      Wow I thought I was the only one who has had terrible experiences with Shipbob as their immense funding should indicate competency and efficiency however that's not the case. Their Amazon FBA delivery option still does not work and hasn't worked for over a year. I tried to send inventory to Amazon FBA and they lost over $6000 worth of retail, what was their response? We can offer a $100 shipping credit because I didn't use their overpriced shipping options. I cant wait to find another 3PL company because this company has been an expensive nightmare to deal with.

      Unbelievably aggressive sales team. We have been contacted more times than we can count and asked to be taken off the list multiple times. That particular salesperson goes blank and a new one pops up. If you have to be that aggressive in sales, then perhaps you should focus on retaining current customers.

      ShipBob is okay for DTC orders, but do NOT use them for B2B orders. Their hidden fees add up to hundreds of dollars PER ORDER, and those fees are not accurately represented in the fee schedule that they provided. For example, we recently started having ShipBob send our inventory to Amazon for FBA, and we are being charged $150 to $200 in fees PER ORDER. The fees are caused by errors and inefficiencies in their system. They intentionally misrepresent their fee schedule and then hit you with unpredictable fees. Again DO NOT USE SHIPBOB FOR B2B ORDERS! We will be ending our relationship with them as soon as possible, and I expect that sometime in the near future there will be a class action lawsuit against ShipBob because of their hidden fees.

      I wish I could leave zero stars! Beware! The damage has already been done to our business. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere unless you are looking for a shipping company that cannot ship!! 10+ days for fulfillment during the holidays, mispicked damage and lost parcels, inventory processing delays, the list goes on. They use OSM worldwide for their affordable pricing plan which still ends up being $14-20 for packages that we would normal ship first class for under $6. They claim free dunnage and packed with care but we had to submit claims every day for damaged deliveries.Our customers were furious and our customer service team worked over time by the damage to our business has been immeasurable. We are no on day 12 of waiting for our inventory to ship back to us. AGAIN THIS IS A SHIPPING COMPANY THAT CANNOT SHIP!Customer service is outsourced, slow, and just escalates with no resolution. I can keep going on all day with the immeasurable headache shipbob has caused.Their management is pathetic. Their warehouse employees are lazy. This company will not last if only the truth got out.BEWARE *UPDATE Our inventory was returned by ship Bob. Everything was thrown into boxes, including the glass products. We filed a claim and waited 120 days they took zero responsibility and denied our claim. Shocker. We are filing a lawsuit.

      One of the worst decisions was entrusting my products to ShipBob. Not only did they lose my products, but I also have to pay the company to begin and complete an investigation as to the whereabouts of my products. My products were sent to the company in good faith. Instead, I have lost money and my time. As a small business owner, this has affected me greatly. This company literally ******* and dimes you for any and all services that they provide and furthermore, nobody is ever available to take your calls, and response time via email is 2 to 3 hours, at best. Please think twice about moving forward with this incompetent company.

      ZERO stars if possible. ShipBob is the best-funded 3PL in the world yet the least reliable and least dependable 3PL weve ever dealt with. And ShipBob is the 5th 3PL weve worked with. Shipbob now has an actual "phone support" phone number. I've called this number over 40 times in the past two months. Guess how many times I've spoken with someone..... ZERO. The phone support is a facade. It's not an actual working number. You guys need to be better. You are dealing with people's livelihoods. This s*** has to get fixed immediately. And your ******** about per our policy is f****** ********. You will not credit me per your policy because you have been searching for my inventory for over 2 months now. You've already lost over $20,000 worth of my product and have not credited me a single cent. *** spent countless hours trying to call Rancho *********. Ive even offered to fly from *** to LA to dig through the Rancho FC to find my product that I know is there but for the past 2 years, youve continued to deny me entry because of COVID policies. Youve held our inventory captive for nearly 2 months now. All because your FCs are not employed by you and more so, incompetent. Ive paid ShipBob almost $200,000 in 2022. Will someone ccd on this email please take some action?I know the feeling is mutual among your customers because Ive taken the initiative to contact many SB customers and the feeling is mutual amongst nearly all of your customers Ive spoken to. Please provide an action plan to either find my missing inventory by the end of the week, refund me for the retail value of the missing merchandise, or agree to pay for all of my inventory to be sent to a new 3PL within the next 30 days. You can't keep f****** my business over. This isn't acceptable.

      The worst service ever. Do not sign up, please, look for someone else. They lost 10% of my inventory for Black Friday and it has been a nightmare to try to resolve it. Not only back and forth e mails with people who don't care but phone calls too. Lost clients, money and product.

      This is the worst company I have ever had the DISPLEASURE of doing business with. They promise the world and yet their service is truly awful. They have tons of hidden fees, they claim to respond to your call within 2 hours but it takes 24 hours to hear back from anyone. They REPEATEDLY s**** up my orders - even after I call and ask them to rectify they s**** it up the same way again and charge me for their s**** up. Every time someone would order a case of my product they would send one bottle, charge me for the shipping of a case so then I would be out a bottle, plus a case and then have to spend days trying to get them on the phone to rectify and get the order correct. When I call they would say they would fix it and then do the same thing over again. Even trying to leave working with them their incompetence continues- I had my paperwork and shipping ready to go and when the truck driver came to pick up the freight at the scheduled time they said they had no inventory, not once but two times and of course it takes 24 hours for me to get in touch with anyone. And this was during Black Friday week (because of how much time it has taken me to get this fixed with them as I've been trying to leave doing business with them since October). so I've lost thousand of dollars in sales. This company has cost me so much money and time. I truly curse the day I signed up to work with them and hope I can save others the heartache and lost money and time. I chose one star because I had to but they deserve ZERO starts.

      I wish I read the reviews here before I fell for their ad campaign through Shopify. I followed very carefully all of their instructions on how to let them know a shipment was coming in, sent the paperwork, and eagerly waited for the Warehouse Receiving Order. It never came, so I contacted tech support (which is a frustrating endeavor, every online rep offers to start a service ticket, which does absolutely nothing but fill out a form with details I could have done myself!)According to my tracking info, it was received by Shipbob on October 31st. At this point it should be kitted and ready for sale. **** shows that it was delivered, Shipbob support now has updated their case history to say that they refused the shipment! When Shipbob was given the tracking information from ****, this prompted Shipbob to search their ********** warehouse. After over a week, I contacted them again. They informed me that they cannot locate the product anywhere in the warehouse, and that was basically their response. No remediation, no offer to reimburse or replace, just an apology that after nearly two weeks they cannot locate the incoming product.This is my very first transaction with Shipbob. **** shipped and delivered my product, and Shipbob says that a) they refused the shipment - no reason given and b) after a deep search through their warehouse, they cannot locate my order!
