    They charged me, never sent the product, I reached out to them and answered what they needed and every time they have a new response and have not once offered to replace the product or refund me. They stole my money.

    Hello! BlueChew acknowledges the original shipment left our pharmacy partner site on time, but the shipping carrier experienced delays. It appears the order ultimately arrived, albeit very late as tracking suggests the order was shipped the same day the order was placed (Oct 19th) but arrived November 7th:

    Patient reached out to BlueChew support on October 26th (the same date as the BBB complaint) and a replacement order was approved and shipped out on October 27th without issue. The patient was unhappy he needed to verify his information which is standard protocol for this type of service and we apologize for any frustration this caused. Despite this, the order was shipped as a replacement free of charge and delivered on October 31st:

    I blocked blue chew from making any transactions because I did not like there product. They have been trying for quite sometime to continue to charge my account with no success. Well yesterday they tried the same charge from a different vendor name and it allowed the charge to go through. Clearly I do not want your service, so why try to charge me again. And you also make it impossible to contact bluechew or cancel the subscription. I want my money back.

    This patient has no billing history with the BlueChew service using the email address provided to BBB. It shows he signed up, but he is not verified and no orders were shipped and therefore no billing occurred. We ask that he provides more information to verify a charge actually went through as the $26.70 screenshot shared is a pending charge, only. We recommend contacting ********************************** or logging into your ************************** and entering a live chat, available 24/7, and communicating directly through the platform for appropriate service.

    We were able to locate an account utilizing a different email address that a refund was provided for despite the customer receiving his order. It is always helpful when a customer emails support directly and responds to the questions to verify his identity but that did not happen in this instance. We were able to utilize some of the information provided to BBB to locate the account and can assure him that no further charges will occur. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reach the payment method used when you placed your order.

    I paid for a subscription of 34 Sildenafil Chewables 30mg pills on September 24, 2024, and did not receive the package. I contacted customer service online via chat and was told to wait a day since it might be delayed. I waited and nothing ever arrived. I looked all over the property where I rent a room and found nothing. I also checked the cameras on the property and saw no delivery I even asked all the tenants as well as the neighbors from both sides of the property and no one had seen anything. I do not know if it was delivered to a different location by accident or if BlueChew did ship my order. After waiting a day I contacted customer service again and they asked for all my information to send me a replacement. This is the second time this has happened to me. After giving out my information I received an email from Bluechew a day after stating that they would not send a replacement because I had not received an order before. I do not understand how I could not be refunded just because I did not receive an order before and complain about it. Looks to me like the issue should be with Bluechew and its shipping provider since I never received it or signed for any package belonging to me. I would like a refund or the product originally paid for.

    Our records show this package was delivered utilizing ****** including photo proof of delivery. Tracking information has been attached and is inline below. 

    The customer has been provided with a $20 credit to be applied to a future order in this instance.This customer reported a prior package having gone missing to this same address and a full refund was provided at that time. Additionally, our records indicate he successfully received the next shipment to this same address. We believe it is unreasonable to bear the full responsibility of orders that show successful delivery with photo proof of delivery each time this customer reports a package has gone missing. We apologize for any inconvenience and recommend a secure shipping location is utilized for any future orders and hope the $20 credit will be applied to assist with confidence that BlueChew successfully fulfilled its obligation in sending out the order in full utilizing a reputable shipping carrier.

    I was offered a free trial for the product, and then they proceeded to charge me $23.70 the next month for an order that I didnt place, and when I proceeded to cancel The unauthorized subscription, they charged me a fee, and a page popped up, saying that I will not be charged again and that my subscription is canceled, but then they changed me again this month and when I proceeded the cancel on that same website, they wanted to charge me a fee again, when I called the number on the website, to speak to a customer Service representative to resolve the matter, there was only Voicemail that directs to the website, I never received any emails for any subscriptions or charges from the website what so ever. They just charged me directly without any warning

    I scheduled my next prescription to be filled on July 28 th there computer glitched and change it to today July 13th taking my last money that was for a medical procedure. I contacted them spoke with a agent who said I will expedite it to the team to get it resolved, then after not hearing anything 6 hours they started shipment after I begged for them not to do it till that date

    I went to my mailbox to check if it was there because my **** app said it was there I then opened the mail box and it still had not been delivered even for paying for it to get to my mailbox 3 days earlier

    I emailed Blue chew support on 5/21 with a question. They responded on 5/22 letting me know I can get a prescription and fill it at a compound pharmacy of my choice, I just had to answer a few questions which I did on 5/22. It is now 5/25 and I haven't heard a word from them besides the same automated emails. I've reached out on X. I've called and nothing. Worst customer support on the planet.

    Customer was in active email threads which have been responded to, just not to his satisfaction as he was requesting a prescription that he could take to a local compounding pharmacy which was in the appropriate process of review and approval. A $20 credit was applied to his BlueChew services account for the inconvenience as he was looking for faster turnaround than possible for his specific requests.

    Close and delete my account and all data forever, never email me, text, contact me. Stop harrassing me. I don't want your product, never tried it and there will be no answer to any pending question you keep harrassing me with. Get out of my life. It was the biggest mistake to create an account with you. Delete it now. Awful feeling and no way to have someone to talk to. Horrible.

    Placed an order that was stated by the business through email to be shipped out in 3 days on Friday May 10th, 2024. When contacting the business, they claimed they had no control over shipping and then tried to retract and say the order was just processed on Monday giving out false information. Was told for 3 days that someone from a higher team would contact me to resolve the issue so that I could have my money returned for paying for expedited 2-3 day shipping. It is now May 16th when the order should have originally arrived and have still not heard back from the business and the order is not set to arrive until Monday May 20th. I want my refund for the shipping cost because it did not arrive in 2-3 days that I paid extra for.

    Customer placed an order on May 13th that was delivered to his mailbox on May 18th, 2024. The BlueChew support team refunded shipping and handling related charges of $6.95 directly back to the customer's card and apologizes for any inconveniences caused by shipping delays.

    They charged me on order while account is paused - The last order had my heart rate increase and wasn't safe for my health - I contacted support and they never resolved anything with me - they refuse to give me refund and ordered me to throw the package - the bill they are selling are not safe for the health and damage vision .
