If there was an option for 0 stars that would be better. They are shady beyond belief. They will find a way to hide any issue a house they sell has, if they cant they have another solution. This solution involves getting around the repairs need for any loans by using their so called construction company.. Ha. Til you realize that ********************** is not a construction company, just a way for them to get around repairs needed. They will stall showings and sales in seasons where water damage will be obvious. If you see a house you love but they are the listing agent, just look the other way. The property management company also sends out maintenance workers who dont know what theyre doing.. Avoid this selfish, money hungry realty group at all costs.Review from Derex H

Since they have bought this building the managers have had terrible customer service and have not fixed anything wrong with this building. Several tenants in this building besides myself complain about being mistreated by this company. Please do not choose them. Management is rude and disrespectful. Because of the reports I made a building manager called and cursed me out. Another manager tried to blackmail me when I gave them a bad review. They will not fix the intercom system to the building for mail, packages, and guests. There is a bad rodent problem. I have not had keys to get into my apartment building for two months after losing the old pair of keys. They are charging me for the keys 5x what it cost to replace them. They told me they had to replace the door locks because they didn't have a any keys to my apartment. When I had a meeting with building managers to pay for my keys they did not show up. The building management will not ************* since then, leaving me with no way to get into my apartment. This is the worst treatment I've suffered as a tenant.Review from Jessica A

They are unprofessional and inconsiderate. I am a single mom who works ALL THE ***** I scheduled a viewing and no one showed up at the scheduled time. I called the office and the receptionist said "oh he can't make it, you will have to reschedule". What? why didn't anyone call me BEFORE I went to the viewing? My time is valuable just like the next person! They don't know what I had to go through to get this schedule time! THEY ARE THE WORST!Review from jauquel j

This is the worst experience I ever had. The leasing agent ********************* was extremely rude and caused me to sit outside in the hot Sun with my newborn daughter to only find out I was not eligible to view a property. She handled things with her emotions and was very nasty and rude. She wasnt clear or direct on their policies and I hope that you dont experience this type of treatment.. runnnnnnReview from Dennis E.

Worst property management company ever. Everything started off fine, until I had to make several maintenance request for the same thing. I had to get my repairs done over four times for the same issue because the "repair man" apparently didn't do a good job fixing them. Then I was charged for one of the repairs because I contacted the repairman and told him that the faucet was still leaking. Now upon moving out they tried to send me an itemized **** stating I owe $1,600 over my security deposit based off of fraudulent repairs. I'm glad I took a walk-through video before I moved out. I will see them in court they're just trying to get out of paying me my security deposit if they think they can bully/ scare me into paying this they're crazy I look forward to seeing them in court.Review from MJ B

They are the worst property mgmt group Ive met. They do not communicate, try to cheat you out on money as well as add charges onto your account/**** without even checking with their tenant first. Poor response time and just awful service. They do not look out for the better of there tenants or provide any flexibility with any requests. They are rude. Do not recommend using
