      I returned a brand new, unopened $500 Dyson vacuum in early January 2025, using the prepaid *** return label provided by Dyson. I followed their return instructions exactly and have proof that the item was *********** Dyson claims they never received the return and told me to file a claim with *** myselfeven though the shipping label came from Dyson. I did everything right. It should be Dysons responsibility to deal with ***, not mine.Ive contacted them multiple times and have been completely ignored. No refund. No update. No accountability. Its been over two months, and Im still out $500 for a product I never even opened.This is unacceptable for any company, let alone one that markets itself as premium. If something goes wrong with your order, youre on your own. Ill never buy from Dyson againand I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

      Purchase a NEW vacuum on 2/23/25. The vacuum that arrived at my house was either a used or a refurbished vacuum. Took photos of the used vacuum and had a video call with their representative on 2/28/25 to show them the used vacuum, which they apologized. Why would I pay top dollar for a refurbished vacuum?On 3/1/25, mailed the vacuum back to Dyson which they received on 3/6/25.On 3/7/25 called Dyson to confirm they received it which they did. They then said it might take up to 3 weeks for them to process the return and send me out a NEW vacuum. I explained that it should not take 3 weeks to fix their *********** 3/17/25, No manager or supervisor would take my call. I informed Dyson that they either credit my CC or ship the NEW vacuum, The best part of this is that they now told me i would receive my credit in 1-2 billing cycles.I said the heck with them and are now disputing the charge with my Credit Card ********** i ask, isn't it Fraudulent on Dyson's part to even try to ship me out a refurbished vacuum when i clearly purchased a new vacuum? I will never do business with Dyson again. Good luck to you if you decide to buy their products!

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Dyson regarding their failure to honor their warranty and provide a replacement for a defective Dyson hair dryer. I have experienced egregious customer service and inconsistent information, resulting in significant financial loss and frustration.I contacted Dyson customer service regarding a defective ********************** hair dryer, serial number [Serial Number]. After troubleshooting, I was instructed to return the device for an exchange under warranty. Dyson confirmed receipt of the device and verified the serial number.Upon receiving the returned package, Dyson provided conflicting and unacceptable explanations:* Initial Claim: I was informed the box was empty.* Subsequent Claim: I was then told the returned device was counterfeit.* Later Claim: I was assured the returned device was indeed the correct Dyson hair dryer.* Current Claim: Dyson is now reverting to the claim that the device is counterfeit and refusing to provide a replacement or refund.Throughout this process, I have spent countless hours on the phone and via email with various customer service agents, each providing contradictory information. I have maintained detailed records of these interactions, which I can provide upon request.Despite Dyson confirming the receipt and serial number of the device intended for exchange, they have repeatedly changed their reasoning for refusing to honor their warranty. This inconsistent and unprofessional handling of my case is unacceptable. I have spent hundreds of dollars on this device and expect ********************** to uphold their warranty obligations.I am requesting the Better Business Bureau's assistance in resolving this matter. Specifically, I request that Dyson:* Provide a replacement Dyson hair dryer, as originally promised, or* Issue a full refund for the purchase price of the defective device.I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter and a fair resolution.Sincerely,****** ******

      I purchased a Dyson Airwrap in November 2024. By July 2025, it stopped workingjust 8 months of use for a $650 curling iron! I contacted Dyson, and they sent me a return label, promising to ship a replacement once they received my ******* August, I received confirmation that my return had arrived, but no replacement came. After multiple follow-ups, Dyson informed me in November 2025 that I needed to file a claim with **** ***, however, said it was too late to file a claim after 60 days.After numerous communications with various customer support representatives, ********************** finally said they would send my Airwrap. I received an email notification that a blow dryer was being shipped instead. When I reached out, customer support assured me it was a communication error and that an Airwrap was on its ****** December, I received parts of a blow dryernot even the complete unit. I contacted support again, and they sent me a return label, stating that once they received the return, they would process my Airwrap. After receiving confirmation that the return had arrived, I contacted them again. They then told me I needed to wait several business days before they could send out my Airwrap.When I followed up after the waiting period, they claimed the package was empty! I was instructed to file a claim with **** but their site wouldn't allow it. I asked Dyson to file the claim, and they claimed they ****** has now been 9 months of dealing with their customer support, and I still have no resolution or replacement for my Airwrap.

