      Was going to order a ring that was advertised as being by a designer exclusive to that company. Cost was to be $124 plus shipping. Was looking through the WISH line of rings and found my ring for $1. Yes, $1. This type of deceit should be against the law. The picture for the $124 ring was the same exact picture that was shown in WISH. EXACTLY same. I hate to see people get ripped off like this especially by these prices.

      I'm honestly more than disappointed--I'm a bit disgusted with how Local Eclectic has chosen to manage their business. I purchased a ring. When I received it, it looked nothing like the photo. I emailed them and asked if it was possible to send me a different one. They did as a new order. Still looked nothing like the photo. I emailed them back and said thank you for the new order, but I'd like my money back. They refused, and told me they can't offer a refund because they don't do refunds on exchanges, which I was never told before making the decision to have them send a new one. Then they said that my return was past the ten day policy. It wasn't--I was within the time period for a return for the new order, and even more so, I ordered during their special holiday return policy which they didn't honor. In their refusal email, they said that they did me a favor by sending me another piece, and that per their policy on the website, they wouldn't give a refund. I looked everywhere on their website. I asked them to show me where. They sent me the link to a page of their site that has nothing to do with our situation. NO where did it say that once an item was exchanged, you couldn't do a refund. Not once. I scoured every informational page on the website for over an hour. This feels so icky and shady, and I feel manipulated into making the choice I did. Had I had all the information, I wouldn't have chosen an exchange--I would have chosen a refund. Don't bother ordering--the products don't look like the pictures, they fall apart easily, and this company does not care about its customers or service.

      Hi Christie,I'm sorry to hear about your experience. The order you were trying to return was purchased on November 12, 2021. Your order was delivered 4 days later. Our holiday return policy was only applicable for orders placed between November 24, 2021 and December 25, 2021, so your order was only eligible for our everyday 14 day refund/90 day store credit return policy. I also see in our email chain with you that you only shipped the item for return in early December, outside of the 14 day window after delivery. That being said, we still went ahead and honored your request for an exchange, but it looked like you were unhappy with the replacement so then you had requested a return on the replacement order in late December. That was when we gave you back the store credit.I hope you appreciate that we were incredibly busy during the holiday season and need to be fair about our policies. That being said, I'm sorry that our agent did not highlight that you were outside of the 14 day policy for a return, and for that I severely apologize. I will make sure to give that feedback to them. And to be nice, I will see what I can do about the refund.
