STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY (they don't even deserve 1 star)-- absolutely awful & very unprofessional. I booked a 56-passenger bus with Best Chicago Limo Service for my daughter's wedding on Oct 22nd (for our 50 out-of-town guests)-- paid them 5 months in advance as soon as we booked it. And a day before the wedding they sent me an email stating that they made a mistake and put the wrong date into their booking system so they couldn't provide us with any transportation. They wouldn't provide any other companies to pursue... no solutions... not even the courtesy of a phone call. They left us hanging. I had been calling them for 7 days prior to the wedding date to reconfirm things and they never answered the phone... never returned my voice mails... absolutely no response. NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS & THEY DON'T DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS.Fortunately I found a much better limo service on a very short notice and they were fantastic... ********** LIMO SERVICE. They were extremely accommodating and I highly recommend them to anyone needing service in the greater Chicago area.I just saw another Yelp review of Best Chicago Limo Service that was posted yesterday (10/24/23) and they encountered the same problem as me. Here is their post..."Received one star because I could not go lower. My daughter's wedding is this weekend and this place has completely ghosted her and he fianc. They have made multiple attempts to reach them by phone and by email (the only options they offer) and have received ZERO responses. This company took A LOT of money from them a year ago as they booked in plenty of time to ensure no complications, and now they do not seem to exist. Not sure any of the positive reviews are accurate as they seem to be self-generated. Buyer beware - DO NOT use this service..it is a front and a scam."
