $1720.00 and the amount due went up by $126.800 so after paying $1720.00 the amount due is now$2136.00 and that is not including the current payment of $587.80 that will is due by the 28th. I would like to know how you are supposed to get caught up. I have a appointment with a lawyer that is going to look over the contract because even if the contract says they can due this they are still breaking federal law and if so the contract is void and unenforceable.Review fromMark S

2 starsI called in on the automated system on March 1 2025 and received a payoff quote of ********* so i got my funds together and sent it in, i went to check on it a few days later and Harley demanded i pay them even more money as they deemed it necessary to charge me ***** more in interest after the fact, and demanded per a call to a very rude customer service **** that i pay it in full immediately. I hope they are happy that overcharging me cost them a 15 year client, as i will never buy a Harley again. This puts a bad taste in my mouth for both Harley Davidson and ******* ******** in elkhorn ne whom represented them. How disappointing. **** ******Review fromNickie D

1 starThis has been the absolute worst experience in over 25 years of buying new and used vehicles( cars, trucks, atv, utc and motorcycles). They called multiple times a day starting with the day the payment is due. They will not read notes made in the account before calling you again. It surpassed harassment. We dealt with them for 12 months and traded the ** motorcycle in and they have ruined the experience of the new car purchase by constantly calling back to back to demand that we make the next payment even though the car dealership is paying off the bike. I can never get anyone on the phone that is in the ***. There is terrible background noise when you speak to an agent of theirs. I can never hear them. How can you discuss financial information when you cant hear anything they say. Today ****** a supervisor told me he was in ***** Texas- it took him saying it 5x before I could make out what he was saying. For ** to be such an America icon, *** never felt like I was dealing with someone who cared about their brand or their customers. This was the worst experience Ive ever had with any finance company. I have no idea why hard working people continue to do business with such a crappy company. And yet, when I searched on the BBB site, theyre not even accredited. This says a lot. Warning to anyone interested in buying from ** - buy at your own risk- secondly for anyone looking to finance with **- just dont. Its not worth the headache. Trust me. Id walk before I ever needed this awful company again.Review fromBrenda M

1 starMy son purchased a motorcycle in 2022. Which I cosign the loan. January 2025 I received a call stating he did not make his monthly payment and they would contact our credit bureau to say we were negative. which I monitor this because Im a cosigner on the loan and I told him I would call them back. I reviewed the entire year and he did not miss a payment and was not late. I called ****** financial the next day and was told he has been late every single month due to a non-payment from 2023. I asked to speak to a manager and his manager stated he missed a payment of June 2023, which caused every single month moving forward to be 15 days late despite the payment being on time. I am a cosigner on this loan and have never been contacted by ****************. Neither has my son they have been charging him a late fee every month even if hes not late by 15 days. I called again today and was told they have a 10 to 15 day ***** period and January 2025 payment was paid on time but considered late because he missed a June 2023 payment. None of this makes any sense to me and why wouldnt they have pursued him for this missing payment almost 2 years ago? Every financial person I talk to there doesnt seem to be on the same page and cannot explain if this is truly the policy. My son paid $15,000 for this bike and the balance is ****** almost 3 years later . , this company is a complete scam and takes advantage of people. Im disgusted at the practices of this financial department,Theyre talking about a late balance, but then talk about late fee balance, but just want an extra payment and But nobody can give me a copy of the policy saying they are allowed to charge him a late fee every month despite being on time. I hope nobody buys from this company ever again, and Im willing to give this motorcycle back and ruin my credit, so I never have to deal with this company again. They arent even worth one star, but Im not allowed to submit the review without putting at least one starReview fromJames P

1 starMy wife and I purchased a used 2021 CVO RG for $33,500.and it had problems including battery issues, blown speakers, brake pads and paint issues that we were assured would all be covered considering the bike 36 k for miles , only to cover nothing after paying for a warranty, on top of that they squeezed us for 21 percent on the loan, times have been rough as any American knows so at times we would fall behind on the $873.00 a mo payment plus insurance but always payed it and was instructed on may occasions on a recorded line that we had until it was exactly 120 days past due before it would be up for repo, we received a letter informing us we were ********************************************************* but due to being a small business owner we havent had the time to do so and we were trying to wait till then and planned on making the two payments at the first of the year, but they repoed the bike this morning and now want $4000 k to get it back or loose everything on the bike(parts) including what we had in the bike, they also told us the pay off is $41,000 k to pay it off when we paid $33,500 and had made 15 payments, They are common criminals and they have practice this by the tens of thousands no different than Western Mutual financial did, this isnt fair business practices and is the definition of fraud and racketeering, I hope and pray theyre held accountable as if any American would would do what theyre doing every single minute of every day to unsuspecting customers. I have been buying bikes and parts from Harley for over 40 years as has my family and friends but this will be the end of that and I encourage everyone to boycott Harley Davidson and theyre unfair criminal and fraudulent practices, they no longer are a brand that carries any honor, dignity nor class, they dont care about theyre customers once you sign on the line and only care about taking advantage of everyone single American and people they can, This is all by design,Review fromChristopher H

1 starVery rude not helpful. I am $100 behind and they blow my phone up dozens of times a day. I am behind by seven days and I told them I would pay them when I got paid next Im allowed to make the whole balance go into the next month, if it becomes applicable per our contract I just have a late fee yet. They will constantly bug annoy you and blow your phone up so you cant even work to make the money that you owe them. There are some of the ****** employees customer service wise I have ever worked with they all talk down to you. They act like theyre better and above you. They think that were just poor trash compared to them is what it feels like because Im treated this way every time I talk to them it makes no sense that a company should be able to treat somebody this way when youve made an arrangement stating youd pay on a specific date for them to still blow you up all the time constantly leave you voicemails telling you its imperative that you contact them back why do you speak to someone for them to still have to have 800 other people speak to you as well. Over the years I have been with them they have increased and changed my rates month-to-month several times even though in the contract its a set price. I have the original one signed and its not the amount Ive been paying month-to-month. I will never have anybody finance through Harley Davidson financial services, and would never refer anybody to. I thought they were like some saving ***** when I wanted a motorcycle, but they are the worst company on the planet. do not trust these people do not get alone through these people find someone else or go find a local bank or credit union to finance your stuff through. Harley Davidson companies should not use this financial services because they are a huge rip off money wise and personal wise. You will be Stress-free and have less problems with another financial institution. The moment my stuff is paid off here in a year I will never ever go back.Review fromConnie P
