Well, what can I say? My experience dealing with this bank after having purchased a Harley-Davidson Iron 883 in May, 2022, I have had occasion to contact them and either let them know a payment is going to be late or ask to skip a payment due to job loss. It took a while, but the customer service finally got permission to issue the forbearance, reminding me that they don't normally do this and they would only do it once. Fine. Problem is, I can give them the heads up that my bank couldn't process the payment on a day that would keep it from being made late due to holidays or the due date falling on a weekend. The day after the due date, I start getting calls, two or three a day from their collections department wanting to know when I am going to make the payment. I find the collections operations to be very, very harassing. The latest incidence was just last week. I called them to let them know they would receive their payment between 6/18 and 6/21 as I had just settled a Workers' Comp case and the check was on hold for several days. When the hold was removed, I went online and setup the payment. I talked to a collection agent at HD Finance/Eaglemark Savings Bank the following day and explained they should be receiving the payment in a day or two. I received two collection calls the very next day after talking to them. I refuse to be harassed in this way. I would advise others wishing to own a Harley-Davidson Motorcycle to seek their own financing somewhere else. HD Finance/Eaglemark Savings Bank are nothing but a bunch of bullies akin to mafia enforcers. I gave them 1 star. If I could have given them a negative ten stars, I would have.Review from Austin B

Their website is dog c*** I have only ever used my phone to sign in to my account to be able to pay them and out of nowhere for no reason its asking me to answer security questions that I never set up so no matter what I type for the answer it says its wrong. Also their interest rates are outrageous. Above average credit score approaching 700 I put $10,000 down on a $16,000 bike plus a $2000 maintenance plan and no warranty and had a trade in that I had to spend $5000 to pay off and my total pay off amount ended up being $22,000. Never buying a Harley again. I think next time Im gonna go with an Indian or something else from a place that wont rip me off.Review from Angelia H

Our Harley was paid off Feb 13th. We were told the lien release would be recieved in approx 10 days. We called in March to find the lien release was never submitted. Once received it was incomplete, called again to have another one sent. What do you know lien release was received today with my name spelled wrong and the *** # was incorrect. Here we go waiting on a lien release once again. We sold this bike 2 months ago, buyer is becoming impatient. We are ready to trade in our other Harley for an Indian.Review from Kelsie R

I would give less than a 1 star review if I could. My HDFS was for a long time, easy to use. I didn't need to call them and they didn't need to call us. Their website really ***** for understanding how much you owe, the pay off amount, etc. The payment process is lengthyso we always sent payments from our account instead.Where the issues truly came in was when we moved to a new state. We moved right as C0V1D began, and unfortunately the *** had shut down for quite some time. Once we finally were able to transfer the title, it was an absolute mess. They didn't update new names, new addresses like they were supposed to, first of all. It took 3 tries to get them to update it with their own forms. Then It took nearly 2 months to get them to send a memorandum of title/power of attorney to transfer the title to ****. We had to call multiple times and no one could say why it wasn't done, it just wasn't. When it finally was done, it was sent with the incorrect names and addresses on it. It had to be done a second time. Then when we paid it off they issued the title in the wrong state (the original one it was bought in) with our old last names and also sent it to the old address that wasn't on our account anymore. Now that we want to sell the bike, we can't because we need the lien removed from the title and it has taken multiple tries to get them to fax the form we need over to the title office. The first attempt was cancelled without telling us after they committed to getting it there by 1pm on a specific day. We drove 20 minutes to the title office to find out it wasn't sent and later got a call that they had gotten the title back as it was sent back from the old address, so they just cancelled the fax request since the title had arrived already to their offices and they could mail it (which would have taken even more time). Still TBD whether we get it faxed today after yet another call to just try to sell this bike that we already own. 10/10 DO NOT USE THEM.Review from Lee B

Someone fraudulently attempted to charge something on my credit account on September ******. I assume it was a motorcycle. I checked my credit that morning and discovered that my account had been compromised. I called Hardly-Davidson immediately to apprise them of the fraud. They told me that they would send me some papers to complete and they would followup with an investigation. I did as instructed. I sent the papers to them as directed. After 6 weeks there was no response. I called them and they claimed they had not received the papers. So they sent me another set of papers. Again I sent them the papers. This time they claimed they had found the first set of papers and they would investigate. I called back after a month and they said that they had completed my claim and it was verified. They promised me they would remove the inquiries within 30 days. It's been almost 6 months and the inquiries are still on my credit report. I hope I never have to do business with Harley-Davidson again!!!Review from Ryan P

I have a 800 credit score and they financed me at like 20% I didn't look cause I buy alot toys and have never had over 10% when I make a payment. 120 goes to my 20k bike. And over 250 goes to interest! I will not buy another Harley!! My house, cloths, trucks, cars, shop are all decorated in harley! I see why harley is the brokest bike builders anymore. Horrible customer relations and ********************! They are robbing me. I'll go to my bank now that I'm back in our town! Big difference I already checked. ********** financial is making bank on a 15 street glide. 14k bike. They sold for 20. Gonna try to charge me 38. Absolutely stupid. They could of just gave me a good rate and I would of just used them. But nope. They wanna **** you for every dime they can.Review from Kris D

Terrible company and the reason I've not gotten another Harley since dealing with them. My bike was vandalized while I was hospitalized and I had insurance on the bike to cover it. I made them completely aware but they still chose to have their repo guys show up at my house and break open the locked garage door. I had witnesses that saw them do this and drive away in a black ***** blazer. I sued them and their lawyer offered me $100 but took the loan off my credit report. I lost $thousandsReview from Eugenio C

I am writing this review for my daughter and son in law who actually had an experience with Harley ******* financial. When ***** hit, she and her husband ended up losing their jobs which caused multiple issues for them. Because they had been in contract with Harley Davidson, they were still obligated to pay for that motorcycle. The people at Harley Davidson financial at first seemed very helpful until their account was past due due to their inability to pay because of job loss. they contacted her, and I assisted her in negotiations and I had told them based on the condition and what needs to be done for that motorcycle, I would offer them $5000. They didnt want to take it and instead, my daughter told him to just come pick it up.They turned around and sold it at auction and it only brought in $5000 and then they wanted to charge her for the balance left over. They couldve wrote that part off, and sent her a **** for the rest, but instead the person that we were speaking to was very deceitful and underhanded in his business practices and just lied to us. I would never trust that company again and based on the other reviews, Im not the only one. The Young man we spoke to seemed to be very unsure of anything, and didnt appear to have any authority to do anything other than to have a conversation with us, and then lie to us. I told him I could drive down there and we could talk about this face-to-face because of his attitude and he hung up on us. The company is very unprofessional, the level of incompetency is very clear by this young mans inability to handle the situation and if you try and talk to anybody else you can see that they really dont understand business or customer service. I think they just hire anybody whos looking for a job and can answer the phone. I dont write very many reviews, but I felt it was important that I would hate to see anybody else get treated that way but I think that other people may benefit from our horrible experience. Never again.Review from Bob G

Their website is ********. Way harder than it needs to be to make a payment with all of their stupid security questions. It's not like anybody would be able to take any money from my HD loan account.Review from Christian N

Iv called the financial department twice to ask a few questions. Both **** and **** both were hostile on the phone and hung up in my face. I would not recommend buying Al anything from HD due to their lack of respect for the paying customers. I was told there was no way they could assist me in my problems and found out they over charged me for the bike by several thousands and was just laughed at.
