Bought a $300 glove for my 9yr old son from Dicks for xmas, they steamed the glove without any warning that wilson would not back the warranty up, I contacted wilson due to a crease in the pocket and they said it happened because dicks steamed it. Literally $300 gone and a 9yr old disappointed. I didn't even want a new glove I wanted wilson to take a look at it and see if they had any suggestions. Hello,Warranty was voided due to heat treatment of glove by steaming from Dicks Sporting Goods. Couldn't place order for couple days - Payment Refused. No matter Debit, Credit, ***** MC, AMEX...So I finally called their *****, first they were trying to sign me up for "promotional" medical alert device. When I send no, they just hang up. Next time called I got the message "this ***** number got changed and if I want to be redirected to another number at a rate $3.99 a minute". Wilson? seriously?! If this is real Wilson company I don't wana have nothing to do with them ever again. unless this site is a scum, in which case why Wilson doesn't do nothing about it?UNBELIAVABLE!Wilson Sporting Goods Co

Per company protocol, all correspondence is required to be logged in a case file for further reference. We currently have no cases in our database at this time which would indicate you did not call a representative of Wilson Sporting Goods. 1 starOrdered Feb 10, over $2,600 worthunderstood per the website that items would ship within 5 weeks or less from date that team shop OPENED, Which was January 27. Emailed Wilson on March 3, was told the items would ship out March 11, and while that was 6 weeks after team shop opened I was fine with it because I had time to get them to my team before our tournament on March ******* forward to March 11, no tracking-website still showed them in production. Called and was told a shipping label had been created but *** had not picked up the package yet but tracking would update that evening when they did. Tracking never updated so I called at 9AM 3/12. I was told that there was no tracking and the uniforms were in the shipping department. I pushed hard to see if I could get an answer, and I was told theyd call me back.Of course they didnt so I called back again around noon. Same story- but the *** did send a direct email to a lady that apparently was dealing with my claim. Said lady was supposed to contact me, but never did. So, 4 PM I called back to find out what the status was and was told they would be shipping that day and that they use 2 day shipping. Of course another lie, so I called back at 9am 3/13 very upset that I still have no answers but I told the Wilson *** on the phone I would be happy to pay for overnight shipping, and still got no answers during the call so I sent a couple emails very disgruntled and received an email back with a tracking number. I emailed back immediately to ensure this was being overnighted, with no response. I again emailed asking if theyd go out that day, no response. So, I called Wilson back and was told it was approved to overnight my shipment! I wa very happy until I found out they actually shipped this *** GROUND and my team has no uniforms for the tournament Sunday. Probably the worst customer service ever. After placing two orders online, one of which was 10 days ago, both items have yet to ship, and one item was cancelled. The item in question is stuck in fulfillment purgatory and customer service is unable to provide any update nor willingness to expedite shipment. I placed a new order online and that too is stuck in Wilson's ecomm backlog, with customer service again unable (or unwilling?) to provide any kind of status update. While Wilson has done a nice job rebranding themselves, particularly with their tennis apparel, their logistics and customer service needs an overhaul. I've never seen anything like this. Brand loyalty can be lost in a single negative experience, and I would not recommend anyone purchase from them.Wilson Sporting Goods Co

I spent $2,000 for golf clubs and the insert came off my 7 iron. I reached out to Wilson about buying a new insert and they stated they dont have any and did not offer me any other option or compensation. Unfortunately, the production facility does not make inserts available as a replacement part. When possible, please advise where and when the clubs were purchased as I do not see an order in our system. Our clubs carry a 1 year warranty. If still in the warranty period, the club could be brought back to the place of purchase for a replacement. We ordered a $430 custom glove for our son on 3/25/24. He spent $100 of his own birthday money for this glove that he designed with tie-dyed super snakeskin. It arrived in 4 weeks (process and shipping notifications were not up to date, communication was non existent). The glove arrived with some of the color pattern scratched/cracked leaving the white base showing through. After a handful of times playing catch and two practices, the color pattern continued to come off and looks terrible. We filed a warranty claim shortly after we received the glove, and were told its totally normal. As the appearance of the glove became worse and more color came off over the next 30 days, we reached out again with phone calls and emails. Again, we were told after consulting with the production team, these colors are accurate to the original design. They are correct, the tie-dye color pattern is accurate and its super cool. However, its the QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT that is the issue. Why is the coloring of the super snakeskin wearing off out of the box. Why is Wilson selling this expensive product if the color is wearing off immediately? I would love to submit photos of the product that Wilson seems to be perfectly fine selling. They are refusing to make this right for a 9 year old that loves baseball. He is so disappointed in his Wilson custom glove! Again, we are NOT complaining about the fit, style, or saying we don't like how his design turned out, we are SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE ***** PATTERN WEARING OFF IMMEDIATELY!Wilson Sporting Goods Co

1 starWe bought my son a 300 dollar baseball glove that broke on the second use. They will not warranty it because we wetted it to break it in. It does say this in there warranty but every glove we have ever bought has been steamed to break in. Dicks sporting goods does to every glove they sell. People arent told this voids the warranty. I think wilson sporting needs to make this clear to there customers. Very disappointed in the customer service practices. They did not even offer to help me get it fixed.Review fromRaphael S

1 starI purchased an item 3 separate times and all three times it was canceled. They obviously make it a habit of taking your money and then over selling their products, only to completely disappoint you by emailing you to let you know that you will not be receiving the product after a week of your order pending. Its absolutely ridiculous. I wonder if they just let the money sit in the bank to accrue interest before they finally decide to notify you with their cancellation. I tried calling customer service the first time it happened, and ******* told me that they do oversell, which is how I know that is whats happening. They really dont care about the consumer. 1 starI have a VIP account that gives 15% off discount on most items. They had a promotion for free 2 day shipping. It wasn't applying to my account but I selected it anyway, thinking when I contacted CS they would reimburse me. They told me that it didn't apply to me because my 15% discount cannot be used with other promotions. Here's the thing - I didn't even use my 15% discount because it didn't work on that racquet so I should be eligible. I am now getting kick back because they say the account in general is not eligible for promotions. Nowhere on the website says that, nor did any e-mails I got when I signed up for the account. Everything just says you cannot combine the 15% off with anything else. No one has been helpful and now they are just making up false information.
