      ZERO stars if possible. ShipBob is the best-funded 3PL in the world yet the least reliable and least dependable 3PL weve ever dealt with. And ShipBob is the 5th 3PL weve worked with. Shipbob now has an actual "phone support" phone number. I've called this number over 40 times in the past two months. Guess how many times I've spoken with someone..... ZERO. The phone support is a facade. It's not an actual working number. You guys need to be better. You are dealing with people's livelihoods. This s*** has to get fixed immediately. And your ******** about per our policy is f****** ********. You will not credit me per your policy because you have been searching for my inventory for over 2 months now. You've already lost over $20,000 worth of my product and have not credited me a single cent. *** spent countless hours trying to call Rancho *********. Ive even offered to fly from *** to LA to dig through the Rancho FC to find my product that I know is there but for the past 2 years, youve continued to deny me entry because of COVID policies. Youve held our inventory captive for nearly 2 months now. All because your FCs are not employed by you and more so, incompetent. Ive paid ShipBob almost $200,000 in 2022. Will someone ccd on this email please take some action?I know the feeling is mutual among your customers because Ive taken the initiative to contact many SB customers and the feeling is mutual amongst nearly all of your customers Ive spoken to. Please provide an action plan to either find my missing inventory by the end of the week, refund me for the retail value of the missing merchandise, or agree to pay for all of my inventory to be sent to a new 3PL within the next 30 days. You can't keep f****** my business over. This isn't acceptable.

      The worst service ever. Do not sign up, please, look for someone else. They lost 10% of my inventory for Black Friday and it has been a nightmare to try to resolve it. Not only back and forth e mails with people who don't care but phone calls too. Lost clients, money and product.

      This is the worst company I have ever had the DISPLEASURE of doing business with. They promise the world and yet their service is truly awful. They have tons of hidden fees, they claim to respond to your call within 2 hours but it takes 24 hours to hear back from anyone. They REPEATEDLY s**** up my orders - even after I call and ask them to rectify they s**** it up the same way again and charge me for their s**** up. Every time someone would order a case of my product they would send one bottle, charge me for the shipping of a case so then I would be out a bottle, plus a case and then have to spend days trying to get them on the phone to rectify and get the order correct. When I call they would say they would fix it and then do the same thing over again. Even trying to leave working with them their incompetence continues- I had my paperwork and shipping ready to go and when the truck driver came to pick up the freight at the scheduled time they said they had no inventory, not once but two times and of course it takes 24 hours for me to get in touch with anyone. And this was during Black Friday week (because of how much time it has taken me to get this fixed with them as I've been trying to leave doing business with them since October). so I've lost thousand of dollars in sales. This company has cost me so much money and time. I truly curse the day I signed up to work with them and hope I can save others the heartache and lost money and time. I chose one star because I had to but they deserve ZERO starts.

      I wish I read the reviews here before I fell for their ad campaign through Shopify. I followed very carefully all of their instructions on how to let them know a shipment was coming in, sent the paperwork, and eagerly waited for the Warehouse Receiving Order. It never came, so I contacted tech support (which is a frustrating endeavor, every online rep offers to start a service ticket, which does absolutely nothing but fill out a form with details I could have done myself!)According to my tracking info, it was received by Shipbob on October 31st. At this point it should be kitted and ready for sale. **** shows that it was delivered, Shipbob support now has updated their case history to say that they refused the shipment! When Shipbob was given the tracking information from ****, this prompted Shipbob to search their ********** warehouse. After over a week, I contacted them again. They informed me that they cannot locate the product anywhere in the warehouse, and that was basically their response. No remediation, no offer to reimburse or replace, just an apology that after nearly two weeks they cannot locate the incoming product.This is my very first transaction with Shipbob. **** shipped and delivered my product, and Shipbob says that a) they refused the shipment - no reason given and b) after a deep search through their warehouse, they cannot locate my order!

      Shipbob presents an amazing business on the front and then completely fails on everything they communicate that they will do. As far as getting a response from someone who knows what they are doing, it won't happen. They have lost our product, broken down cases of items that were supposed to stay as cases, and haven't shipped out our orders that were placed 2 months ago. They have shipped incorrect products to our customers, causing a loss in customers service on our end. Shipbob is probably one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

      ShipBob does not communicate receipt of returned merchandise to their merchants. I contacted the merchant, and they would not issue my refund without confirmation from ShipBob. I contacted ShipBob and was told they would not tell me anything about my shipment as I wasn't their "customer". If they contract to receive return packages and I am instructed by the merchant to return to ShipBob, then I believe this creates a customer relationship where they can, and should, communicate with me about my shipment. It's been six months, and I am still trying to get a refund from the merchant - who will not give the refund without ShipBob confirming receipt of merchandise. Customers should be cautious ordering merchandise shipped through ShipBob and be aware that ShipBob will not acknowledge return of merchandise.
