I have an assigned Dyson exchange case # which can be provided along with specific Track number given to me when I was at local *** store).I took vacuum apart and went to *** local store (6052) ******************* after Dyson said to open claim with *** (which quite honestly should not have been my responsibility) I had the wherewithal and took pictures of broken down vacuum parts to be returned -which I have forwarded to Dyson, *** store 6052, *** corporate via video link several times.I have sent the information requested without any response from ******* support *********** Dyson community manager -******* from support team wrote in private message being sorry & looking into the matter as other Dyson **** on customer service line: ****, ****** and ******.I have only gotten scripted platitudes with statements saying I would be contacted.This is going on for 4 months I have 4 different case numbers provided when I call customer service. Not only that but corporate *** has reached out to Dyson and Dyson company has not responded to a major delivery company such as ****Its like Dyson is a ghost company.Dyson states not receiving ******** question is what policy does Dyson provide for missing parts not received or if stolen parts during return process occurs.Major companies such as ****** and other online companies have an incredible return policy. Dyson is a disappointing and dishonest company.Please read Dyson community comments.I am one of many disgruntled customers.I will do what ********************** has asked again (which is to provide specific details) and wait for a favorable outcome,I am not asking for a free V11 -I paid for a V11. Dyson collected the fee and I am still without a vacuum. Absolute worst customer service ever. Read the ******** comments from lots of unhappy customers. Have been trying to get a replacement part for my vacuum some Jan 6. Nothing but the run around and BS emails saying its shipping then its not. Then its a different color then its not. Then its my payment didnt go through which is nonsense. I made the mistake in buying a hair straightener corrale. Right out of the box it doesnt turn on or charge. There is a fast blinking white light when attempting to turn it on. *** contacted support twice since its under warranty and *** been told the model is out of stock to swap it out and I have to wait for restock. Ive only had this straightener for 3 months and have never used it right out of the box. This is not worth the price or your time in getting replacements under warranty.Review from Justin Z

Be careful when they say price match. I purchased a Dyson Airwrap shipped and sold through Dyson from ***** On the day that it was out for delivery, the price dropped from ****** to ****** on 02/03/2025. I contacted Dyson on their ****** marketplace email, no reply. After almost a week, I ended up reaching out to the Dyson live chat on their website. After consulting several times, the end result was that they were not able to price match. Keep in mind that this is shipped and sold by Dyson themselves. Across ******, Best Buy, all their authorized dealers, and their own website, the price was ******, and yet they still could not honor the price match.Review from Larry R

Do not buy. If you buy a vacuum, and you need any replacement parts, a replacement for a worn out filter as an example, just plan on waiting MONTHS. I have a v12 and the filter wore out. I have been waiting for 2 months for them to get any back in stock. No amount of pleading with customer support will get you any empathy. All you will get is a canned response "rest assured we will notify you when they come back in stock. I did once get a notice. Within 5 minutes of getting the notice, I hopped on their site, and of course the filters were once again out of stock.Also of note, when I bought the vacuum it shipped with a wrong cleaning head for another vacuum. Again, I was told it was out of stock and had to wait again 2 months just to get the right part that should have originally shipped with my new vacuum.Worst company in recent memory that I have had to deal with.Review from Mary R

I bought a Dyson Digital Slim Stick cordless vacuum on January 24, 2025 and it died on Feburary 1st. The vacuum itself is cheap and extremely small. The bin is tiny and cheap. Battery died and getting help was a nightmare. Did all the troubleshooting to no available. I own 2 other Dyson cordless vacuum and would never buy another. The are now cheaply made and don't work. You pay top dollar for a well respected brand, not anymore. JUNK!!!DO NOT BUY DYSON DIGITAL STICK!Review from Zarmina Q

BELIEVE THE REVIEWS ABOUT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!I ordered a part of ********************** and it took me a month to figure out they lost my order. I called customer service and good Lord the lady on the line was not just rude, she was taking anything I was asking, personally! She kept pushing me to create an account with them otherwise she cant help me at all. I asked for a superviser and she responded pushing me to crest an account only then she will transfer my call. Trykng to keep the story short; she was rude, unhelpful and did not care to give me any details on my order. Even when I gave her my full name, address and Tracking number. She was stuck on pushing me to create an account.I was already on the edge of quitting from being a Dyson loyal customer, this experience was a clear sign.Review from Kate M

SELLING REFURBISHED VACUUMS AS NEW. Purchased a brand new V12 Slim Detect vacuum directly from Dyson's website on 11/21 and after 2 exchanges (3 vacuums), I still do not have a new vacuum in my possession. The first vacuum I received had broken parts and was exchanged for another vacuum. The second vacuum arrived in a box that was missing a side and had cracks in multiple attachments. The third, and most recent replacement arrived in a similar box with one side missing, scuffs and cracks on the vacuum, and a battery still attached to the vacuum from its previous owner. It is clear that Dyson is selling refurbished vacuums as new.Review from stephanie f

Absolutely the worst company on customer service and items ! I bought a refurbished air straight on accident after having for 1 month it broke and here we are after me returning it in the warranty time it is january 23 and they will not refund or send me a replacement item! I bought a very expensive vacuum from dyson as I've had good experience with there products in the past and when it broke I tried to return it as it was still under warranty and have been given the run around for months about the return. I'm not one to try and badmouth a company but I have been extremely patient and when trying to talk to costumer support for months. they have continued to tell me to wait 72 hours for emails and confirmations that I've never received responses from. They've told me I would receive a new vacuum and never sent one and have continued to change there story saying they never received a package from *** when confronted with proof from the *** tracking they switched up and said it was a foreign item they received and not a dyson product. I've asked several times what they received they have no answer. I've asked several time to return the item they claim is not a dyson product and they've refused. I didn't want an issue I just wanted my vacuum back and will continue to try to get it but it appears that dyson will do anything to not honor they're return policy.
