    Terrible experience, I dont recommend. Got a car from them last august. 2 weeks after having the car it stopped on me while driving. Called to set up an appointment & was told the didnt have any. I explained my **************** said I could bring it in the next day. I get ************ tell me that I would have to leave my ******* told them I couldnt because I had to work. Asked if they had loners & of course they didnt. So we set up an appointment for me to bring it back. But before that the car stopped on me again. Found out wasnt any oil in my car. Take it back to McGrath for them to finally tell me I didnt have any oil after my services which I already knew but I shouldnt be having any more trouble but I did. I have not had this car for a year & just found out 3 days ago that I would need a new engine! So now Im stuck with a car with a bad a** ************* say they cant do anything about it. Cant leave it there to get fixed because they never have loners. The accommodations they have for there customers are nonexistent. Dont spend your money with them.

    Please do not purchase a vehicle from this dealer. I have spend 6 hours in paperwork, to only have it very by corporate as the paperwork was done incorrectly. It took several stops by the dealer, after several calls to resolve issues and red flags. Payments were not taken out on time, hunting down the dealership for errors on paperwork. After giving my car as a down payment. I had issues getting plate stickers and DMV did not paperwork on new vehicle. Only one sales rep was the one who was able to figure out problems, and fix issues after almost 2 months of headaches. My first payment was put down as down payment almost 3 months later, this sell rep was able to cancel the transaction and fix the payment. So thanks to him, I have kept the car. But please try another dealership and do not avoid the red flags or you regret it like I did. Now I'm stuck with a car, that's just collecting dust in my garage.

    I been to this dealer alot and my car been there a month recalls on engine then came to see about my car never put oil now gas leaking from car Iam still waiting on approval nothing happen yet but they call for car not i am working with BBB auto line to find out how to get this resolve very upset with this car dealer ship and Hyundia not good people to work with .there customer service stink can not get a loner while they fix my car and now just upset right now

    Horrible experience bought a Hyundai **** limited notice right away the car would stall and jerk at time would not move had tow truck pick it up twice was service for same issue 4 time reached out to bbb . Org back in Dec. Hyundai macgrath service department had my **** fro nov. until January second week bbb helped but trans turbo sounded louder and worst ,changed it for a Hyundai Tucson 2022 July 9,22 - july25,22 faulty transmission 16days later not once but twice.

    This Dealer is the worst. Warning!!! Total ripoff, and terrible customer service management.My mom's engine broke down all of the sudden while driving in the middle of the busy intersection, Santa Fe 2015. It took them 1 month to do an inspection. They did the inspection and told her her breaks needed to be changed, which she had done a year earlier, didn't even ask her, and supposedly fixed them all, she paid $ ******, after a discount they gave her.They told her the engine failed and cannot be fixed, needs to be ordered, she will have to wait more 3 months. When she asked for a loaner, they said they don't provide it and to call the Corporate.She called the **************** they provided her with the phone number, on a number occasions. Firs, there she got an answer that they don't pay for a rental, this should be on the dealer. On one occasion she was told to rent it for at least amount possible. Unsuccessfully, calling back an farth she rented a car, paid from her own pocket hoping this will be refunded. After a total of 3 months She picked up her car, all dirty, the engine cover was left on the back seat and was told she has a lifetime warranty if she stays with their service. She was told the engine was fully replaced with a brand new one. Arrived home and the very next morning saw an oil leaking under her car on the garage floor, called for the appointment to check what's wrong. She went to that Dealer 3 more times and they could not fix the leakage saying that they had to order some parts. Question what parts if the engine was new? Or was not? Calling Corporate the claim was a recall.My daughter helped me every time and she made an appointment at the different location Dealership, where they fixed the missing or broken part and I had to pay another $620.00, even though I have a warranty. Now there's no one to pay for the car rental. Corporate refuses and the Dealer blames them. At one point the Corporate told me they will pay only $25.00/day, now 0
