On 11/2/2024, ***** ***** of Go Health contacted my 97 year old Father, *** ******, and convinced him to change from original ******** to a ******** Advantage plan. *** has numerous health issues and a move to ******** Advantage would seriously degrade the quality of care *** receives. It is unconscionable that a company would prey on an elderly man like this to earn a commission.Business Response

The nature of the dispute is that the business sends out a form letter with vague information about their company and not identification to verify the legitimacy of the company except for an 800 number where the person is not allowed to identify the location of the ********** the background, there is a lot of people talking noise making it hard to understand the caller. I am rejecting this response because: I believed I was entitled to benefits for personal care productsand promised them ..I initially called in Aug but I wouldn't be eligible until Oct first.. knowing full well I obviously wasn't eligible but took my ************ #..all my personal info?? I received an email on Sept 12 2024 indicating my application for ******** enrollment was completed and the wanted me to reply with additional information. Go health has bad business practices and with inside knowledge they treat their employees very abruptly by holding their licensing if they decide to quick or if they terminate them holding licensing for six months causing financial hardship. My last day employment with this company was May 21 of 2024. I have made several terms requesting my license release but, to no avail. at the release there were sales made in the month of May which shouldve been paid out in June 2024. I was advised there discretion to pay the commission. I currently started another job in the ******** field, but I cannot work because my license is being held for six months.Business Response

I get mail from these people all the time and have called to make them stop sending this c*** I've been trying to get them to stop for over a year now and I still get mailings from them. Being bombarded with advertisements from this business in the mail. They are sent **** First Class Mail and I am refusing delivery on each of these and marking them "Return to Sender". Does no good, the junk mail keeps coming. There is enough information visible on each of these mailings to be an identity theft risk. I am rejecting this response because: While this business has agreed to remove me from mailing lists and not contact me further, they did not agree to remove my personal information from their files. They will be able to share or sell this information to others for their own profit, gain or benefit, financial or otherwise (and could have done so already) unless they remove all of it from their files. They do not have my consent or permission to share or sell any of my personal information with others, and I will consider any such actions on their part an invasion of privacy. This business's response is completely unacceptable unless and until they also remove any and all of my personal infroamtion from their files in addition doing what they have already agreed to: to not contact me further and to remove me from any and all of their mailing lists.

On January 29 **** I received an advertisement in the mail from GoHealth regarding ******** Advantage Plans. I have received mailings from GoHealth in the past and in July of 2023 I sent GoHealth a letter requesting that I be removed from their mailing list. Well I'm still receiving mailings from them.
