      Slumlord behavior! They buy up property in neighborhoods that they assume the residents don't care about and run the property down while increasing the rent prices. They took over my property three months ago and has neglected every apartment in the building. No one ever answers the phone at the office, they created a voicemail service and won't return any calls. Plumbing, electrical, security issues etc.. If you're considering renting from Levav DON'T DO IT!

      First I want to start off by saying that you can clearly tell that this is a company that does not take care of their property nor do they care about their tenants needs. I have been in my apartment for three days now I have noticed there are several building violations, cracks that I did not see upon moving in. I feel as if you know that someones moving in and theyre paying their hard earned money that shouldve been taken care of the issues before we moved into the unit. I have two kids, a teenage daughter and a toddler which happens to have autism. I was told by several neighbors that the building that I am in 8007 ******************** that this building is known to have ***** infestation as well as a mice infestation, which is totally unacceptable. If the company would have been doing their job, they would have known this and done something about it. If I have known, I would have never agreed to sign a lease and move it. This is a health and safety hazard for me and my children and anyone else. this building needs to be condemned. Any right person in a clear mind would never move into a building knowingly know that infestation is present. As far as this company, I cant say that I am surprised because Im pretty sure this is a money, hungry company and they will just put Band-Aids on things just to rent the unit. Something needs to be done about it. Honestly, I think it needs to be condemned.
