Hi everyone,I want to warn others about this company, as my experience with them has been incredibly disheartening and, frankly, exploitative. In my opinion, this business operates as a scam, preying on the hopes and motivation of individuals who are simply trying to publish their work.They took my money, repeatedly delayed progress with excuses, requested additional payments, and refused to provide a legitimate business name or physical address. Their practices are deeply unethical and manipulative, taking advantage of people during vulnerable, hopeful moments.I strongly urge you not to engage in business with this company. If you have already been affected or suspect you have been scammed, please write a review as well. They need to be stopped. I am actively pursuing legal action, with the goal of shutting down their multiple websites and holding them accountable--including pushing for criminal charges where applicable.Lastly, if you visit their Yelp page, youll see that at least 15 other individuals have reported similar negative experiences with this company. I have taken screenshots of all complaints to preserve the evidence in the event the company attempts to remove or disable their Yelp profile. These documented testimonials further support the pattern of misconduct and fraudulent behavior associated with this business.

We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter. The customer initially made a $1,000 security deposit on January 13th to secure the deal, followed by the remaining $3,000 on January 17th, at which point they signed the contract. The project progressed smoothly, and the customer expressed satisfaction with our services.However, subsequent payments triggered alerts from our ************* raising concerns about potential fraud. To uphold our business integrity and protect our merchant account, we proactively refunded two transactions. Additionally, one of the payments had already been marked as a dispute, further indicating possible fraudulent activity on the customer's part.On March 22nd, the customer unexpectedly contacted us regarding tax concerns and stated an intent to send a $20,000 ******* amount we never requested. Shortly thereafter, on March 24th, we received two additional alerts and a chargeback. Despite multiple attempts to reach the customer via email and phone, we received no response. Given the pattern of disputes following the completion of services, the customer's actions strongly suggest fraudulent intent. Furthermore, if their transactions were indeed unauthorized, it is unclear why they would later offer to send an unsolicited $20,000 check.Throughout this process, we have acted in good faith, fulfilled our contractual obligations, and taken appropriate measures to protect our business from potential fraud. Despite our attempts to communicate, the customer has failed to respond and is now making false claims against our company.The client was successfully refunded following the fraud alert on their transaction. However, another disputed transaction remains under review with the bank, to which we have responded accordingly. Given the clear indications of fraudulent activity and breach of contract, the client will not receive a refund for that amount. We believe it is important to inform all relevant parties and caution other businesses against engaging with this individual, as their actions do not reflect those of a genuine customer.Additionally, we have evidence that the client deliberately sends emails from one address and responds from another to create discrepancies and obscure proof of their wrongdoing.If required by the BBB, we are fully prepared to provide all communication records with this client.Review fromAllate Felicite Y

Being a novice in this arena of book publishing, I bared my soul to Excel Book Writing. I have not been disappointed. The employees of Excel have been energetic, respectful, proactive and willing to help. **** ******** and ***** **** deserve special mention for there follow-though. **** ****** has been most instrumental in the completion of my project.