      The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They literally are trying there best to not let me RMA my product that I paid for.I will literally tell everyone I know never to buy Dyson.

      I ordered a Dyson Slim cordless vacuum on January 20, 2025. When it didn't arrive, I looked at the tracking on the item. They ship via **** On the *** site, it says the "box" arrived at my local facility on January 30th... and the last entry said "All merchandise is missing and the empty carton was discarded. *** will notify the sender." That clearly never happened, as neither *** or Dyson contacted me. I called Dyson on February 17th to report the situation and either get a replacement or a full refund. I was told by the ridiculous customer service person that they would need 5 days to review my case. I gave them 10 days before calling back. I was given the exact same runaround that they need to speak to *** and get approval before processing a refund. I don't understand why they wouldn't just refund my money and deal with *** separately. They are holding my money hostage. I had to notify **************** for help with the charge...as Dyson's customer service is non-existent. Customer NO-Service for sure. I've been a Dyson customer for years...but no more. Stay away from this company,

      I have had by far the worst Dyson experience ever.... my Dyson v8 had a major melt down literally it started sparking out of the switch and started smoking it burned my finger.. it was nothing major I guess but I contacted the warrant department was assured it was still under the warranty and not to have any worries they said ***** hours I would have a resolution and I was not a customer I was a part of the ********************** family .. well I waited 4 days and had to chase them down spent hours on the phone they offered to upgrade my equipment for a newer version and blah blah blah ?? told me to go find a box stuff this in it and send it to them and only after they received it they would take 18 business days to confirm and send me my replacement so by my guesses it would be a month before I would get my vacuum... not going to work I went out and purchased a shark vacuum I hope the shark customer service is better if I have any issues because Dyson is really really dropping the ball....

      TERRIBLE customer service. Most expensive vacuum I have ever purchased and it came with a defective wand. When I requested a warranty replacement, I was told to go to a ************** for repairs. How are they going to repair a part that clearly has a manufacturing defect? Only had the machine a couple months and the fact that I have to spend even more money to replace a part with a manufacturing defect while still under warranty is absolutely appalling! Especially when it's a cheap part Dyson could easily send me a replacement for. Never buying Dyson again.

      I have an assigned Dyson exchange case # which can be provided along with specific Track number given to me when I was at local *** store).I took vacuum apart and went to *** local store (6052) ******************* after Dyson said to open claim with *** (which quite honestly should not have been my responsibility) I had the wherewithal and took pictures of broken down vacuum parts to be returned -which I have forwarded to Dyson, *** store 6052, *** corporate via video link several times.I have sent the information requested without any response from ******* support *********** Dyson community manager -******* from support team wrote in private message being sorry & looking into the matter as other Dyson **** on customer service line: ****, ****** and ******.I have only gotten scripted platitudes with statements saying I would be contacted.This is going on for 4 months I have 4 different case numbers provided when I call customer service. Not only that but corporate *** has reached out to Dyson and Dyson company has not responded to a major delivery company such as ****Its like Dyson is a ghost company.Dyson states not receiving ******** question is what policy does Dyson provide for missing parts not received or if stolen parts during return process occurs.Major companies such as ****** and other online companies have an incredible return policy. Dyson is a disappointing and dishonest company.Please read Dyson community comments.I am one of many disgruntled customers.I will do what ********************** has asked again (which is to provide specific details) and wait for a favorable outcome,I am not asking for a free V11 -I paid for a V11. Dyson collected the fee and I am still without a vacuum. The irony is Dyson being clear expressing how I can not be refunded due to exceeding the 30 day policy.Any assistance is appreciated. ******* V ******

      Absolute worst customer service ever. Read the ******** comments from lots of unhappy customers. Have been trying to get a replacement part for my vacuum some Jan 6. Nothing but the run around and BS emails saying its shipping then its not. Then its a different color then its not. Then its my payment didnt go through which is nonsense. Horrible CS
